I Love Destroying Worlds' Plot

Chapter 307: 8.34 First Blue Star - Lin Clanʼs Young Master

The news about low-leveled zerg moving in a herd using the underground route to escape the middle and central regions was sent to all fleets. This is quite important news, this means that even low-level zergs could communicate with each other and move as one if needed. Everyone in the Federation knows that the Central and Middle regions had barriers blocking zergs from entering the outer region. This is because the outer regions are the resting place for those who regularly clean up the plant to stabilize the ecologyʼs population.

Hearing that zergs are able to move underground even in herds is shocking news. This means the possibility of zergs hiding under the human lands cannot be ignored. Normally it would be Marshal Sirius who reported such knowledge to the Federation as a righteous soldier who protects the planet. Unfortunately, he is very busy watching his wife from the monitor and ignoring his responsibilities. He is the one who had the highest position available in place but he is also hiding his presence from the others.

Lieutenant Xue Ying wouldnʼt make decisions with their Marshal around and forgot about this too. Thankfully, Nova Selena who works for Marshal Janus secretly passed this discovery to her boss. But for some reason, Marshal Janus had also hidden this news from the elders of the federation. This is as if he wanted the Zerg to successfully invade their empire.

At the Oberion Empire.

The territory of the Janus Clan.

Janus Stellan is at his mansion during his work at home. After realizing that Marshal Siriusʼs death isnʼt one hundred percent sure, he decided not to take the reins of the Competition of the First Military Academy.

Janus Stellan who just received the message from his subordinate about the intelligence of the low leveled Zergs and them moving in herds.

”Zergs invaded planets through underground? If this is true then itʼs better if this happens to the empire sooner or later. Then... I will be able to see him shortly.” mumbled Marshal Janus while staring at the familiar face of the man with azure hair.

His original plans were to take all the talented students to become his unitʼs cadets and take all connections he needed to become the sole leader of the Federation. He wanted the throne as the highest authorized Marshal in the Federation because only by doing so will his future actions be unquestionable. Even if he wanted to make an alliance with any race no one would be able to reject his decisions. This is his ultimate goal.

This is why he wanted to drag down Marshal Sirius who is the male god model to the younger generation. Only by taking control of all generations that no one would be able to argue against him. But no one knows what he really wanted to do after taking all the Federation could have. Of course, except the person itself.

Janus Stella murmured, ”We will see each other soon, my other half.”

Back to Planet Citlali.

The morning on the third day of the competition had begun. After everyone had filled up their bellies with a full meal and all preparations were done, they are now about to venture into a new region. Today they would be entering the Middle Region of the Planet where they would begin to hunt seriously for zergs and accumulate as many kill points as they could. They were a bit ahead of others thanks to the lucky coincidence their leader, Solaris Yven, and Xue Ran had a bump with them yesterday.

1000 KP can only be achieved if they eliminate a whole herd of low-level zergs. This means with only three of them they killed that much zerg last night. If not for the surveillance record shared by the eventʼs organizers to all participants they wouldnʼt believe how strong those little bombs their innocent little genius mechanics could create, especially the last bomb. What made it funny is that their leader and Solaris Vega were playing as they threw the explosives at the zergʼs nest and then Xue Ran had to carry away the two troublemakers to run away from aftershocks.

All the seniors upon watching the scene had patted the shoulder of Xue Ran. They are praising him for his hard work. Among the ones who look lethargic are only two: one is Feng Jing and the other is Solaris Vega. Both these two had played the whole night because in the end after eating some midnight snack they still went to the sea to catch some seafood. Seeing the black bags under these twoʼs eyes made everyone sigh.

SIGH~

Xue Ran said, ”Next time you two are not allowed to take the night guarding task.”

”Eh~ Why?” said Solaris Vega.

Lin Yven smiled and said, ”Okay you can still take that task but not with Lord Jing. Because both donʼt know the meaning of holding back and would play with machines and talk about gadgets all night without resting.”

Feng Jing and Vega both averted their eyes as to what Lin Yven is nothing but the truth. After meeting the eyes of Qu Yeon, Feng Jing nodded towards him signifying he could take over the command. Aside from Feng Jing being the real leader, Qu Yron who had more experience than the others will lead the group in the middle region.

Qu Yeon spoke, ”Okay. Let me explain some things before we enter the middle region. In this region, we will all need to move a group. Our camp would have to move with us. This is because we need to take as much KP as we can to win. There is also a requirement to enter the Central Region.

The barrier between the middle and central regions would be turned off on the sixth day of the competition. For the seventh to ninth day the middle and central regions would be merged. Just in case of emergency make sure your mechas are ready to be activated at all times.

I will be taking the main command for the next three days. Little Brother Bai and AʼYi would take the second command. If you notice something amiss please take action even without permission from me.”

Bai Yuyan and Tang Yi nod their heads in agreement.

”We will try not to get separated as we could but in case of such an event, Little Brother Bai or AʼYi would choose to follow the separated group and immediately try to regroup as soon as you can. In case of life and death danger, I ask everyone to forfeit. Our lives are above anything in this competition.” said Qu Yeon.

Feng Jing said, ”I agree with Senior Quʼs words. In the case of your life being in danger, just forfeit. I wonʼt get angry.” he was smiling as relaxed as ever.

Qu Yeon said, ”Okay! Letʼs depart. Our goal is championship!”

”YES!!!”

