Inheritance of Two Trillion

Chapter 2012: Chapter 1558: An Unfinished Ending

Bai Xiaosheng’s kick was clean, decisive, and beautiful, knocking Mr. Meifu unconscious without harming Lin Weiwei beside him at all, instantly drawing applause—or more accurately, shock—from the whole room.

This Andeliao Castle, although technically belonging to Mr. Landvo, has Mr. Meifu as its nominal master. He holds a high status in this house, yet today he was knocked out by an outsider in his own home?

Everyone from the butler to the servants and attendants were dumbfounded and didn’t know what to do.

The castle guards were also stunned.

Compared to seeing the boss of NO. 2 on his knees, this scene truly shocked them.

Over there, Donna Chen and Molly were also dumbfounded, speechless.

Even Bai Xiaosheng, after realizing it was Mr. Meifu, was at a loss for words.

Originally, Lei Ying alone intimidated the entire scene, reducing the conflict to a level Bai Xiaosheng thought was acceptable and controllable. But that kick of his broke the limit.

”Xiaosheng, what do we do now?!” Lin Weiwei was a bit anxious and a bit regretful.

If it hadn’t been for her urgent cry, Bai Xiaosheng wouldn’t have acted so decisively, or rather, kicked so hard.

Lin Weiwei didn’t want to cause such a big trouble for Bai Xiaosheng.

Bai Xiaosheng quietly took a deep breath, keeping his expression unchanged, and instead smiled to reassure Lin Weiwei, ”It’s okay, it’s not your fault. I’ll handle everything!”

In Bai Xiaosheng’s view, since things had already come to this point, there was no need to dwell on whether it was right or wrong!

In fact, he didn’t regret it in the slightest. Even if he knew it was Mr. Meifu, he would still have kicked.

If blame was to be assigned, it was Mr. Meifu’s own fault for trying to sneak attack Lin Weiwei.

Mr. Meifu probably wanted to force them into submission, but unknowingly touched Bai Xiaosheng’s bottom line, so it served him right!

Bai Xiaosheng remained unaffected, as the event had already occurred. Overthinking was unnecessary; the soldiers would block it, and water would cover it.

”Why are you all still standing there? Hurry up and find a doctor! Anyone who knows first aid, go check on him!” The elderly Donna Chen snapped back to her senses, anxiously stomping her foot and loudly instructing.

Only then did the butler, servants, and guards rush forward, some checking on Mr. Meifu, others calling for a doctor, causing a scene of chaos.

Lei Ying also walked back to Bai Xiaosheng’s side, silently giving him a thumbs-up.

If nothing else, that kick just now was indeed elegant and beautiful!

Bai Xiaosheng chuckled self-deprecatingly.

It was impressive, but the trouble following wouldn’t be minor either!

The people surrounding Mr. Meifu busied themselves, with NO. 2 first raising his hand, reporting to the old lady Donna Chen, ”Mr. Meifu is fine, he just fainted.”

After speaking, NO. 2 glanced cautiously at Bai Xiaosheng and Lei Ying, adding, ”He might have a slight concussion...”

Hearing that it was nothing serious, Donna Chen seemed to be somewhat relieved.

Even if Mr. Meifu wasn’t her son, she would still have to explain this incident to her husband.

In front of everyone, she had to show enough concern!

After checking on Mr. Meifu, Donna Chen was full of anger, pointing at Bai Xiaosheng and scolding, ”How dare you! Assaulting Mr. Meifu and knocking him out right here!”

”He attacked me first!” Lin Weiwei saw this and exclaimed loudly.

If we’re talking about right and wrong, there should be some reason!

”I don’t care what the reason is; in any case, you injured Mr. Meifu, so you aren’t leaving today!” Donna Chen shouted, ”Guards, take them and beat these three Huaxia scoundrels to death for me!”

Though Donna Chen’s fierce words might not actually mean death, severely injuring them was quite possible.

After all, they held esteemed positions and had high connections in New Orleans. Accusing the three Huaxia people of having malicious intent and assaulting Meifu, Bai Xiaosheng and his group would have no way to defend themselves. As long as nobody died, Bai Xiaosheng and the others would have to suffer in silence.

Daisy saw this unfolding and was extremely anxious, yet didn’t know what to do.

The guards were eager to move but looked towards NO. 2 before proceeding, as he was their captain.

NO. 2 inwardly lamented.

Getting them to deal with Lei Ying and those three? Seeing the speed, power, and skill in that kick by the young Huaxia, he’s also a master. Together with Lei Ying, they’d be difficult to handle. If things escalated, the consequences would be unimaginable!

NO. 2 knew all too well the terror of the former Lei Ying, able to break through encirclements. If he intended revenge, no one here would ever have peace.

He may have forgotten over the years until he received a beating, recalling it again and fearing even more.

But if he didn’t obey the old lady’s words, he wouldn’t escape repercussions either.

At this moment, NO. 2 felt extremely bitter and indecisive. The guards saw their previously superior and loyal leader in such a state, also realized the complexity, and no one wanted to bring trouble upon themselves.

Donna Chen, realizing her orders were ineffective, was about to fly into a rage, ”Get moving, you worthless lot! Useless fools!”

Molly also raged and cursed from beside her.

”Quiet!”

Suddenly, a voice rang out, like a thunderclap, echoing in all directions.

It was clearly just one person’s voice, yet it was heard clearly by everyone without any speakers’ aid, echoing and buzzing in their eardrums.

In an instant, everyone fell silent. Everyone looked incredulously towards the source of the voice.

The one who shouted was Bai Xiaosheng.
