I Love Destroying Worlds' Plot

Chapter 357: 8.82 First Blue Star - The consequence of angering this lord.

Hours ago, before Marshal Sirius had joined the meeting with the rest of the authorities at the camp. As the couple returned, Feng Jing told his lover to check on Lin Yven. They had headed immediately to where Lin Yven was.

Battleship of Fallen Godʼs Unit.

Infirmary Room.

Lin Yven was resting inside the healing pod when Marshal Sirius and Feng Jing arrived. Inside the room, Feng Wu and Solaris Vega were tasked to look after Lin Yven. Before this pair, it was Tang Si and Bai Yuyan who were looking after Lin Yven. They made a rotating schedule of which pair should accompany Lin Yven in the infirmary room while the others are in training.

But of course, only members of Feng Jing and Lin Tianʼs group were included in the list. When the marshal and Feng Jing appeared in the room the two were startled.

”Leader~ youʼre safe. Wuwuwu~” said Solaris Vega as he suddenly hugs Feng Jing. The marshal who was standing next to his wife suddenly had a dark face witnessing some hugs from his lover. But the silly child didnʼt notice the danger at all.

Solaris Vega is happy that their leader is back safe while Feng Wu slightly stiffened when he noticed that the Marshalʼs presence had completely changed. He recognized that the one vessel of the Marshal is no longer the soul fragment called Altair Sirius but the Nether System Lord God, Ye Xiajie instead.

Feng Wu fell on one knee and said, ”Greetings to the Lord and Lord Marshal.”

Feng Jing, who was patting the back of Solaris Vega, asked his aide to stand up. ”No need for such formality. Stand up, AʼWu.”

”You may stand,” said the Marshal who didnʼt forget to gesture to the side that he must pull away this bug hugging his wife.

Feng Wu, who understood the gesture, instantly pulled Solaris Vega away from Feng Jing. Lest he got killed by this extremely dangerous Vinegar jar called Marshal. As soon as the silly child was dragged away the marshal reached out his hands and embraced Feng Jing from behind and ended up receiving a fierce glare from his wife. In the end, he could only follow Feng jing closely like his shadow.

Feng Jing said, ”AʼWu, can you send Xiao Vega to the training grounds and return here. I need to give you a task.”

Feng Wu placed his hand over his heart and lowered his head, ”As you wish, my lord!”

”Xiao Vega, continue your training. I will watch over Lin Yven for you,” said Feng Jing with a gentle smile on his lips.

Solaris Vega, who never questioned his leader, agreed right away. He left with Feng Wu and returned to the training area as they were told to. As soon as the two left the room, Feng Jing looked at his husband behind him.

”Heal him, my love,” said Feng Jing.

The marshal suddenly showed a frown and said, ”I donʼt want to. He should be grateful that I am not killing him.” said Sirius as his voice turned cold at his last sentence.

Feng Jing also frowned and couldnʼt understand why his husband was being like this, ”Donʼt play around. Heal him already!”

”Baby, Iʼm not playing around. I will not heal him, let him enter the ancient nest of the Feng Clan as planned. Youʼve gone against the heavenly laws for a mere mortal and got hurt. Me not killing this mortal is already me showing kindness!” said Marshal Sirius.

Feng Jing realized that his husband is still angry about what happened just now. He also understood that as a God a mortalʼs life is not something they would care for. At that time, Feng Jing only made his move to save Lin Yven to keep the originalʼs wish of keeping his loved ones happy.

Now that Lin Yven is no longer dying, he would not get involved further in the life of these mortals. Sighing a bit in relief he looks at his pouting husband and hugs him. He knew that he had greatly frightened this man with his actions in the forest.

Hugging the hips of Marshal Sirius, Feng Jing tightly hugs the pouting man. He kisses his chin as he apologizes.

”My love, Iʼm sorry. I promise I would no longer get involved with the mortals. Donʼt get angry anymore~” said Feng Jing with his coquettish voice. Acting spoiled towards his husband.

Marshal Sirius who was successfully coaxed hugs back his wife and gives him a kiss on his forehead. He squeezed him a few times in a hug.

”Sigh~ get bigger faster, baby~” whispered the Marshal who cannot do anything right now except for kisses and hugs. The torment of being able to see but not eat is like hell for this Marshal.

A bit pissed by what he heard, he kicked his husband out of the room and said, ”Do your work properly, my dear marshal! Hmp!”

Then he saw the glowing little moon hovering beside him, Feng Jing grabbed it and threw it towards his husband who was hit directly on his forehead. Like a little ball, System Yue who wanted to resume his duties as his hostʼs system was thrown out together with his Lord God.

BAM!

OW!

Feng Jingʼs voice from inside the room said, ”Go back to work. Iʼm staying here to meditate. Shoo!”

BANG! The door closed with a bam.

The marshal and the little system had no other choice but to go to the meeting and do their jobs. On their way, the way they bumped into Feng Wu just returned from escorting the student to the training area. Then the meeting had resumed like what had happened.

---

Feng Jing stayed in the infirmary while meditating. Lin Yven who just finished a session in the healing pod wakes up and is delighted to see his lord in front of him.

”My lord I...”

Lin Yven wanted to salute his lord but was stopped.

”Stay where you are and rest. After this you and Ying-gege will return to the Empire and start the process of rebirth,” said Feng Jing who opened his eyes from his meditation a few minutes ago and was now watching the live recording of the meeting happening at the main tent.

Feng Jing felt later to get out of the pod. He helped Lin Yven to lie down on one of the beds inside the infirmary. Obviously, the latter is still a bit dizzy from the aftereffects of the healing pod.

