I Love Destroying Worlds' Plot

Chapter 303: 8.30 First Blue Star - Merge I

While Feng Jing and the rest had returned to the camp. The other two teams were already informed about the situation on the other side and decided to continue their tasks for that day. There is no problem with the team led by Bai Yuyan. With the three of them working together Bai Yuyan, Han Ling, and Si Shen, theyʼve almost searched half the west side forest and only stop when their hands and space button lent to them by Lin Yven were full.

There are still a few more 3 more hours before sunset but since their inventory is full they could only return to their camp early.

Han Ling, who is covered in the blood of the beasts. As a berserker-type warrior, Han Ling never cared about himself being covered in blood.

”Ah~ only this much. There is still another pack of hyenas not far from here~” said Han Ling.

Si Shen chuckles as he helps his sentinel treat his scratches. ”Hehe~ there is nothing we can do. Our inventory space is limited. Even though we had dismantled it on the spot. With 6 mutated bears, 3 mutated tigers, and a pack of mutated wild boars are enough to fill the space warehouse Xiao Yven had lent to us. Well with its size double than it supposed to be then I guess it is normal.”

Han Ling asked, ”What should we do next, Yuyan?”

”For now, letʼs head back. Youʼve seen from the message sent by Yul?” said Bai Yuyan.

Si Shen spoke, ”Yes! It seems Yeon-geʼs team is joining our group!”

”Yeon-ge? You donʼt mean dage donʼt you? I heard theyʼve allied themselves with some noble sonʼs team though.” said Han Ling with a confused expression on his face.

Bai Yuyan and Si Shen looked at him slightly bewildered as well. Han Ling is totally on a different page from the two of them. Han Ling saw his friend and loverʼs expression and explained what he knew.

Han Ling explained his side, ”Didnʼt dageʼs team allied themselves with some noble son called Sidra? As soon as he landed in this star we havenʼt received any contact with dage. Why are you two saying his team would be joining us?”

After hearing Han Lingʼs explanation, the two finally realized what was wrong. Bai Yuyan covered his face and sigh while Si Shen was blushing from the embarrassment that his lover was being silly as always.

Si Shen said, ”Have you checked through your communicatorʼs inbox!?”

”No. I put it on silent mode because I feared I might get disturbed during the fight.” honestly answered Han Ling.

Si Shen scolded him, ”You! At least put it on vibrate mode. What would you do if the message sent is an emergency letter.”

”Sorry ba~,” said Han Ling.

Bai Yuyan had no other choice but to explain the situation to Han Ling.

”The situation ended up with Senior Qu Yeonʼs team being used by Young Master Sidra as decoys to escape the wolf pack theyʼve bothered. They almost died, thankfully AʼWu and they were near the area and were able to help them escape the predicament,” said Bai Yuyan.

Han Ling was in rage knowing that his friendʼs brotherʼs group was treated like that by someone of noble standing.

”I canʼt believe those bastards! Arenʼt they nobles, how come they treat us commoners like that!? Only Lord Jing is different from the rest. He had never treated us differently like those other noble descendants!” said Han Ling.

Si Shen, ”Lord Jing is a Feng. It is normal that he is different from others. The Feng Family had always been amiable towards those with a common background. They were liked by both commoners and nobles except for those conceited ones.”

”Since the situation is already like this. Letʼs go back early today. With Seniors helping us hunt for tomorrow, we should be able to gather enough resources as fast as we can.” said Bai Yuyan.

Han Ling, ”Ka! I wish Xue Ran and Yven would be able to gather enough inventory items for the task. That way we wonʼt have to stop like today whenever our inventory has been filled.”

”Hm~ Iʼm more worried about Wen-ge and Lou-ge. The message said they were attacked mentally during their escape by Sidraʼs team guides,” said Si Shen.

Bai Yuyan spoke, ”They should be alright now. Xiao Jing is at the camp after all.”

”Right! If itʼs Lord Jing things would be alright no matter what situation it is,” said Han Ling.

Si Shen was finally relieved upon remembering that god-like person like their leader. With Feng Jing waiting at the camp, those who were injured should be okay. Moreover, their leader had brought varying kinds of concoctions that would help them. Some of those should be useful for those with injured soul domain. With that in their minds, these hunting groups decided to return back to their base.

---

Somewhere in the outer region.

The team lead by Navi Nash had started ordering his team to secretly plunder some other teams who had gathered enough resources to accumulate their own. They had also found some inventory items from some cave and their resources count is increasing at a very fast pace. Thanks to their group tyranny, lots of small groups who had no connection to the Navi Clan had been disqualified after losing the team battle against this team.

The leader of this team is Regulus Rigel but the one who was commanding is Navi Naja. Prince Rigel spoils Navi Naja because he is the only son of Princess Aurora, Prince Rigelʼs aunt. The one sister of Prince Regulus Aera. The father and son spoil this princess quite a lot and thus spoil her only son the same way. In short, they are very biased towards Princess Auroraʼs bloodline.

At their camp far in the East.

”Brother! I heard those commoners from the Senior Division were used by Sidra and his group as decoys. I wonder if they are dead now. The leader of that group is the elder brother of Qu Yul from that bastardʼs team.” said Navi Naja with a smile on his face.

Prince Rigel allows his cousin to call their imperial uncle anything he wants as long as Feng Jing is not really in front of them.

He replied, ”As long as no one helped them, those wolves should have eaten them all.” said the prince.

”Hahaha~ It wouldnʼt be better if Feng Jing was the one eaten. He made Navi Nash an idiot just because he attacked him? He should have just given his head to him to be kicked like a ball.” said Navi Naja while laughing.

Prince Rigel looks at his cousin with a helpless smile. ”Xiao Na, what are your plans for marriage? You are an SS+ Guide with royal family blood. Do you have anyone on your mind?”

