I Love Destroying Worlds' Plot

Chapter 360: 8.85 First Blue Star - Everyoneʼs Mission

Feng Yang calls for his younger brother who is covered in blood from head to toes.

”Xiao Jing?”

The echoing wails of the former Major General Navi Itri and his spoiled prince-like son, Navi Naja resound all over the place. The soreness and discomfort are evident with how much their struggles are on the ground. The pain was tormenting enough that they couldnʼt even hold back their screams until their voices had gone hoarse.

Feng Jing, who heard someone call his name, looked at the source and saw his relatives and husband coming over. The expression on his face couldnʼt help but be mellow at their presence especially upon seeing his other half.

”Sisi! Big brothers! Big Sis! Your meeting is over?” asked Feng Jing with a gentle smile. If not because he is completely dyed in the blood that this scene would look warm but right now it also felt surreal and a bit eerie.

Itʼs like seeing a child covered in blood when he gets home with a huge smile on his face after playing outside until he is satisfied. Feng Yang and the rest stiffened when they saw Feng Jing walking over to them. The latter of course noticed their reactions and also halted his steps. His smile remains friendly regardless of his siblingsʼ reactions. Among the newly arrived group, only Marshal Sirius steps out without fear nor hesitation at his movements. He walks slowly yet urgently when he sees his wifeʼs awkward situation.

Stopping just in front of his wife, the marshal reached his hands and carried Feng Jing in his arms. He acted as if he didnʼt see the blood on Feng Jingʼs clothes and treated him precisely as he had always been.

”Had enough fun? Letʼs go take a bath and eat dinner after, baby~” said Marshal Sirius who kissed his loverʼs cheeks unmindful of blood staining his cuddly cheeks.

This sweet gesture made Feng Jing happy and gave his husband a short kiss. ”A reward~”

”Not enough,” said Marshal Sirius.

Feng Jing smiled truthfully towards his husband, ”Letʼs continue in our room, My love.”

”Um!”

The Marshal ignores everyoneʼs gaze on them and walks away carrying his wife in his embrace. Everyone looks at the couple weirdly yet yearning. Such undying love, to like and cherish someone regardless of what, how, and why. Feng Jing and Marshal Sirius possess this kind of immortal affection between the two of them. Everyone stared at the couple until they disappeared from their line of sight. They were only brought back to reality when they heard the two remaining members of Navi struggling in pain on the dusty cold ground.

AARRGHHH!~

The expression on Feng Yang and the rest instantly turned cold...

”Someone threw the trash back to the prison. Since Xiao Jing, they would die tonight, let them suffer and wait for them to die on their own. The rest clean up! After dinner, there would be a special announcement for everyone. Disperse!” said Major General Feng Yang as he also left to look for his lover. Lieutenant General Nova Seren stayed to supervise while waiting for her husband to come.

After a few hours, Lieutenant General Nova Revel arrived on the planet. His wife had welcomed him warmly with dinner prepared for him and his fleet. After greeting the marshal and exchanging a few words to each other, Lieutenant General Nova Revel accompanied her wife all night. There he heard the mission his wife had received from the Marshal. He seriously thought of things before ending up accepting the mission given to them.

When the dinner was over, an announcement about the varying missions was declared. First, they could come home to the Empire and help the group led by Lieutenant General Xue Ying, Major General Drake, and Major General Lin Tang in protecting the people at the capital.

Second, is to join the infiltration mission led by Major General Feng Yang, Lieutenant Generals: Nova Seren and her husband Nova Revel as well as King Regulus Zenith and Queen Regulus (Feng) Yue. The target location is the Zergs Planet.

Lastly, to remain in Planet Citlali to fight a war with the Zerg race and kill as many of the zergs as possible. Marshal Sirius and Young Lord Jing would be leading this battle for life and death.

Some students who were frightened of war joined the first mission but most students choose the second mission as it feels the safest among the rest of the missions. The only ones who choose to stay on Planet Citlali as expected are the little group led by Feng Jing and Lin Tian. Most members of the Fallen Gods Unit had also stayed to fight with their Marshal until the end. By dawn, the presence in Planet Citlali had lessened enough that the quietness of the abandoned star had returned. At the center is a bonfire surrounded by a few students who were grilling some delicious meat and seafood with the tantalizing aroma that made everyone drool.

These were some marinated meat and seafood that Feng Jing had made for them to eat. Feng Jing rarely cooks but when he does everyone feels like they are in heaven. Though the one who did the cooking is the Marshal instead of Young Lord Jing who got lazy after preparing all those skewered meat.

During such an ample feast, everyone enjoyed the meal and talked. The sounds of talking and laughter were echoing in the middle of the forest. At the corner, Marshal Sirius is serving his wife and feeding him himself. The two watched everyone laugh as if they werenʼt here to fight for their lives.

Feng Jing said, ”They look so happy but... how many of them would be able to go home alive?”

