Reborn : Space Intelligent Woman

Then, they arrived at the hospital. Since the hospital had been informed by Yu Qi, they were already ready to receive Su Xiao. They moved as fast as they could to bring Su Xiao to the labour room.

All the Tang Family members had been informed. Since they were already at the hospital, they rushed to the labour room where Su Xiao was except for Tang Jang Qin. He was still in the surgery room at the moment.

Grandpa Tang entered the labour room. The doctor in charge told him that the amniotic fluid had just broken. However, the cervix was not open enough for the baby to get out.

Grandpa Tang was about to answer when the door was opened from outside. It was Tang Jang Qin.

”Is my wife okay?” Tang Jang Qin asked in a worried tone.

It was dangerous enough for his wife to continue the pregnancy when she was in her 40’s but because she liked the kids very much, she had taken the risk to continue the pregnancy.

After finishing the surgery, he had been informed that his wife had been pushed into the labour room. So, he got rid of the surgery gown and ran towards the labour room. He could see his whole family was waiting outside the labour room.

So, he entered the labour room and saw his father and the doctor who was talking about his wife.

”Director, your wife’s amniotic fluid has just broken but her cervix has still yet opened. So, what do you want to do?” The doctor asked.

”Do the C-section.” Tang Jang Qin decided.

”Okay.” The doctor nodded as she prepared to do the caesarean section.

Grandpa Tang went outside since Tang Jang Qin was already here. Tang Jang Qin went to his wife’s side.

”Xiao Xiao...  I am here.” Tang Jang Qin grabbed his wife’s hand and kissed her forehead.

”Husband, it hurts.” Su Xiao said to Tang Jang Qin.

”Hmmm... I know. It will be fine soon. The next moment, we are going to have a baby. You have worked so hard until now.” Tang Jang Qin comforted his wife.

”Is Auntie Su Xiao okay, Grandpa?” Tang Jin Wei asked.

”She will be okay.” Grandpa Tang nodded.

Even though Tang Qin Hao looked calm, inside, he was very nervous. It was his mother who was inside there.

About an hour later, the surgery was completed. Su Xiao gave birth to two babies, a boy and a girl. They did not expect this result since when they had scanned, they only saw one baby only. It was possible to miss the other one if she hid behind her brother.

Everyone was happy with the news. They welcomed two new family members at once. The doctor checked the babies. Even though one of them was small yet both of them were healthy. One weighed about 2.5 kilograms while another one weighed around 1.9 kilograms. However, they could not leave the hospital for some period of time.

Pei Xian drove Grandpa Tang, Ming Yue and Yu Qi home. They would come back tomorrow.

...

After finishing her round, she went to see Su Xiao. Luckily she had no appointment with her patients. When she arrived at the room, she saw Grandpa Tang, Tang Jang Qin and Ming Yue were inside the room.

The babies had also been placed beside Su Xiao’s bed. They were sleeping soundlessly. Yu Qi entered quietly.

”Aunt Su Xiao, how are you?” Yu Qi asked Su Xiao.

”I am fine. But all thanks to you that  we managed to go to the hospital faster yesterday.” Su Xiao remembered that Yu Qi lifted her up effortlessly.

”What happened?” Tang Jang Qin asked.

”Yesterday, Su Xiao was on the bed. She could not stand up due to the pain. So, it was Yu Qi who lifted her up and brought her into the ambulance.” Ming Yue explained.

”Oh... I see. Thank you, Yu Qi.” Tang Jang Qin thanked Yu Qi.

”No need for that, Uncle Jang Qin. We are family.” Yu Qi shook her head. ”By the way, have you decided the names for the babies?”

”Yeah. We have decided. For the boy, his name is Tang Bo Lin and for the girl, her name is Tang Heng Nuo.” Su Xiao smiled as she told their names to Yu Qi.

”Bo Lin and Heng Nuo... These names are good.” Yu Qi looked at the babies. ”Welcome to this world, Bo Lin as well as Heng Nuo.”

Tang Bo Lin and Tang Heng Nuo made some movements after Yu Qi talked with them.

”Oh, they are responding to you, Yu Qi.” Su Xiao chuckled.

Yu Qi laughed. The babies were so cute.

The news about Su Xiao who had given birth spread across the hospital and among their friends. They were surprised not because Su Xiao was pregnant but because she gave birth to a pair of twins, not to mention at that age.

Some of their friends came and visited them. Among them was Yung Ha Ren. She came to visit her.

”Congratulations, Su Xiao.” Yung Ha Ren said.

”Thank you.” Su Xiao said.

”Are they your babies? How cute!” Yung Ha Ren’s heart became soft as she looked at the small babies.

”Yeah. Tang Bo Lin and Tang Heng Nuo.” Su Xiao introduced the babies to Yung Ha Ren.

”You are so lucky, Su Xiao.” Yung Ha Ren smiled. ” Can I carry one of them?” She requested.

”Sure.” Su Xiao nodded. She knew about Yung Ha Ren’s history. She lifted up Tang Bo Lin and gave him to Yung Ha Ren.

Yung Ha  Ren was happy to touch the baby.
