Shota's Isekai NTR Adventure

Seeing that they were still suspecting me like this, I pointed at one of the buildings and said, ”Want to go and take a look?”

They were surprised by my suggestion, but they still followed me in the end.

Though the way that they looked at me was as if they were thinking that I was finally making my move.

At least it seemed like this was enough to distract them from the random objects that I had picked up.

The reason that I picked this building was because of the sound that was coming from it.

When we entered the building, we immediately saw why there was all this noise coming from it.

”No, not that side!”

”Go to the other side!”

”Watch out for the traps!”

It was complete chaos in this building with how many people were here, but that wasn’t the main reason that it was so noisy. It was all because of the different traps that were also in this place that the disciples were triggering.

With how the traps were laid out, it really felt like there was no end to all of the traps that were in this place.

But since there were all of these traps, everyone had convinced themselves that there was something valuable that was here.

”If there’s nothing valuable, why would there be all of these traps placed here?”

That was the logic that they were following.

Seeing that I was just standing there watching the disciples, the sect masters and elders also started to relax a bit and watched them along with me. But since there were disciples of different sects that were trying to break through these traps...

”It seems like your Buddhist Sect’s body refining techniques aren’t all that.”

”You say that, but your Shaolin School techniques are just as useless.”

It was clear that there was this rivalry between these two sects, but that was only the trigger for these people. Once someone spoke up, it wasn’t as if the others would remain silent.

Especially since it became a matter of sect pride in front of the guest that they all cared about. They were naturally going to speak up for their sect disciples that were trying to break through the traps.

”Look at the perfect sword strokes that cut right through those arrows, there really is nothing better than the Mount Hua Sect’s sword techniques.”

”You say that, but it’s clear that the Wudang Sect’s techniques are better. Look at how they completely divert the traps without letting them anywhere near them.”

”Pft, you think sword techniques are all that special? Our palm techniques are clearly more elegant and graceful.”

”Elegant and graceful? I think you mean completely devoid of power.”

I couldn’t help revealing a faint smile seeing the sect masters and elders fighting like this, but I didn’t actually back anyone as they were fighting amongst themselves. That was because I knew the trust of this building and I didn’t want to ruin the surprise that was about to come.

Though they moved slowly, they were breaking through the traps that were in this place.

So it seemed like it was only a matter of time before they were able to reach the end of this building.

Only before that happened, there was an incident between two sects.

”You did that on purpose!”

Both of them were accusing each other when it was just a simple mistake, but the disciples couldn’t help escalating it because their sects were against each other in the first place.

It was the Mount Hua Sect and the Wudang Sect, both of which were sword cultivation sects that claimed to be the greatest among all sword cultivation sects.

They had long been rivals with each other, so it was only natural that they would want to use this chance to settle things.

Even the sect master and elders looked like they were getting ready to fight with each other, but they calmed down in the end since they remembered that they were with everyone like this.

Though I could see that it was mainly because of the look that I gave them in the end.

Once the disciples of these two sects were caught up in this, it seemed like the disciples of the other sects were slowly drawn in as well as they started fighting with each other.

”They already wanted to fight, but they just never had the chance.” I couldn’t help feeling amused seeing this.

I had seen how aggressive sects could be in the game, but now that it was real life...it seemed like they were even more aggressive. It isn’t just a matter of wanting the practice, there’s a lot of grudges between them.

”The only reason that they endure each other is all because of the threat of the demonic sects.”

That was the lore in the game and that was how it was in real life.

But so far, I haven’t met a single demonic sect yet...

”I’m kind of curious what they’re like and if there’s a chance to work with them.”

Even if they were demonic sects, it wasn’t as if they were all bad. There were some that were considered demonic sects just because of their cultivation techniques even if they had never done anything bad.

There were quests about this when this world was still a game.

While I was lost in thought about the demonic sects, it seemed like the disciples had settled their fight and had reached the end of the building.

But the moment that they reached the end, there were shocked and disappointed looks that appeared on their faces.

That was because there wasn’t a single thing that was here at the end.

Even though they had been expecting to find treasures, they found that this place was empty other than more parts for the traps.

”This was just a training hall to let the disciples experience what traps are like?”

Realizing this, they couldn’t help feeling that they had just wasted their time.

I was the only one that didn’t feel surprised since I knew that this was the case all along.

It was even funny seeing their expressions when they learned the truth.
