I Love Destroying Worlds' Plot

Chapter 344: 8.69 First Blue Star - I only like girls!

The bewildered look of Xue Ying almost made Feng Yang laugh. Except for him, the marshal and Regulus Zenith also knew that the guide that had cured Xue Yingʼs mania is none other than Student Lin Yven. But for some reason, the young man doesnʼt wish to tell Xue Ying that it was him who had helped him. They didnʼt hear the reason why but since the student doesnʼt want to inform Xue Ying, they are willing to keep this a secret as the one asking is the savior who cured their family member.

By the orders of the Marshal, King Zenith and Young Lord Feng Yang, no one in the camp dared to tell Xue Ying anything about the one who had to save him. But some had already misunderstood, after all, they werenʼt blind enough not to notice how scary the glare Student Lin Yven is giving Lieutenant General Xue Ying and they all thought that these two had been quarreling.

Feng Yang taunted his cousin about his love-hate relationship with Lin Yven.

”Pfft! You fool, what did you do for Student Lin Yven to hate you so much? He glares at you every time you meet each other~ Hahaha!” said Feng Yang.

At this point, neither King Regulus Zenith and Marshal Altair Sirius could almost no longer hold back laughing. The sound of muffled laughs can be heard coming from these two. Though they didnʼt know the reason they could still somewhat discern that the childʼs anger is that deep one. Moreover, he had been teased badly by something and was now pouting by glaring at Xue Ying.

PFFFFTTTT~

Bewildered Xue Ying said, ”Donʼt laugh! I really donʼt know why he hates it as well, okay!? He glowers at me every time we bump on the way. Glares at me at the cafeteria every meal and even throws some piercing stares during training. I definitely donʼt remember doing something to that young man! Even though his face is my type, I only like girls!”

Hearing Xue Yingʼs declaration Feng Yang and King Regulus Zenith no longer hold back their laughter. The sound of joy was echoing inside the main tent. What they didnʼt expect was that at this moment, a small group of students was about to enter the main tent. Led by Feng Jing who came over to finally report to the military by asking his Sentinelʼs permission, Bai Yuyan, Lin Yven, and Feng Wu, came with him to support him as his aides.

Theyʼve also heard the declaration made by Xue Ying, this idiot. Dumbfounded, they are few people who knew about Lin Yven saving Lieutenant General Xue Ying of his mania and his secret admiration for the person. The words spouted by Xue Ying were like a rejection to Lin Yven knowing that the person he likes only likes girls.

When Lin Yven learned about his sexual preferences the only hope that Xue Ying might like him even a bit had burst at this moment. His face paled in shock and sadness that everyone could see that he was almost about to cry. This left even Xue Ying speechless.

Lin Yvenʼs voice trembles as he says, ”I... I also... donʼt... like you... at all!” as every word came out of Lin Yvenʼs mouth his tone turned colder and indifferent. His eyes were at Lieutenant General Xue Yingʼs face glaring at him with teary red eyes.

Lieutenant General Xue Ying stood there like a frozen pole but his eyes never left the crying figure before him. The moment he saw Lin Yven avert his eyes from him left a pang in his heart. It was uncomfortable and much more painful than the torment he had suffered during his mania. Now he felt that something had gone missing inside him.

Lin Yven looked at his Young Lord and said, ”My Lord I am not feeling well. Would you please excuse me for today?”

”Go ahead, Yven. I will tell the instructor that you arenʼt feeling well. You may go,” said Feng Jing while Feng Wu gently pats Lin Yvenʼs back in comfort and Bai Yuyan glared at his fiance, Feng Yang. Lin Yven took his leave right away after receiving permission. His eyes had never wandered back on Xue Ying again.

”I... W---!”

Xue Ying instinctively reached out to stop Lin Yven only to feel cold all over his body. He saw his feet covered in ice and looked at the culprit who caused it. Right now, the adorable face of his beloved cousin is tainted with a frown as he stares at Xue Ying with a warning in those crimson irises which look like garnet from the distance.

Feng Jing said, ”Stay there, Ying-ge. Sisi, Iʼm going back to training.” Then he also left the tent before the marshal could even speak.

Feng Wu follows without any second thoughts and even bumps into General Drake on his way out.

Drake Izar exchanged gazes with Feng Wu and flinched when he saw the latterʼs eyes narrowed at him. He knew that Feng Wu must be cursing him in his mind.

”S-Sorry...” said Drake Izar but Feng Wu just rolled his eyes on him and walked past ignoring the Major General who was starting to look like a kicked puppy.

Meanwhile, inside the tent, Bai Yuyanʼs eyes were telling Feng Yang that ʼSolve that cousin of yours and make him stay away from our friend.ʼ

Feng Yang said, ”Honey~ it has nothing to do with me!”

But Bai Yuyan only hmphed at him and ignored his lover himself, as he knew that Xue Ying was at fault then followed his young lord. On his way, he almost bumps into Major General Drake. The latter tries to move away only for the worldʼs energy to restrict his movements. Feng Jing noticed that reaction from the vessel of Warden Lou and had to spread his qi to reflect the control of the worldʼs influence on Drake Izar making the latter freely evade Bai Yuyan who almost hit him.

The special moment in the story plot of this world was avoided and Drake Izar broke the first love encounter flag he had with the Protagonist Shou. Bai Yuyan didnʼt even move his gaze on him, totally ignoring the latterʼs presence due to his bad mood.