Navi Naja had blushed upon being asked by his elder cousinʼs brother about a topic like this. Though SS ranked guides arenʼt thoroughly rare, for someone like him who possesses the peak strength of an SS rank Guide he could be considered one of the few who could reach the level of SSS.

”This... brother, who do you think should I choose? Mother says that I can choose anyone in the noble society but I donʼt know who to choose,” said Navi Naja with a crimson face and shy expression.

Navi Najaʼs features were refined to the point of being called an otherworldly beauty like Feng Jing. But since he got the emerald gold eyes from his motherʼs side which shows that he indeed possesses the blood of the Regulus Clan. The quantum beast of the regulus family is a lion. Since Navi Naja had awakened as a guide, his lion became a lioness.

Prince Rigel spoke, ”As long as it wasnʼt someone from Feng, Xue, and Altair Clan, you are free to choose anyone. No one would dare to reject an SS+ guide as you do. How about someone from the Janus Clan or the Lin Clan? Janus Clan had a dragon bloodline like the Altair family though it wasnʼt a kingʼs bloodline, they are still stronger than the other clans. The Lin Clan... Well~ they are the tiger family, mixing our lion bloodline with the tiger bloodline might result in a Liger or a Tigon if we are lucky.”

[Note: All Hybrid beasts were all SSS ranked quantum beasts. Only one with a king bloodline like the Altair family allows any descendant to have SSS rank potential. Sadly, the Altair Family only married for love and never for power. They are a bit like the Feng Clan in this case.]

Hearing that he couldnʼt marry in the Altair Family made Navi Naja sad. He has always admired Marshal Sirius, this undeniable king like the rest of the masses. Not only is he the youngest marshal in the Federation, but he is also the strongest sentinel in the history of the Interstellar Federation.

Navi Naja asked, ”Brother, why couldnʼt I choose Marshal Altair as my betrothed?”

”This... The Altair Family is never the type to welcome blind dates. This is because they only get married for love. As long as Marshal Altair didnʼt choose you, there is no way you can enter the Altair family. Itʼs been thirty years but Altair Sirius still hasnʼt found the love of his life. Moreover, those who tested their compatibility with the Marshal only resulted in 0 percent.”

”Zero compatibility with anyone?” asked Navi Naja, surprised.

Prince Rigel replied, ”Yes. Almost all the guides in the noble society had received such results. My sister also tried it but... the end is also the same. Do you wish to try it too, Xiao Na?”

”M-Maybe... after the competition,” said Navi Naja as he once again remembered the hateful face of his imperial uncle. ”H-How about someone from the Feng? No one tried from their clan?” he asked.

”The Phoenix Clan ha? No... most of their descendants ended up being Sentinel. Even the Imperial Uncle, the one who was said to awaken as a guide, failed and became an ordinary person. No one from the Feng Clan is able to test their compatibility with Marshal Altair.” said Prince Rigel.

Hearing this Navi Najaʼs expression glowed and said, ”Brother! I want to test my compatibility with Marshal Altair!”

”Okay. I will arrange things for you after this event,” said Prince Rigel.

A huge smile appeared on Navi Najaʼs face, he heard the rumors that Feng Jing admires Marshal Altair the most even more than his elder brother. If he was able to get a compatibility result greater than the others, those old men in the Federation would most likely push me into pairing with Marshal Altair as long as the result is satisfactory.

Navi Naja mumbled, ”As long as I get a result above zero Marshal Altair should consider me right?” Thereʼs a haughty smile on his face. He really doesnʼt possess a divine appeal but his features were enough to call him a noble beauty.

When Bai Yuyan, Han Ling, and Si Shen had returned to the camp. They were surprised to see everyone was already there including Xue Ran and Lin Yven.  Feng Jing is inside the tent treating the unconscious Shi Wen and Shi Lou. Even though Feng Wu already checked on their situation, he isnʼt unlike his lord who could enter anyoneʼs soul domain even without permission. He only stays in the same tent as a cover for the treatment of the Shi Brothers. After all, Feng Jing is supposed to be a waste who failed to awaken as a guide and just an ordinary person with E rank trash potential.

Bai Yuyan said, ”Oh~ Everyone is already here.”

”Un! How was your hunting quota?” asked Lin Yven with his hands reaching out in front of Bai Yuyan. He is obviously asking for the space warehouse he had lent to this team. He already took back the ones from Feng Wuʼs possession.

”Here! Itʼs completely filled up,” said Bai Yuyan.

Si Shen butts in and says, ”Next time please give us a bigger inventory. AʼLing is complaining that we had to return soon because there is no longer extra space in the warehouse.”

Xue Ran said, ”We found a lot of inventory items. Tomorrow each member would be given one for personal use and each team with a bigger space warehouse at least.”

”Youʼve found a lot?” asked Bai Yuyan.

Lin Yven spoke, ”Weʼve every cave in the north side forest. It was enough for the planned resources we need to gather. But since our team has gotten bigger, I need to once again adjust the quota everyone needs to fulfill.”

”Donʼt hold back with the hunting and gathering tasks. We will help with everything now that our team has merged together,” said Qu Yeon.

Tang Yi and Tang San spoke, ”Thatʼs right. You can give us any order. Since Lord Jing had approved of us, we are going to be teammates as well.”

Bai Yuyan said, ”Then who is the leader?”

”The whole team leader is still Lord Jing since he is the named leader of your team. We had no problems in receiving orders as long as he approved it,” said Tang Si who finally woke up after a few hours of sleep. Among the unconscious ones, his state is only due to fatigue.

Bai Yuyan responded with a grin, ”Then thatʼs good.” He has no problem as long as Feng Jingʼs standing as the leader remains.
