Chapter 159: Chapter 157: Life-and-Death Pursuit

”Ah! We’re going to crash into the wall!”

”Danger!”

In the back seat of the police car, the young couple was so scared that they lost their wits, screaming uncontrollably.

Fortunately, just before crashing into the wall, Yu Ningxue slightly regained her composure, and with a sharp turn of the steering wheel, the car skimmed past the wall, narrowly avoiding a collision.

”Let me handle it.” Taking advantage of the moment, Xiao Tian managed to stand up slightly and grabbed the steering wheel.

”Ah! You’re blocking me, I can’t see anything!” Yu Ningxue screamed, struggling with Xiao Tian over the steering wheel.

”Be quiet!” Xiao Tian suddenly pulled Yu Ningxue into his arms, muttering, ”If you keep driving, we’ll all die!”

Yu Ningxue froze, finally calming down, and asked shakily, ”What should I do then?”

”Just keep the gas pedal floored.” Xiao Tian replied coolly.

Bang!

Almost simultaneously, a gunshot rang out.

Through the sound, Xiao Tian immediately deduced the bullet was aimed at the other rear tire. Reacting swiftly, he steered sideways, easily dodging the bullet’s attack.

Behind them, in Young Master Long’s car.

Muto Ichiro was taken aback by the missed shot, surprise evident in his eyes.

He had absolute confidence in his shooting skills, believing the shot would easily blow out the police car’s other rear tire, but the bullet missed at the last moment!

”Damn!” Muto Ichiro cursed, feeling frustrated, and fired several more shots until the bullets were spent.

Though it seemed like random shooting, each shot angle was extremely tricky. Even professionally trained soldiers driving would have their tires blown out by the bullets.

Yet, Xiao Tian’s driving skills were simply too exceptional, controlling the car with swaying movements to dodge one bullet after another!

”Ah!”

”Slow down! Don’t turn so sharply!”

Inside the car, Yu Ningxue screamed continuously, holding tightly onto Xiao Tian.

”If you want everyone to die here, I can slow down.” Xiao Tian said in a deep voice, the car’s swaying was too strong, making Yu Ningxue hold him tightly but still wobble due to inertia, soft sensations brushing against him.

However, Xiao Tian had no leisure to enjoy that comfortable feeling at that moment.

This wasn’t like the previous racing experiences; not only was a tire blown, but the driving position was extremely awkward, preventing Xiao Tian from exerting his full driving abilities. One misstep could lead to a fatal crash.

Luckily, Xiao Tian had experienced enough to remain calm, still coping freely.

However, with the blown tire, the car’s speed visibly slowed.

In less than half a minute, Young Master Long’s car caught up!

On the left, Young Master Long opened the car window with a sneer, looking at Xiao Tian disdainfully, mocking, ”Kid, I gave you a chance last time, and you refused to stop. This time, you’re courting death yourself. Watch how I crash into you!”

As he finished speaking, Young Master Long abruptly turned the steering wheel, aiming the car towards the police vehicle!

Xiao Tian frowned, the police car had its pedal floored, but Young Master Long chose a blind spot for the angle. No matter how skilled a driver he was, he couldn’t dodge!

Just as he prepared to make a desperate maneuver off the road, his eyes inadvertently noticed the position on Yu Ningxue’s waist, immediately reaching out to feel around.

”What are you doing?” Yu Ningxue shouted, thinking this damn rascal was trying to take advantage of her even at such a moment.

In the back seat.

The young couple continually watched Young Master Long’s car, seeing it crash towards them, too shocked even to scream.

Bang!

Just as the young couple thought inevitable death was upon them, Xiao Tian finally pulled out the handgun from Yu Ningxue’s waist, aimed at Young Master Long’s front tire, and fired a shot!

Squeak—

Young Master Long’s car had a tire blowout, uncontrollably veering direction, allowing Xiao Tian to seize the moment and sharply steer, narrowly avoiding collision, quickly pulling away from Young Master Long’s car.

Behind them.

”Damn! Damn!” Young Master Long was so furious he could burst, pounding the steering wheel with clenched fists.

”Calm down, catch up with them!” Muto Ichiro commanded sternly.

Young Master Long shivered, calmed down, gripped the steering wheel, tightly following the police car ahead.

Three minutes later.

Inside the police car.

Xiao Tian slapped Yu Ningxue’s rear strongly and shouted, ”Hit the brakes, now!”

Yu Ningxue was startled, clueless about Xiao Tian’s intentions, yet instinctively floored the brakes.

Almost simultaneously, Xiao Tian sharply turned the steering wheel to the right.

Squeak—Squeak—

The piercing sound of friction echoed as the police car swiftly spun in a 180-degree drift, sparks flying from the tires against the ground.

With the drift complete, the car came to a standstill!

”We’re at the location, get out quickly!” Xiao Tian pushed Yu Ningxue aside, opened the car door immediately, and got out.

Behind them, Young Master Long followed closely.

Yu Ningxue barely got out when Young Master Long’s car also drifted, simultaneously, Muto Ichiro in the car swung his right arm, throwing out a bright machete, blocking Xiao Tian and the others’ path!

Bang! Bang! Bang!

Young Master Long, Muto Ichiro, and Sakurai Ayi got out of the car simultaneously.

”Don’t get out!” Yu Ningxue stopped the young couple from getting out, firmly declaring, ”Rest assured, we’ll definitely rescue your child. What you must do now is ensure your own safety, just don’t add to the chaos.”

”Ha ha!” Before the young couple could respond, Young Master Long sneered and taunted, ”You guessed right, that group of kids was captured by my orders, but what can you do?

I’ll tell you, Muto Ichiro is a top-notch Aikido master who can easily kill you. You can’t save them, besides...”

Young Master Long paused, excitement brimming on his face, eyes fixed on Xiao Tian, speaking with excitement, ”Besides, you’ve repeatedly provoked me, so I must make you pay dearly.

Therefore, we won’t just kill you this time, but first, before your eyes, ravage that pretty policewoman!”

”Tsk tsk, this policewoman must be a beauty, she’s incredibly beautiful.” Young Master Long nearly drooled, fantasizing continually about Xiao Tian being savagely abused and his domination over Yu Ningxue.

”Xiao Tian!”

At this moment, Muto Ichiro stepped forward, full of malice, exuding murderous intent and coldly declared, ”Xiao Tian, you dare to embarrass my woman, today I’ll make you pay!”

”Be careful.” Yu Ningxue warned Xiao Tian, eyes filled with concern.

Previously, she wouldn’t have been so worried, but this time, she sensed a terrifying aura from Muto Ichiro, believing this was not an enemy easily disposed of.

Xiao Tian’s eyes also sharpened, expression tight, he too realized that Muto Ichiro was no ordinary foe!
