Shota's Isekai NTR Adventure

Once all of the younger students left, the door was closed by the head teacher and we were thrust into darkness again.

But it didn’t take long for that darkness to disappear once more.

”Welcome to the simulation space.”

”The intermediate test will begin now.”

The same voice as before rang out once the lights came back on.

Everyone else immediately focused and raised their guards when they heard this as they prepared for what came.

Only I couldn’t help falling into a daze.

That was because I finally recognized the voice that rang out.

And the moment that I recognized the voice, I just couldn’t help being stunned by it.

”Why is it this voice?”

That was the only thought that was on my mind.

”Watch out!”

I was pulled out of my daze when I heard this voice and I realized that the test had already started while I had been in my daze. The one that had called out to me was Aisha and she was standing in front of me with her hand raised up to form a magic barrier.

This intermediate test seemed to be the same as the beginner test where there were spells that rained down on us.

The only real difference was that the spells were much stronger than before.

They were no longer low grade spells, but rather intermediate spells that rained down.

At this level, they would hurt quite a bit if I was to take these without any protection.

So I quickly raised my hand and formed a barrier as well around the two of us.

Only after I made this barrier did I look at Aisha with an awkward look and say, ”Sorry, I was a bit distracted by something.”

She shook her head to say, ”Just focus on clearing this test for now. Whatever you have on your mind, you can think about it later.”

I just gave a simple nod without saying anything.

Though part of that was because I had been dazzled by her when she saved me.

I had to admit that she had been quite charming when she saved me like this.

It was like she was the hero and I was the princess…

It was hard to resist when a beautiful girl saved you like this…

Still, I turned my attention back on the test that we were facing as I started buffing up the barrier that I released.

It had been a bit shaky, but now there was nothing that the intermediate spells could do against this barrier. It was as if it was being slammed into a wall of steel when they fell onto my barrier.

I could honestly take a nap with the way that it was going.

At the same time, there was no strain on my face at all since it was easy for me to maintain this barrier.

With how much mana I had after training it for so long, it really wasn’t hard for me to keep this barrier up.

But I could tell that there were some people that were struggling.

So when it seemed like the test still wasn’t over yet, but their barriers were about to break, I suddenly raised my hand and enlarged the barrier that I had generated. I made sure that the barrier that I created covered everyone that was here.

They looked at me with strange looks, but I didn’t look back at them as I focused on the barrier.

Like that, I went from almost being eliminated right away to the one person that was protecting everyone.

Eventually, the lights from the magic arrays on the roof disappeared and the spells stopped falling down on us.

The moment that this changed, there were targets that appeared all around us just like before.

Only this time, there was something different about the targets.

There was a colour change with these targets.

The previous targets had been red, but now these targets were actually blue.

Other than that, there really didn’t seem to be any difference between these targets and the previous targets.

That was until they were hit with spells.

The moment that their spells hit these targets, they knew that these blue targets were different.

After all, the ones from before had been very easy to destroy and took no effort at all. This time, the blue targets actually resisted the spells that were cast at them from most of the students.

It seemed that low grade spells were no longer effective against these targets.

The only ones that were able to destroy these targets were those that were skilled enough to cast low grade spells that had the power of intermediate grade spells.

These targets had clearly been upgraded, so it was no time to think about saving mana.

At this point, it was all about destroying as many of these targets as possible.

So instead of using the same low grade spells, they started releasing intermediate grade spells at these targets.

Once they used the intermediate grade spells, the results were completely different.

The spells just broke the target without any resistance, but it also didn’t mean that the spells were strong enough to keep going. One target per spell seemed to be the limit when it came to shooting at these targets.

Or that was the case for the normal students.

As for me…the same thing as before happened where a single fireball was able to take care of an entire group of targets.

With how my fireball went through these targets, it didn’t seem like they were able to resist at all to the power of my fireball.

When the teachers had tested it, they had already said that my fireballs had the power of a high grade spell. So it wasn’t strange that there was this much destruction when I cast it.

Though I could also tell that there was a difference.

There weren’t as many targets that were being burnt away by the fireball as before.

The resistance of these targets did become stronger.