”My lord, I am not going to war?” asked Lin Yven.

”You are not and so is Ying-gege,” said Feng Jing as he was watching the whole process of the meeting with the help of the subsystem left on him by System Yue. The meeting progression is playing on the holographic screen before him.

Feng Jing frowns after hearing the contents of the meeting. He was a bit annoyed and stopped watching. He let Lin Yven watch it instead as he pulled out a set of tea and dessert from his dimensional space. In other peopleʼs eyes, he pulled out the things to his inventory gadget on him.

Lin Yven, who was watching the meeting on his behalf, understood why his leader lost interest in the meeting. He had never expected the zergs to infiltrate the capital and successfully replace the members of the Imperial family.

”My lord, what should be done for this?” asked Lin Yven.

Feng Jing replied, ”You wonʼt be getting involved in this. Just focus on your rebirth and when you wake up things will be finished by then.”

”But I...!?”

”Lin Yven, do not waste the chance Xue Ying had begged the Gods to save you. To me, you have done well already. Thanks to you the plans for my assassination were halted before it could even take place. This contribution is big enough to excuse you from the war. After all, if I indeed died as theyʼve planned, the whole human race would be gone as my Sentinel would go mad with me gone.” said Feng Jing.

Student Lin Yven recalled that scene in the forest. The Marshal at that time was so inhuman that no one would dare to go against him at that moment. The scene of his lord coughing blood was something he couldnʼt forget.

”My lord, your injuries...”

Feng Jing smiled and said, ”Itʼs been healed. Do not worry about it. That was my choice. Like how youʼve chosen to risk your life to tell us the hideous plan of Major General Navi and his clan to save me. Thanks for your hard work, my aide.”

Lin Yven finally sighed in relief knowing that he was able to help his lord even at the risk of his life. He might not be able to accompany his lord and comrades in war but at least he knew that his teammates would be safe because his lord is alive. He knew that Feng Jing would let their little team die in the incoming war.

Lin Yven saluted towards his lord with a smile and said, ”I wish you for your safety and victory for the war!”

Feng Jing returned the salute and said, ”Youʼve worked hard. Leave the rest to this Lord.”

This was the scene that Xue Ying and the rest had witnessed when they arrived at the infirmary. Knowing that these guys are coming, Feng Jing ended his conversation with Lin Yven like that. Letting Xue Ying and Major General Lin Tang inside the room, Feng Jing decided to leave to clean up the Navi Clan who dared to target him fearlessly. After learning that his grandfather Janus Stellan had given him his authority as his proxy means that his words are the same as Marshal Janus.

Marshal Janus is a Senior Marshal who possesses authority a bit higher than Marshal Sirius. He can lead the whole Interstellar Federation with the authority Marshal Janus had given him. In short, the power of the Federation had now fallen in his hands. This is the power of the highest authority that Marshal Janus held after cleaning up all the spies in their house.

It wasnʼt announced yet but the position of Marshal Janus had been promoted one ranked above the Marshal and called him as the Grand Marshal. Now the power of this position was given to Feng Jing, the proof of the letter was sent to his communicator with a letter from his Grandfather Lan. He was reading the message as he walked out of the room.

Before he got out of the room, Lieutenant General Xue Ying and Major General Lin Tang thanked Feng Jing before he left.

”Young Lord Feng Jing, this old man bows his head as thank you for saving my grandson, Lin Yven,” said Major General Lin Tang.

Feng Jing stopped the old general before he could even lower his head and said, ”Please donʼt. It was my life that was saved by Lin Yven. I owe him this debt. Thankfully I wasnʼt too late.”

Xue Ying said, ”Xiao Jing, thank you. For the chance of letting Yve live. We knew you had definitely suffered some consequences but still... Thank you very much.”

”We are family. Such formal gratitude is something I would not accept. Just return home soon and bring Yven with you at that time,” said Feng Jing with a smile as he stepped out of the door and closed it after him.

Xue Ying and Lin Tang can only show their appreciation this way. Even if itʼs only words of thanks, it was enough to exchange between the two parties.

What they didnʼt know was that as soon as Feng Jing closed the door behind him, the gentle smile on his face had faded. There is only coldness and dormant anger within his crimson eyes. Those who knew him well know that Feng Jing was offended by their attempts to take his life which led to the situation that forced his husband to wake up early from his meditation. He doesnʼt know if his other half had suffered some backlash because of this.

Feng Wu and the newly arrived Major General Drake had fallen on one knee in his presence.

”Greetings to Lord Hei!”

”I heard about your missions. Keep those vessels that were replaced on the list and send them to me as soon as possible. Do not attempt to fight them openly, they might be people from the notorious race, Ye Gui. With your sealed state, you wouldnʼt be able to fight them head-on. I will allow you only in this world to use your abilities as God but do not cross the line or... I will end you myself.” said Feng Jing as his piercing cold gaze landed on the two at the ground.

The two didnʼt raise their heads in fear but responded, ”As you command, Venerable Lord.”

”AʼMing you can come with Warden Lou. I give you my permission,” said Feng Jing.

Feng Wu, ”Thank you, my lord.”

”But before you leave, gather all those from Navi and everyone involved with them at the open area. As soon as Siriusʼs meeting had ended, I will execute all of them as an example. Everyone will be recorded, the star network and everyone in this world shall witness the consequence of angering this lord,” said Feng Jing as he walked away with every stride as elegant and graceful as always.

It is as if he wasnʼt the person who just decided the life and death of the traitors who dared to touch him.
