Emperor’s Domination

“What do you want?” The old man licked his lips before asking.

“You tell me.” Li Qiye smiled.

“Certainly not me.” He said.

“Why is that? Don’t be so sure because what is better than you? Perhaps only one or two things.” Li Qiye said.

“If that’s the case, you wouldn’t have freed me from the suppression. Just a direct separation would have been easier and more effective if you wanted me.” He said.

“That’s true. Although your complete form is more powerful, there are two selves. If I had just separated you, perhaps I could create a new lifeform.” Li Qiye nodded: “The truth is that I don’t need anything. Not much is useful to me anymore, the nine words and three spirits included. Not the villainous heaven as well, I can disregard them all.”

He stared at Li Qiye and said: “You are indeed unprecedented, an impossible existence.”

“That is why I’ll be gone after finishing this karma.” Li Qiye said.

“It seems like I’m useless to you.” He said: “In this world, if anyone can obtain one word, they can become unbeatable with everlasting life.”

“I already have both, so I don’t need you.” He smiled: “And the world can’t handle you either, no one can receive you.”

“Immortals can change and control it.” He said.

“Only in appearance, the fake immortals cannot truly use it.” Li Qiye smiled.

“Right, cannot personally transform to the world, grand dao, and eternity...” He nodded.

“That’s why I don’t really need you.” Li Qiye said.

“I didn’t think I would hear such a thing one day, it’s amusing.” He smiled wryly.

“Not useful to me but maybe the villainous heaven would be willing to take you.” Li Qiye said.

His eyes narrowed to match his serious mood upon hearing this. A single ray from there could refine any world.

“I once thought this might be my inevitable destiny.” He sighed.

“But you fought and struggled.” Li Qiye said.

“Only to lose and be suppressed here.” He nodded.

“Because disassembling you was problematic and would have disturbed his slumber.” Li Qiye smiled.

“You know that too?” He asked.

“Don’t forget, I have your memories. Although a few matters have been sealed and erased, clues remain. I might not have all the right details but at the very least, the main points.” Li Qiye said.

“Yes, but now, it’s finished. What can I do for you?” He bowed.

“Nothing, just tell me about past matters.” Li Qiye said.

“I don’t even know where to start, it’s so long ago.” He said.

“Let’s talk about the nine words or the idea of the egg and Splendor.” Li Qiye said.

“Very well, from the beginning. Heaven and earth are like an egg, there are two meanings to this.” He said.

“One is talking about the egg, the other the villainous heaven.” Li Qiye nodded.

“Yes.” He agreed: “It started with an egg, and then a life inside.”

“The villainous heaven, gestated by the world.” Li Qiye sighed.

“The essences were all within this egg, so how much did the high heaven take?” He said.

“Seventy percent?” Li Qiye smiled.

“I would say the high heaven has fifty percent, the rest of the world has twenty.” He said.

“What about the remaining thirty?” Li Qiye asked.

He gazed into the distance, seemingly observing the start of time before answering: “When the egg cracked, there were the primordial three spirits...”

“And the nine primordial words.” Li Qiye added: “No one took their existence seriously.”

“The high heaven had the best view since the nine words stopped appearing.” He said.

“For all living things in space and time, the dao shall manifest in thoughts. I’ve searched for its meaning for a long time.” Li Qiye said.

“When did you find out?” He asked.

“Before your memories, I had contact with the nine scriptures and the nine treasures. Once I had your memories, I tried to calculate and derive them. Alas, the villainous heaven’s method and suppression were supreme. I couldn’t open it then.” Li Qiye said.

“No one in history but you.” He said: “The secret could have been buried forever. Of course, it will continue to exist since the high heaven can’t destroy it.”

“Not available to the mortal world, no different from not existing.” Li Qiye chuckled.

“Right, five words were buried from the start, the first half.” He nodded.
