Shota's Isekai NTR Adventure

Since he was completely outnumbered and outpowered, there was nothing that the king of the Poppin Kingdom could do except surrender.

There was a part of him that wanted to see if he could fight with the knight order, but he knew that this was risky.

Surrendering gave him a better chance of survival.

Surrendering gave him more options.

So it was better to surrender.

One had to admit that even if the king of the Poppin Kingdom was a terrible tyrant, he was still someone capable enough to sit on the throne as a tyrant without being deposed that easily.

If it wasn’t for the fact that someone much more powerful interfered this time, the king of the Poppin Kingdom never would have been taken off his throne like this.

It was only because of the interference of the Kite Kingdom that this even happened.

Since the king of the Poppin Kingdom took the initiative to surrender, the wyvern riders and the others didn’t make things hard for the king of the Poppin Kingdom.

Especially since it wasn’t as if they could keep up this deception for long.

Doing this kind of thing excessively would cause friction with the four empires, so it was better to end this as soon as possible.

After all, it was impossible for the four empires to support the Kite Kingdom in establishing a new regime in the Poppin Kingdom like this. If they were to do such a thing, they would take the Poppin Kingdom for themselves instead of giving it to the Kite Kingdom.

It was only because the Kite Kingdom was close to the four empires…well, two of the four empires that they were able to do such a thing.

The knights were the escort that Chris and Leon led and they had been unwilling to go along with this. If it wasn’t for the fact that they had orders to follow the holy son’s orders, they wouldn’t have done this.

The figures in the water were a few merman royal guards that followed Ariel.

They were also unwilling to get involved in a human conflict.

If it wasn’t for the fact that Ariel gave them the order, they wouldn’t have gotten involved.

Since what had happened last time, the authority that Ariel had increased compared to before, so they had no choice but to follow her orders. Though in reality, the increased authority that she had was supposed to be used for her own protection.

It was supposed to be something that she used to protect herself if anything went wrong.

She definitely wasn’t supposed to be using it like this.

As for the other two empires, it was more deception.

The magicians that were hidden in the robes weren’t actually magicians. In fact, they weren’t even humans. Enjoy exclusive content from freewebnovel

What was under the robes were a bunch of monsters.

These were the undead monsters that had been imbued with elemental energy that were shooting spells at the knights of the Poppin Kingdom. They were doing this to pretend to be magicians from the Sorcery Empire.

Since they couldn’t see what was under the cloaks, it was only natural that they would mistake these undead monsters for magicians.

For the people of the Poppin Kingdom, it was hard for them to imagine undead monsters as magicians even if they had seen the undead monsters in action before during the war.

Finally, when it came to the magic bullets…

That was a special form of deception.

It was the hardest one, but Zwein had found a way to make it work.

Once the king of the Poppin Kingdom surrendered, he and his knights were immediately captured and brought back to the capital.

The capital was naturally in chaos since the king and all of the knights had abandoned them.

Without anyone in charge in the capital, there were those that tried to seize power, there were those that tried to hide, and there were those that tried to run.

There were even those that seemed to want to fight for the Poppin Kingdom to the end.

It was unknown what those people were thinking, but if they had loyalty towards the king that abandoned them…they really didn’t have good eyes.

With the power and presence of the wyverns, it was easy to suppress the chaos that was happening in the capital. Even if they wanted to seize power for themselves, was there anything that they could do in the face of the wyverns.

The wyverns had absolute power that no one in the capital could face.

So they had no choice but to surrender in the end.

Once the capital was suppressed, all that was left was to gather the leaders of the rebels.

That didn’t take long either since the wyverns were sent out to pick them up.

Since the king and all of the higher ups of the Poppin Kingdom had been captured, there was no one left to give orders. With no one left to give orders, that meant that the local forces that didn’t participate in the rebellion couldn’t do anything to stop them.

In no time at all, Alex and his men were gathered in the capital.

”What do you want us to do now?” Alex asked the leader of the wyvern riders after seeing everything that happened in the capital.

As he asked this, there was a strange look that was on his face.

The leader of the wyvern riders didn’t seem to care as he calmly said, ”It’s your Poppin Kingdom now. You’re free to do whatever you want with both the king and his knights.”

The way that he said this was as if the king and the knights posed no threat at all to them.

Though he did add, ”Be sure to keep your word later on.”

Alex knitted his brows slightly when he heard this, but then he said with a smile, ”I will. I’ll be sure to show you a completely new Poppin Kingdom.”

Then after a pause, he tilted his head and added, ”Though we should probably change the name.”
