Shota's Isekai NTR Adventure

After a long silence, I said, ”Please give me a bit more time to think this over.”

This time, the Merman King didn’t force the issue as he responded with a simple nod.

But the way that he looked at me made it clear what he was thinking.

”Don’t take too long, or else.”

I understood why he felt this way since I had also become a father.

If one day, someone were to come to me for my daughter’s hand in marriage...well, it would be hard for me to imagine what exactly I would do. The only thing that I could guarantee was that I wouldn’t think that anyone was good enough for my daughter.

But at the same time, I knew that I couldn’t keep her by my side forever.

”Being a father really isn’t an easy business.” I couldn’t help thinking to myself seeing the look on the Merman King’s face.

The most important thing in the end should be the happiness of one’s daughter.

Once that matter was settled, I looked at the others that were also at this meeting.

The Dwarven King didn’t matter since there was nothing else that he could bring up.

Now that I knew what the topic of this meeting was, I naturally knew why the Dwarven King was acting the way that he did. In short, he didn’t have anything connected to this since he already had what they were looking for.

At this point, it wasn’t as if he and I could become closer even if we wanted to since I had already married his sister.

The only other way to become closer was if he and I married each other and we clearly didn’t swing that way.

As such, he really didn’t have anything invested in this matter.

Instead, I paid attention to the other two at the meeting.

The one I chose to focus on was Olos from the giants.

The elder from the elves...I already knew what she would have asked for and this wasn’t something that I could decide that easily.

After all, the one that she was trying to push onto me was quite troublesome.

I really wanted to complain about this, but I knew that she really couldn’t do anything.

It was her guilt that made her do this in the end, so even if she didn’t exactly want to...

”I don’t think that there’s anyone on your side that I can get married to. After all, you only have your son...” I said to Olos in a strange tone that almost seemed like I had some doubts.

Even if Alidus and I were close, it was better to say that we were like brothers than lovers...

So even if he did try to push that, I definitely wouldn’t agree.

There was a bitter smile that appeared on Olos’ face when he heard this before he nodded in agreement. But then he said, ”It isn’t our Harakka Tribe that is sending someone forward, rather it’s the Vale Tribe.”

The moment that I heard this, I knew exactly who he was referring to.

After all, she just didn’t hide it at all.

She made it very clear what she wanted and even Alidus confirmed this.

”Please let me take the time to think about it.” I said in a voice that seemed like I had given up.

But after thinking about it, I had to add, ”Isn’t it a problem because of the size difference?”

I knew that there was a way to handle it, but of course I didn’t bring that up.

This wasn’t something that I wanted to do, so I wouldn’t bring it up even if they beat me to death.

”Well, there have been cases of this and there are ways to overcome it. The elders can think of a way to deal with it, it all depends on how you feel right now.”

The way that he said this was as if he was on my side, but I knew that he really wasn’t since he mentioned the elders.

The elders of the giant race, the ones that were considered the backbone of the giant race.

If even they were involved in this matter, it seemed that they were far more determined to see this go through than how Olos made it seem.

I wouldn’t be surprised if even the Origin Giant was involved in this matter after what happened last time...

So there was no way for me to expect Olos to be an ally.

”Alright, if that’s the case, then I won’t say anything else. Please just give me some time to consider it.” I said in a voice that almost seemed like I was giving up again.

Olos gave a nod without saying anything, but the look on his face made it very clear what he was thinking.

Though the one thing that annoyed me was the trace of apology that was in his eyes.

”If you’re really sorry, don’t bring this to me!” I complained secretly.

Finally, it was the elder...

”It’s not happening.”

Even though the elder was proposing this just like the others, I denied her directly.

After all, it wasn’t as if I didn’t already have a connection with the elven race.

I was already married to Moon, so there was no need for me to get married to Aisha as well.

In fact, it was because I was married to Moon that marrying Aisha just didn’t work.

”Please take it into consideration.” The elder didn’t force it in the end since she knew that this wasn’t something that could be forced.

She just brought it up because she wanted to take advantage of this situation to push me a little.

But in the end, it wasn’t as if this would be enough to change my mind on this matter.

It wasn’t something that was possible.

In the end, that was where this meeting was left.

I looked like a man marching to my death as I went to meet with my wives.