Holding a barbecue near his wifeʼs lips, the Marshal spoke, ”Well~ with just this much I can make sure everyone would be able to go back to the Empire alive at least. As for their injuries, you can also leave those to me. Just enjoy what you want to do, Baby. Iʼm here~”

”Even if you try to flirt with me all day you canʼt eat meat. This body is still young in the eyes of the people in this world. You have to wait for three more years, my love~” said Feng Jing with a mirthful expression on his face.

The Marshal couldnʼt help but pout when he heard that, ”You can still give me hugs and kisses right? Baby~” He started staring at his wife with puppy eyes which he latter is so weak too,

As expected Feng Jing jumped within his embrace and gave him the hot kiss he wanted. They kissed as if no one was watching while the others who had witnessed this scene had choked over their food and also died for overeating the so-called dog food from this shameless couple.

Han Ling murmured, ”I thought the Marshal is a strict type but never expected him to be such a romantic~”

”Whatʼs wrong with being romantic? At least they look sweet together!” said Si Shen.

A veteran soldier from the Fallen God Unit added, ”No! The marshal is only like that towards madam. He is still stern and cold as usual if the madam is not around.”

Tang San said, ”What is this called again? Double happiness? Double whammy? Huh~”

”Itʼs double standards!” said Tang Si.

Qu Yeon said, ”You guys~ you do know that they could hear us at this distance right?”

With this important question, silence had once again descended on the star. Only the sound of the wind and roasting meat and seafood can be heard in the area.

SILENCE~~~

Wu Liu and Qu Yul exclaimed, ”Ah~ itʼs burning. Your meat is turning to charcoal~”

Then everyone resumed eating and decided to ignore what Qu Yeon had just said. After all, the demon couple was busy clinging to each other to bother the rest of them.

Xue Ran noticed that Solaris Vega was a bit silent in the corner and helped him cool some food for him as he sat beside him.

”Whatʼs wrong?” he asked worriedly.

Solaris Vega responded, ”I kind of misses Yven. Do you think he would be okay?”

Xue Ran answered, ”Yes, he is okay. Didnʼt the leader say so many times? He just needs to be away for a few years to heal his injuries. Plus Lieutenant General Xue Ying his Sentinel is with him. He would be alright.”

The silly child finally smiled which relieved Xue Ran.

”Here, eat a lot. You like the food the leader makes, right?” said Xue Ran.

Solaris Vega replied, ”Thank you, AʼRan~”

The smile on his face is so cute and his gaze is clear as always. Though he hasnʼt fully accepted Xue Ran yet, he treated the latter with more importance than the rest of the group. But to Solaris Vega, his priority is still the leader he admires the most.

---

A few light-years away from Planet Citlali.

A huge fleet of battleships gathered in the space above the Zerg Race. The largest ship leads the fleet, inside this ship is the first imperial king zerg and first imperial queen zerg. They are the parents of the First prince that was killed by Feng Jing. They had brought out all the military strength their race could. Leaving only a few guardians to protect their planet.

They werenʼt worried about intruders after all the second imperial king zergs and second imperial queen zerg and their descends were left on the planet to protect their hive. Among the imperial prince zergs that remain, Alula Celeste was within the group. He had already received the secret message from his grandson, Feng Jing, about someone escorting him back to the Empire. As well as the mission of the younger generation to destroy the planet zerg. For that, he and the Alula clan also made some changes in their plans. Before they completely retreated they had hidden tons of bombs all over the planet. They would detonate it the moment everyone completed their mission.

With that, the first imperial king zerg and his huge fleet left their hive to head to Planet Citlali to avenge their son. Not knowing that this will be the last time they would be able to see the planet they had lived on for thousands of years.

As soon as the huge fleet had left, a small fleet was hiding not far from the planet. This is the battleship owned by Marshal Janus himself. He had only led a small elite team and used the fastest battleship they could use for instant retreat. They were also informed about the missions Marshal Sirius had issued. Feng Jing who agreed to all those missions made the progress they needed to complete themselves.

Marshal Janus who was waiting for his wifeʼs signal to appear was silently in health within the asteroid formation near the Planet Zerg,

”Those two brats are really bold! They would hold the fort until everyone in Alula Clan is saved. Damn~ I kind of wanted to fight too~” said Marshal Janus.

His aide, someone who grew up serving him from the Janus clan commented, ”Please calm down, Marshal. Young Lord Jing and Marshal Altair Sirius would be okay. They are after all the strongest pair the Oberion Empire has.”

”I know. I donʼt worry about those brats. What worries this old man the most are those parasites in the capital. Tsk! did they think they would be able to do whatever they wanted just because I am not in the Empire? Foolish~ Old Man Feng is a lot stronger than I do,” said Marshal Janus.

”Right? The silent former marshal is indeed more dangerous than the Marshal. He is well known for his ruthlessness during his younger days.”

Marshal Janus said, ”Indeed, if not because he needs to protect his Ancestral Nest that he would be the one most suitable to become the Grand Marshal instead of this old man.”
