Shota's Isekai NTR Adventure

In the end, no one was satisfied.

That was because of what the Azure Sage did.

Since he wasn’t able to split us up into different groups, he chose to compromise by making sure that no one would be able to move freely.

Instead of creating groups to move around the ruins in, it became a sort of guided tour where the teachers would be leading the students around the places that had already been explored.

It was clear that the students had been looking forward to exploring the ruins, but that chance was taken away because we were going with them.

If it wasn’t the Azure Sage that had changed the plans of the field trip, then there would have been plenty of complaints.

That just went to show the status that a sage had in the Sorcery Empire.

They were the strongest magicians that were in the Sorcery Empire, the ones that the country depended on to face the pressure from the other countries. So it could be said that they were the backbone of the Sorcery Empire.

That was why there was no one that went against the decisions of a sage.

Still, it was clear that they weren’t happy about the change.

In the end, everyone went along in one big group to the ruins.

Since these ruins were where the Sorcery Empire had obtained the knowledge that had allowed them to build up the Sorcery Empire, it was only natural that it was a place that was closely guarded by them.

That meant that this place was actually right in the center of the Sorcery Empire’s capital.

But the exact location was a surprise.

”Why are we still at the magic academy?” I couldn’t help asking in a confused voice when they led us away after we formed our groups.

It turned out that the ruins were actually right in the center of the magic academy.

It was almost as if the magic academy had been built around the ruins.

Perhaps this was why the magic academy was the number one institution in the entire Sorcery Empire. After all, the ruins were the best source of magic knowledge that could be obtained in the entire Sorcery Empire.

If these ruins were here, then they would be able to gain this knowledge whenever they wanted.

Once we arrived at the entrance, they didn’t hesitate to bring us in.

In fact, it even seemed like they were very used to opening up the entrance of the ruins. It seemed that this was a place that they visited often.

Is this why they weren’t that opposed to letting us into these ruins?

After all, if these ruins were a place that they were used to entering, it meant that they should have explored it quite a bit.

So all of the things that should have been found should have already been found.

Then there was no harm in letting us enter these ruins?

After they opened the entrance, it didn’t seem like there was anything there.

In fact, it almost seemed like some kind of cave that was leading deep into the ground with the way that it looked.

It really didn’t seem like it would lead to any place special.

At the same time, it seemed that all of the teachers knew exactly where they were going.

”Watch your step.”

”There’s a hole over there, so be careful.”

”This is a trap switch, but it’s already been disabled, so you don’t have to worry.”

They really seemed like they had already explored this place many times before.

The more that they told us, the more it seemed like this place wouldn’t have anything interesting.

That was until we arrived at the end of the tunnel.

Once I saw what was there, I couldn’t help being surprised.

After all, this was not something that I had seen in the game before. If there had been something like this in the game, then I would have certainly remembered it.

It was a large underground city.

When was there something like this in the game and how have I never been to this place before?

The more that I thought about it, the more confused I was about the identity of this palace.

If it wasn’t mentioned in the game, does that mean that this place wasn’t important enough to mention? Or could it be that this was some kind of secret hidden area that no one had discovered before?

Well, the only other possibility was that this place was a new map that was supposed to be added into the game afterwards, which was why no one had found it before.

But I didn’t remember any announcements about the Sorcery Empire being expanded in my past life.

So I really had no idea what this place was.

Even though this was a large city, it seemed that the teachers were still very familiar as they guided us around it without any maps or tools. It seemed that they had even memorized the layout of this underground city with how familiar they were with this place.

The way that they guided us, it was almost as if they could show us the way around with their eyes blindfolded.

I really didn’t know what to say when I saw them guiding us like this.

But I still had to make the most out of this.

”Can we take a look at the insides of the buildings?”

The students all agreed with me when I asked this question.

The teachers also didn’t seem surprised to hear this, so they split into different groups and started leading students into the buildings.

It was just that there wasn’t anything special there either.

These seemed like nothing more than normal residences with the way that they were decorated.

It really seemed like this was nothing more than a normal city.

So that should mean that the important things were put in another part of the city.

Only where was that?
