Chapter 2563: Chapter 2563: Arrived At the Gathered Place

Yu Qi immediately checked if the child was injured somewhere. Luckily, the child was fine. It was probably the child seat’s protection. Yu Qi calmed down the child first.

Everyone still tried to get the parent out of the car. Seeing this, Yu Qi gave the baby to the nearby nurse.

”Take care of the baby for now.” Yu Qi said before approaching the car again.

They tried to get out the driver and the passenger. However, it seemed that because of the impact, the car was dented, causing the victims to be trapped between the dashboard and the car seat.

”How is the parent?” Yu Qi asked.

”We can not get them out. We need to wait for the Fire and Rescue Department People to come and get them out.” The doctor stated.

Yu Qi scanned the situation. If they had not got out of the car at that moment, their legs would have been beyond saving. She could not wait any longer.

”Step back. I will try.” Yu Qi said.

”Doctor Yu Qi, what are you talking about?” A doctor tried to ask, but another doctor pulled him away.

Yu Qi ignored others. She grabbed the dashboard and pulled it away from the victims. Everyone was watching in shock. The dashboard indeed moved due to Yu Qi’s pulling.

”Now, get them out.” Yu Qi shouted.

They rushed over and took the victims out. Yu Qi let the car go. The doctors placed the victims on the stretcher. Yu Qi looked at the victims. The blood did not flow into their legs. Yu Qi pulled something out. It was a silver needle.

”Step aside.” Yu Qi said.

Yu Qi pulled the woman’s pants up. The men were startled and turned their heads to the other side. Ignoring others’ reactions, Yu Qi did the acupuncture on the woman’s legs. After a few needles were struck into the woman’s legs, the pale legs finally turned normal.

Yu Qi left the woman’s side and went to do the same treatment as the woman.

”Get me scissors.” Yu Qi shouted.

A nurse grabbed the scissors from the medical box and handed them to Yu Qi. Yu Qi snatched the scissors and cut the man’s pants. Yu Qi struck the needles into the man’s legs. A few moments later, the same thing happened, and the blood flew into the man’s legs.

The victim in another car had been taken out by the doctors. He was alone. Yu Qi also went to check him. He was also badly injured.

”They still need surgeries. Where is the ambulance?” Yu Qi clicked her tongue.

Even though they were doctors around, the parents needed to have the surgery. The ambulance was slow because it was in a remote area. The baby was crying.

”He must be hungry.” The nurse said.

Yu Qi looked at the car. The bonnet was still attached. She rushed to the car and opened the bonnet. There was a box that contained the baby formula. There was also an instruction on how to make the milk.

Yu Qi immediately followed the instructions and made the milk. She then rushed back to the nurse who held the crying baby.

”Give this to him.” Yu Qi gave the bottle to the nurse.

Indeed, the baby was hungry. He finally stopped crying when he had the milk. He drank it. After that, he slept. Everyone was relieved.

After waiting for half an hour, the ambulances finally arrived. The paramedics were surprised to see a lot of people there. The doctor explained to the paramedics about the situation.

The paramedics were also surprised to see the needles in the victims’ legs. Yu Qi stepped forward and explained her action while pulling the needles out of the victims.

The paramedic finally transported all of the victims into the ambulance. The nurse also gave the baby to the paramedics. Even though the baby seemed fine, they thought it was better to check him as well. The paramedics also took their belongings. It would be easier for the hospital to contact their families later.

The ambulances were finally leaving. Then, the police officers arrived. The doctors gave their statements about the car accident. Only after half an hour, they managed to get into the bus again.

4 hours later, they finally arrived at the meeting points. Other hospitals had already arrived.

The leader of this charity program at Tang Private Hospital went on to explain why they were late. Other hospitals were surprised when they heard about the car accident. Other hospitals understood the situation and did not make a fuss about that.

They began the briefing. They explained that they would be divided and would go to small villages in this area. They would provide a free medical assessment to the people. They would stay 5 days here before moving to the next location.

Because it was already night, the briefing was short. They had dinner before retreating to the assigned rooms. Yu Qi was sharing a room with three other people.

”I am glad that I am in the same group with you, Doctor Yu Qi.” Nurse Shin Teng smiled.

”Yes, same here.” A doctor, the new one, Fang Maomao, stated.

She was the newly hired doctor.

”Only me in another group.” Another nurse sighed.

”You have other doctors from our hospital too in your hospital.” Nurse Shin Teng said.

”We should get some sleep. We need to work hard tomorrow.” Fang Maomao said.
