Inheritance of Two Trillion

Chapter 2006: Chapter 1556: The Relentless Old Woman

Donna Chen walked along with a look of indignation, muttering curses like ”the damned Huaxia boy,” ”disrespectful little bastard,” ”ignorant brat.”

She was, of course, cursing Bai Xiaosheng.

At that Riggris watch store, Bai Xiaosheng’s silver tongue somehow got the white store owner to gift them a watch and refuse to sell them anything!

Donna Chen felt it was a humiliation, making her lose face, leading her to publicly accuse Bai Xiaosheng and his friends of having ulterior motives.

But as fate would have it, they really got robbed.

Bai Xiaosheng and his friend did not attempt to stop the thief, resulting in them losing their documents and tickets, unable to return home from Europe.

If Donna Chen hadn’t called her eldest daughter and had her son-in-law Landvo find help, they might still be stuck at the police station.

Being used to getting her way in New Orleans, Donna Chen acted imperiously at the police station, nearly getting herself detained.

This humiliation, this loss of face, Donna Chen also blamed Bai Xiaosheng for. She’s always valued face the most and feared losing it, especially in front of white people; this ”bitter grudge” she could remember for ten years or more without wavering.

At the castle entrance, the English-style old butler, who originally ignored Bai Xiaosheng and the others, cautiously accompanied them,

”Thanks to my good son-in-law Landvo, Molly, you should learn well from your sister, marrying someone like her husband,” the elderly woman Donna Chen advised her younger daughter Molly.

”Mm! I’ll ask my brother-in-law to introduce me to someone just as excellent,” Molly nodded repeatedly, holding Donna Chen’s arm.

Seeing her daughter being obedient, Donna Chen felt slightly comforted, but still cursed, ”Don’t let me encounter those Huaxia people again, or I’ll definitely give them a hard time!”

”The world is so big, it’s not that easy for you to run into those annoying people,” Molly reassured.

As they were speaking, both Donna Chen and Molly noticed someone approaching from the front, and they looked up.

Coincidentally, Bai Xiaosheng and his friends also looked over.

In that moment, both groups were stunned.

”Madam,” Daisy, unaware of who Donna Chen was cursing and that her grudge involved Bai Xiaosheng beside her, hurriedly bowed and greeted Donna Chen.

But when Daisy looked up again, she sensed the atmosphere was off.

Donna Chen ignored her, staring intently at Bai Xiaosheng’s group, her eyes filled with surprise, anger, and surprisingly, a bit of delight.

Beside her, the mixed-race girl Molly also looked in disbelief at Bai Xiaosheng’s group.

On this side, Bai Xiaosheng, Lin Weiwei, and Lei Ying were equally shocked and surprised.

They didn’t expect to see the two women they ran into at Riggris here again, both groups meeting once more at Andeliao Castle.

The elderly woman Donna Chen, of Huaxia origin yet despising Huaxia and its people.

Bai Xiaosheng’s group had an extremely poor impression of her.

”Madam?” Daisy, sensing something was off, cautiously addressed again.

Donna Chen was finally startled awake, looking at Bai Xiaosheng’s group, letting out a fierce shout directed at the old butler beside her, ”Butler!”

”Madam, what can I do for you?” The white old butler stood at attention, his spine stiff.

The previous scene had filled him with surprise, not understanding why the madam reacted so strongly upon seeing these ordinary guests.

Could it be that these people had actually offended the madam?

If so, they surely had quite the audacity!

The old butler glanced at Bai Xiaosheng’s group with a look of pity.

The outcome for these three people was surely not going to be favorable!

The madam of his house was known for being vindictive and holding grudges!

”Who are these people, and why are they here!” Donna Chen pointed at Bai Xiaosheng’s group and shouted.

Bai Xiaosheng’s eyes narrowed slightly.

With Landvo’s parents deceased and Donna Chen being addressed as ”madam” by Daisy and the butler, that meant she was Landvo’s mother-in-law, Meifu, Molly, and Landvo’s wife’s mother?

What a coincidence!

His group hadn’t even set foot on South American soil and had already offended the mother-in-law of the person in charge of the South American region. Just after resolving issues with her brother-in-law, they encountered ”a narrow escape.”

Sometimes, life is indeed strange, always full of surprises...

However, Mr. Meifu, appearance-wise, seemed more like a pure-blooded foreigner. Beside Donna Chen, that Molly, with one look, was clearly mixed-race. Was Mr. Meifu also Donna Chen’s biological son?

Bai Xiaosheng was slightly curious but didn’t dwell on it.

Other people’s family matters didn’t require his concern...

Lin Weiwei and Lei Ying quickly realized Donna Chen’s identity, and both were equally astonished.

Daisy, feeling slightly nervous, looked at both groups, although she had no idea what was going on, it seemed not too good...

”Madam, they are Mr. Meifu’s guests, they’re about to leave,” the old butler replied respectfully.

Respect for Donna Chen wasn’t because she was Landvo’s mother-in-law, but because her elder daughter, Landvo’s wife, was the true mistress of the house, and no one dared to oppose her here.

Out of reverence for that lady, the old butler also dared not show Donna Chen the slightest disrespect.

”Meifu’s guests? Have him come see me! I want to ask him where he found these guests, these guests who dared to bully his mother!” Donna Chen shouted angrily, attracting the attention of nearby servants.

The old butler glanced at Bai Xiaosheng’s group with a cold look, bowed to Donna Chen, and hurriedly stepped aside to use his invisible Bluetooth earpiece to communicate with the servants upstairs.