Bai Yuyan yelled, ”Xiao Jing, AʼWu wait for me!” as he ran after the two figures not far from them.

As for the atmosphere inside the main tent, it could only be called gloomy. With Feng Yang and Marshal Sirius glaring at Xue Ying and Xue Ying being in dazed. King Regulus Zenith, on the other hand, looks so out of place as he is the only one among the group of Sentinel who isnʼt in a bad mood.

Silence~

Major General Feng Yang picked a pile of paper which is supposed to be his workload for that day and put it in Lieutenant General Xue Yingʼs hands.

”I need to coax my future wife,”  said Feng Yang, and then he runs out to follow after his fiance.

The Marshal asked the ignored Major General Drake, ”Drake Izar, do you need something?” he asked.

”Hm, it doesnʼt seem like the right time to talk about work in this situation. But let me ask this instead: who is the one beside your wife. The one with fox-like eyes?” asked Drake Izar.

The Marshal asked, ”My wifeʼs aide, Feng Wu.”

”Feng Wu... Wuʼer? Nice name. Is he single?” asked Drake Izar with a happy expression on his face. This is rare to be seen on the original Drake Izarʼs face but the soul inside the vessel had been long replaced. Now the one occupying the body of this Major General is Warden Lou who is a subordinate of the Lord God.

To the eyes of the other three men inside the tent, Drake Izar might have fallen in love with Feng Wu at first sight which is normal for Sentinels who have unknown compatibility with a Guide. Sentinels would sometimes instinctively feel things about their guides. A sudden closeness, an affinity between them, and much more. This is why Drake Izarʼs sudden interest in an unpaired guide is normal in this world.

King Regulus Zenith answered, ”Not one we know. But maybe as he is always beside our little brother, Xiao Jing,”

”Thatʼs also good. Iʼm going to ask him instead. See you later in the usual meetings.” said Drake Izar planning to look for Feng Wu and so he took his leave.

The four of them watch the figure of Drake Izar walking away. It seems that this person had chosen not to talk about something serious for this moment after witnessing the whole scene of the younger group taking their leave in a not so good mood.

King Regulus Zenith mumbled at this sight, ”Did he fell in love with Feng Wu at the first sight?”

The Marshal also stood up from his seat and walked past Xue Ying after giving him a cold yet terrifying glance. He also left to check on his newly healed wife.

Xue Ying flinched when he saw such a murderous gaze from his own boss. King Regulus Zenith at this moment also stood up beside Xue Ying and patted his brotherʼs shoulder.

”That was a wrong move, Ying, ~,” said King Regulus Zenith. ”You even made the young man cry. Based on his reaction he must have liked you quite a lot. Liked~”

This crowned king prolonged his voice for the last word and emphasized on it. Xue Ying was a bit ticked and glared at this brother-in-law of theirs.

”Donʼt say it in the past tense!” said Xue Ying

King Regulus Zenith said, ”Hahaha, Iʼm just teasing you a bit~ Well thanks to you those two were no longer in the mood to work. Forget about AʼYangʼs side you had even accidentally involve Sirirusʼs side. He and Xiao Jingʼs relationship havenʼt completely returned to normal. It is normal he is angry.”

”I know. I donʼt even think Xiao Jing would come over with his friend just now. He... He was crying. Is it my fault?” said Xue Ying as he recalled the teary red eyes of Lin Yven glaring at him.

Putting his own pile of work on Xue Yingʼs hand like Feng Yang, ”This King couldnʼt say it was completely your fault but... you are indeed not the lucky type as you ended this way. Of course, we know that you like girls but... how about that young man, Lin Yven. Why did you have to say that he is your type and then say you like girls? Are you comparing him to a young lady?” asked King Regulus Zenith.

Lieutenant General Xue Ying responded, ”Of course not! It is pretty obvious that he isnʼt a female, why would I compare him to one!?”

”But your words just now are different to what you are saying right now? What you said before to our and Lin Yvenʼs ears is that the latter is no better than a girl and you cannot like Student Lin Yven as he is a male,” said King Regulus Zenith.

Xue Ying was dumbfounded as learning what King Zenith and the rest thought of the meaning of the things he had said just now. But I am still wondering how Lin Yvenʼs reaction is that large when he said that he couldnʼt like him because he is not a lady.

”Based on your reaction, you do not seem to understand why Student Lin Yven reacted like that? Sigh~ Ying, I will give you a fastball. That child named Lin Yven most likely adores you. He was glaring at you before but he truly doesnʼt hate you. He only wanted a bit of your attention. He likes you a lot and most likely.... love you as a man,” said King Regulus Zenith

Xue Ying said, ”He likes me? Impossible! I mean I did not know him personally at all. Are you sure it is not normal like or admiration for an idol or something?!” He really couldnʼt believe that Lin Yven is in love with him.

Seeing his reaction, even a patient man like King Regulus Zenith feels like it is better to beat this moron than explain things in words. Obviously, that childʼs eyes glitter while looking at this idiot and only change into a glare when their eyes meet.

”Sigh~ you are dense arenʼt you, Ying? Anyway, take your time and think about things. You have been single for too long that you even notice when someone is in love with you. But a fair warning, now that young man, Lin Yven, he would most likely avoid you after this.” said King Zenith before walking out of the tent.