Their group heads to the middle region as planned. Another who had also completed their preparation had started heading to the next region as well. But some bad teams didnʼt want to work too hard in collecting resources and instead started to plunder other groupsʼ resources, especially the ones who were already heading to the middle region.

At the boundary land between the outer and middle regions. A group wearing high-class armors and weapons was blocking the entrance to the middle region.

The outer and middle region is separated by a deep cliff and there are only two ways to enter it. One is to ride a mecha and the other way is to pass through a stone bridge that connects the two regions. This bridge is now being blocked by some nobles who wanted to plunder someoneʼs resources.

Of course, those nobles who possessed authority higher than the Sidra Clan were allowed to pass. They didnʼt dare to block them but the commoner groups were either watching from a distance or got their resources plundered by the group of Young Master Sidra.

Moreover, since most nobles arenʼt close with commoners no one lends them help. They were either blocked or beaten to the ground as there is a huge difference in the level of weapons and armors.

YOU!? Why arenʼt you allowing us to go in?!

Hah! Did I tell you I need to pay the toll? Half of your inventory must be given to us!

Are you crazy?! Why would we give it to you bullies? OH~ how great you nobles are? Only knowing how to bully commoners like us for the sake of your own selves. Disgusting!

You plebeian! A piece of trash dares to scold us nobles! Beat him up more. His group no longer needs to save the other half of their resources. We will fake everything hehehe~

Bastard! I will stake everything against you!

The commoner who is leading the group is a Sentinel from the Senior Division. He is someone well known for his bashful and honest personality. He is quite well-known as he is someone from the Lin Clan. Even though the Lin Clan or the White Tiger Family had already become a noble, no one could deny that their origin is still common.

They are a family of merchants who receive a title from the Empire because of their wide connections. Not only that, their quantum beasts are also special. There is the clan of tigers. This Senior named Lin Tian is the young master of the Lin Clan. His father is the current master of the Lin Clan with his grandfather acting as the patriarch. His quantum beast is a white tiger-like their family is called us. This family is well known for their special bloodline skill called Berserk mode.

ROOOAAAAR!

”We will hold back the rest of his team! Boss, go teach that jerk a lesson!” his team members said.

Lin Tianʼs Guide said, ”Iʼll protect them, you beat the hell out of that shit!”

”Roger, honey!” replied Lin Tian as he jumped towards Young Master Sidra.

With the shout from Lin Tian, a white tiger came out of nowhere and jumped on young master sidra. The latter snorted and ordered his servants to surround Lin Tian and his team. Theyʼve started targeting the weakest in the group which is the ordinary people. But was blocked by a guideʼs spiritual barrier made by Lin Tianʼs guide himself.

His guide is a young lady with SS rank level potential. This young lady also possesses a mysterious background as she is someone from outside the Oberion Empire. Her name is Halley Ascella.

Ling Tianʼs group is only a small group of ten. The minimum number of members allows one to enter the competition. There are four ordinary people in their group whose tasks are logistics, technical, and mechanics respectively. There are four Sentinels in the group and two Guides.

---

Lin Tianʼs group members:

Leader: Lin Tian [Sentinel] (SS Rank (Potential: SSS))

Second in command: Halley Ascella [Guide] (SS Rank (Potential: SSS))

Members:

Lin Sen [Sentinel] (B Rank (Potential: A))

---

With his wife and his team members backing him up, Lin Tian happily jumps over to where Young Master Sidra is. There is a huge difference in strength between the two of them. After all, Young Master Sidra is only a C-ranked Sentinel while Lin Tian is a double SS leveled one. It didnʼt take a while for the painful groans and screams to come out from Young Master Sidra.

AAAHHH S-STOP! This Bas--- OWW~ HAAH! FUC-- H-Help me! P-Prince!

Everyone including Lin Tian paused when the word prince came out of his mouth. It seems that this situation is man-made by someone else. Lin Tianʼs eyes narrowed as he stared down at the swollen face of Young Master Sidra. Everyoneʼs expressions turned gloomy at the thought that the one backing this shit is none other than the royal family.

But among those with royal bloodline, only one openly shows his disdain towards commoners. Navi Nash, the half-blood prince who possesses the blood of Queen Aurora.

Lin Tian asked Young Master Sidra, ”Who is the prince that ordered you to do this? Is it Prince Naja?”

Young Master Sidraʼs eyes widened in shock knowing that he had slipped off the tongue just now. If Prince Rigel and Prince Naja learned about this, he would definitely lose his life. Clearly, this will be seen as a scandal that will destroy the reputation of his master.

”I...dhonʼt khnow wrhat you ahre thalking ahbout.” said Young Master Sidra with his swollen mouth. He is trying to act like he didnʼt say something just now.

Seeing this reaction, Lin Tian grinned widely with an aggressive expression on his face. His small fangs were even sticking out with how bright his smile is.

Lin Tian said, ”Hoh~I see~ Let Laozi jolt your memories for you.”

Another round of full beating was suffered by Young Master Sidra.

[A/n: I will make some changes in the ranking of the royal family. The youngest generations made up of Regulus Rigel and Navi Nash would be called princes. Their parents who are the son and daughter of Emperor Sol would be called King and Queen. Regulus Zenith who is called Crowned Prince will be called Crowned King.

The Hierarchy of this royal family doesnʼt follow the regular script so. Donʼt mind it too much ba~]

Laozi is the pinyin romanization for the Chinese characters which means ”Old Master.” But it would also be considered a sarcastic toneof calling yourself Master in an informal way.
