Shota's Isekai NTR Adventure

After a few days in the cultivation world, it was finally time to head back home with the group that would be representing the cultivation world.

The reason that it had taken so long wasn’t just because they had been guiding our exchange group around the cultivation world. It was because they had a very peculiar method that they used to choose their representatives.

”You cheated, that’s the only reason you won!”

”If you were stronger, then you wouldn’t have lost.”

”Shut up! I don’t want to hear it from you!”

Even now, there were grudges between the ones that were going and the ones that wanted to go. It wasn’t just because they weren’t chosen to go, it was all because they were the ones that had lost in the selection.

The way that they chose their representatives was a tournament.

As expected of a cultivation world where strength mattered the most.

They had even shown us the tournament as if it was a demonstration of their martial might. This was something that the soldiers took interest in since they were all warriors.

Though in my eyes, I knew that this was all superficial. As someone that already knew about the cultivation techniques of the sects of this cultivation world, I knew that they were only using common techniques.

Even though they wanted to, they had held back their secret techniques passed down through their sects.

In the end, it seemed like humans only felt safe if they had one card up their sleeves just in case.

So for the sake of the alliance, I didn’t expose the cultivation sects.

Though thinking about it, I could most likely reproduce those secret cultivation techniques just based on the memories of my past life.

”The knowledge that I possess really is a powerful card...too bad none of it works on the forces of Destruction.”

With the cultivators from the cultivation sects following us, we headed to the surface.

The tunnel that we took was already cleared of all the corruption energy that they pushed into it, but one could clearly see the wariness that these cultivators possessed. It seemed like the memories that they had of this place were quite deeply imprinted on them.

Still we were able to make it to the exit without a problem.

”Can we take a break?”

We were all surprised by the cultivators suddenly making this request, but it did seem like they were tired from this short walk. Or rather for cultivators, a tunnel of a few kilometers should have just been a short walk.

It was just that with the way that they were acting, it was as if they had run for several hundred kilometers.

Still with the way that they were, it really was hard to keep moving like this. So it was only after a short break that we came out of the hole.

The problem was that the moment that we came out, the cultivators suddenly collapsed to the ground.

None of us had any idea of what happened, but the first thought was...

”Is there some kind of infection that they’re suffering from?”

After all, this kind of thing was common in my past life where people would suddenly fall ill when subjected to a new environment like this.

As we stared at the cultivators that were on the ground, we had no idea what we were supposed to do. Or it was better to say that we were even afraid to touch them in case something happened when we touched them.

In the end, they suddenly woke up on their own so we didn’t have to do anything.

It was just that the moment that they woke up, they looked around as if they were surprised by something. At the same time, they looked around as if they were looking for something.

”There’s no spiritual energy at all?”

It was only when they said this that I understood what was happening.

The cultivators used spiritual energy to sustain themselves through their cultivation techniques, so being thrown into a place like this was almost like going into shock.

After all, there was only mana here instead of spiritual energy.

Back in the underground cultivation world, we had already tested whether cultivators would be able to absorb mana like spiritual energy by providing them with magic stones. But in the end, the results were that they couldn’t absorb the mana at all.

It was as if there was some kind of rejection between them and the mana that made it impossible for their cultivation techniques to absorb it.

So when they were thrown into an environment where there was no spiritual energy at all, it was no wonder they went into shock like this.

Everyone had assumed that they would be able to rely on the spiritual energy inside of them to sustain themselves, but now it seemed like this wasn’t possible.

It was strange since we were able to go into the cultivation world where there was no mana at all without any problems. That was the main reason why everyone thought it would be possible.

So in the end, we had no choice but to head back down.

With the condition that the cultivators were in, it really was impossible for us to continue like this. If someone lost their life, then we really wouldn’t be able to say anything.

After entering the cave, we stopped to let the cultivators adjust back to the spiritual energy that was here.

Even in this place, the spiritual energy was already thin.

”It’s no wonder they were already tired earlier, so that was already a sign that they were going into shock...”

No matter how one looked at it, this would be a problem.

If we only had this one sided cultural exchange, it wasn’t as if we could properly build up a relationship with the cultivators.

But we just couldn’t let them risk their lives for this...

With a sigh, I could only think to myself, ”At least we have someone that specializes in this, even if he is a bit eccentric...”
