The Adventures of an Overpowered Knight in Another World

Chapter 39 - 39- Newbie Crushing Ceremony

Although it was not possible to see them from that distance and with the tree covering them, the fact that she was doing something so erotic so openly was enough to make her reach euphoria.

SPLASH~ unable to hold on any longer, Anastasia climaxed.

Feeling her tighten further, Reinhardt ejaculated too, shooting his semen all into her.

”Stop your training and clear the space.”

On the training grounds, Bob shouted. Everyone stopped doing whatever they were doing and cleared the space just like they were told. The old recruits gathered on one side, grinning ear to ear while the new recruits looked on with confusion.

The other knights smiled, walking to the sidelines as if enjoying a show.

”The Commander and the Duke are here. We will now commence the yearly tradition ceremony. All squires and newbies line up” Bob announced.

One could see Reinhardt in his casual clothing, standing in front of the knights. Beside him were two other people, one was the Duke and the other a future knight of the realm, the young lord Arthur.

The latterʼs eyes were shining as if he couldnʼt wait to see the skill of the squires of the Temple of Light.

”As this is your first day here in the Temple of Lightʼs base, we will now commence an inauguration ceremony. To get accustomed to the members of the order and future training, the newbies will now fight their seniors from the previous year”...

”EHHH?!” When Bob mentioned that, all the newbies let out a collective groan. They had all fought a squire from the knight orders a few days ago in the Knight Entrance exam and knew how tough they were.

They didnʼt want to go through that same painful experience again.

As if knowing what the new recruits were thinking, Bob assured ”Donʼt worry, the squires you will be facing are just a year senior than you. That is to say, you wonʼt be facing those strong opponents you did back in the entrance ceremony”.

The new recruits looked visibly relieved, which only seemed to make the grin on the old recruits even wider.

”Now, enough chit chat. Let me explain the rules of this tradition. This yearly practice of the Temple of Light has been a long standing custom passed down since two generations of commanders before Sir Reinhardt”.

”It is a tradition that shows the enduring will of the future knights of the Temple of Light as well as their aptness to get accustomed to any situation. The Newbie Crushing Ceremony isnʼt just a fight but a battle to rekindle the fires of passion in all the knights”...

”We have all at some point gone through it and have all benefited from it. There is something to gain for both the new and old recruits. With this fight, the new recruits will be able to see how much stronger they can get within a year under the training of the temple of the light”...

”As for the old recruits, this battle will show you how much stronger you have gotten since the time you joined the order. The rules of this practice are simple: no killing, no serious injuries, and especially no mocking. The new recruits can choose who they want to fight and the battle is over once either party is unable to battle or surrenders”...

”You are all future knights of the Temple of Light, it is expected of you to conduct yourself with chivalrous conduct. If you are all clear of the rules, letʼs start this tradition”.

With the shout from Bob, the yearly tradition of the Temple of Light, the newbie crushing ceremony finally began. The new recruits looked apprehensive while the old ones grinned. This battle was their stage to shine.

Ever since joining the order last year, they have been put through hell from all the training, battle exercises and real life experience that they went through.

They had been beaten down, rebuked, and even made fun of by their senior so much that they were filled with this vexing energy they needed to vent out on someone. Thankfully, this yearʼs Newbies provided the perfect scapegoat.

And so began the Newbie Crushing Ceremony in earnest. Wails and cries of new recruits echoed through the training grounds as one by one they were all beaten down black and blue.

”Hmm, this yearʼs recruits are better than I though,t but they are still far from the talents we used to receive when we were one of the top three orders”.

One of the Holy knights mused. He had been observing the fights for a while, and although the quality of the recruits is better than before, the difference is not that big.

”Didnʼt you say we have some nice recruits this year?”...

”Haha, what are you in such a haste for? There are indeed some fine recruits” Bob laughed, his eyes containing a cunning light.

”It would be too boring if the ceremony ends just like every year with the newbies taking the beating. It would be good once in a while to see the situation change”..

”Oh?!”...

”Who is that guy? He is going toe to toe against a squire.”

While the holy knights discussed among themselves, the situation in the training ground changed. A black haired young man with eyes as deep as black holes and holding a bigass crimson sword, appeared.

He was moving that big sword with such strength and movement that even the old recruit fighting him could not get an edge over him.

As the squires and knights of the order observed the battle, they started to notice something unusual. That man, he was not using any skills and was only fighting with the pure brute strength of his stats.

His opponent on the other hand was using all of their skill, training and experience they had gained over the years, but was still unable to gain an advantage.

The battle continued until the old recruit could no longer endure it.
