Chapter 198: Chapter 196: The Data Was Stolen!

”Xiao Tian, is that you?” In a daze, Zhong Kexin seemed to see the face of the person who had come to hold her.

”It’s me.” Xiao Tian’s face was full of worry.

Zhong Kexin’s breath was extremely weak, ”The data... the data was stolen!”

As soon as Zhong Kexin spoke, she started coughing violently.

Xiao Tian gently patted Zhong Kexin’s back and hurriedly said, ”Don’t speak anymore, I’ll take you to the hospital.”

After saying this, Zhong Kexin fainted directly in Xiao Tian’s arms.

Xiao Tian turned around and saw that the group of Japanese people had mostly fled. With his skills, catching up was naturally not difficult.

But now Zhong Kexin had been shot, and no matter how important the data was, it had to be put aside.

Looking at Zhong Kexin, covered in blood in his arms, Xiao Tian felt a pang of heartache. Though he often called her Tiger Girl, Zhong Kexin was undoubtedly one of his few closest people! At this moment, Xiao Tian’s desire for vengeance was stronger. This Japanese organization, he would eventually annihilate them all!

Xiao Tian immediately picked up Zhong Kexin, planning to carry her to the police car and head to the hospital right away.

Just at this moment, a blinding car light came from behind, accompanied by the sound of an ambulance siren.

Yu Ningxue quickly walked over. She could naturally see that the woman in Xiao Tian’s arms had a special relationship with him. She asked worriedly, ”Is she... okay? I have already called an ambulance from the city center.”

Xiao Tian felt somewhat touched and patted Yu Ningxue on the shoulder.

”Thank you, beautiful master.”

Though it was just a small gesture, it showed Yu Ningxue’s thoughtfulness.

In this situation, Yu Ningxue did not choose to rush forward initially, but instead silently watched over Xiao Tian from behind. She did everything she could for him, rather than creating trouble.

To Yu Ningxue, this was what a woman should do.

Soon, two people in white coats quickly jumped out of the ambulance with a stretcher and lifted the injured Zhong Kexin onto the ambulance.

Xiao Tian looked at Zhong Kexin, who was barely alive on the stretcher, his eyes turning slightly red as he said to the doctor beside him, ”Money is not an issue. I want the best ward for my cousin. I’ll catch up soon!”

The doctor nodded seriously, ”Don’t worry, sir, we will do everything we can.”

The doctors knew the importance of time. Without any hesitation, the ambulance quickly departed, leaving only a street full of corpses, blood, and Beishu Dayuan groaning in pain on the roadside.

Xiao Tian, eyes cold, took out a knife and walked slowly to Beishu Dayuan.

Tonight was a bit chilly, and when Beishu Dayuan saw the silver gleam on Xiao Tian’s knife, the cold intensified.

Beishu Dayuan, with his bullet-ridden leg, crawled backward in a panic. Xiao Tian followed in a few steps, his voice cold, ”This morning, did you also rape a young girl?”

”How... how do you know??” Beishu Dayuan was filled with shock. He thought he had done it very secretly.

”Many of your companions have died by my hand before. I warned them at the time. Go back to your country. It seems the lesson was not enough for you.” The knife in Xiao Tian’s hand spun swiftly, flashing under the streetlight, making one feel anxious.

Beishu Dayuan had certainly witnessed the power of this knife!

Many of his companions had been buried by this very knife!

Beishu Dayuan finally couldn’t resist, knocking his head on the ground and begging for mercy, ”I admit... I raped a girl this morning. I can compensate! I can pay her! I can also tell you about our organization in Japan... please spare me!!”

”No need. I have already arranged a new life for her. You have to understand, many wrongs cannot be compensated for with money alone! If I hadn’t shown up today, would you have cared about that girl?”

Xiao Tian chuckled coldly and continued, ”Most importantly, you harmed my relative. Honestly, I’m not interested in your organization’s information, because as long as you come, I’ll kill you!”

Beishu Dayuan’s expression changed slightly, and he suddenly pulled a handgun from his pocket, aiming at Xiao Tian and yelling furiously as he pulled the trigger.

”Die!!! Just die for me!!!!” At this moment, Beishu Dayuan’s face was contorted with anger.

He was a noble Japanese; how could he die at the hands of Huaxia People?

Bang bang bang bang.

A few gunshots rang out, even startling Yu Ningxue, who shouted loudly, ”Be careful!”

The knife in Xiao Tian’s hand danced quickly, like an electric fan.

Ping ping ping ping.

Sounds of metal clashing exploded with sparks in front of Xiao Tian, a strong scent of gunpowder thick and harsh.

In a flash, Beishu Dayuan’s bullets were all deflected away by Xiao Tian’s knife.

Clatter.

The gun in Beishu Dayuan’s hand fell to the ground. His face turned ashen. He had clearly given up any resistance.

”Don’t you like to rape?” Xiao Tian picked up the fallen bullet and shot it directly toward Beishu Dayuan’s groin.

”Aaaaah!!!”

Beishu Dayuan only felt a searing pain in his crotch, the intense pain piercing his heart. He clutched his manhood, his face turning crimson.

”Since you destroyed someone’s life, be prepared for your life to be destroyed as well,” Xiao Tian said coldly.

Beishu Dayuan was already in too much pain to speak. Was his manhood really ruined??!!

Xiao Tian took out a mini pistol from his hand. Even sending this trash to jail would only lead to execution. Xiao Tian had no hesitation, immediately aiming the pistol at Beishu Dayuan’s head.

Yu Ningxue, knowing the killing intent in Xiao Tian’s heart, did not step forward to stop him. Moreover, she also harbored animosity toward this rapist.

Boom!

A gunshot suddenly sounded, then silence returned. In the chilly street, there was one more corpse.

------

At this moment, in front of the intensive care unit of the city center hospital, several doctors were pacing worriedly.

In the room, Zhong Kexin lay on the bed, her breathing very uneven. She was already in a deep coma, barely surviving on a ventilator.

The director of the emergency department, Zhang Xiaoguang, looked expectantly at Smith, hoping he could come up with a solution. After all, this person was sent by the police. If she died here, it would be difficult to handle.

And Dr. Smith was a physician lavishly invited from America, with a high reputation in the US. He was the most outstanding attending physician in their hospital.

Smith observed Zhong Kexin in the ward for a while but, in the end, shook his head helplessly:

”I’m sorry, Mr. Zhang. The lady’s injuries are too severe. The blood clots and bullet must be removed, but the location is linked to the carotid artery. If surgery is performed, the chance of the patient dying is extremely high, with only a twenty percent success rate. Furthermore, that is just the surgical success rate; there’s no guarantee for her recovery afterward. So it’s basically considered a fatal case.”
