Emperor’s Domination

“Buzz.” Primordial rays emanated from the source, gentle and seemingly soft to the touch.

This source was the warmest nest. Li Qiye sat there, becoming one with it. Who knows which came first?

Was it Li Qiye fueling the source, or did his unending primordial energy give birth to it? It became a paradox just like the chicken and egg.

Once they connected, the yin and yang flowed through the source and reached the mortal world. Karma was another affinity in play.

Each “effect” or “fruit” could create a world. A single strand possessed enough power to cause waves on the river of time, fully changing any era.

Furthermore, supreme grand dao emerged in both the past and the present. All these things combined flow toward the tree.

Li Qiye added his lifespan and vitality next. A single drop of blood contained incredible potential, capable of granting a mortal virtually eternal life. They flowed like a stream within the tree.

He sent everything into the tree and through it, the world would benefit. Of course, this transferring process took a long time.

As for him, his will leaped out of the physical body. The new him no longer originated from the mortal world nor the high heaven, only himself.

This was the embodiment of anima, creating a new life for just him. His dao heart then crafted a new body made of flesh and blood. No spirit energy or material was taken from the mortal world.

He conjured the new shell out of nothing, one beyond the high heaven’s jurisdiction.

“Rumble!” The image of the high heaven appeared above the primordial source. This put tribulations to shame since it could eradicate immortals instantly.

Alas, this body was outside of its jurisdiction so it could only slowly disperse. It wasn’t that the high heaven didn’t wish to kill this new life. It was just that it originated from Li Qiye himself. Otherwise, even primordial or celestial immortals would have been killed.

His body was normal with flesh and blood. However, his will and dao heart created an eternal and unbreakable anima. One must shake his dao heart and break his will before destroying his body.

What was most miraculous was that when such an ordinary body of flesh and blood merged with this indestructible true self, the fusion was perfect with flawless harmony.

The new Li Qiye stood up while the body he had before remained within the primordial source. The old body had everything – his primordial power of creation, supreme grand dao, karma tied to the world, fortunes, lifespan…

Just like that, he leaped beyond his past.

“This body can compare with a true immortal, why not try to craft one?” The person asked with a smile.

“There will be karma with that body, I only need myself.” Li Qiye smiled.

“How open-minded of you.” The person smiled: “My body of creation is meant to birth a new world while you choose only flesh and blood.”

“You wish to become the high heaven while I wish to become me. My pursuit is an answer, so I don’t need any other kind of body.” Li Qiye shook his head.
