The Young Master's Escaping Bride Who Lost Memories

Chapter 102: Chapter 104 [104] Actively Courting Nangong Yaoling 5

”What? That long?!!”

Nangong Yaoling’s face changed dramatically, his handsome eyebrows furrowing into a frown!

He looked as if he wanted to strangle her then and there!

”If... you promise not to bother the Xia Family anymore, it might... might be shorter.” Xia Xiaonuan weakly said.

Nangong Yaoling’s hand around her waist suddenly tightened.

”Xia Xiaonuan, you’re daring to play tricks on me!” he said, squinting his eyes, though his voice was angry, there was a smile in his eyes.

Xia Xiaonuan remained silent, just looking at him with her helpless and innocent eyes.

Nangong Yaoling almost surrendered instantly.

He lowered his head and bit her forcefully.

”You little witch... I’ll give you a few days, if next time you make me satisfied, I’ll let them go!”

”What? There’s still going to be a next time?” Xia Xiaonuan angrily stared at Nangong Yaoling.

”Of course? In a few days!” Nangong Yaoling said meaningfully, his gaze on her becoming more and more intense.

Xia Xiaonuan turned her eyes away awkwardly.

”Fine.” She compromised helplessly, ”I hope you’ll keep your word!”

”I hope you won’t disappoint me.” Nangong Yaoling said, lifting her chin and kissing her again.

When Xia Xiaonuan was released, she was already dizzy.

While Nangong Yaoling, as if nothing had happened, straightened his clothes and left for the company.

...

Not long after Nangong Yaoling left, Xia Xiaonuan returned to her room, and her phone rang.

It was Nangong Feihong.

”Xiaonuan, where did you go? Why haven’t you been answering your phone?” Nangong Feihong urgently asked from the other end of the line.

”No... I forgot to take my phone... I stayed at a hotel last night.” Xia Xiaonuan explained.

Nangong Feihong sighed in relief, and then asked, ”Were you alone last night... are you okay?”

Xia Xiaonuan knew he was referring to the incident where she was drugged last night.

Feeling a bit awkward, she quickly said, ”It’s okay, I... I just went to the hotel and slept.”

”Then I’m relieved.” Nangong Feihong said.

”By the way... yesterday, after Nangong Yaoling woke up, nothing else happened, right?”

”Yesterday after you left, Nangong Yaoling went everywhere looking for you. I couldn’t stop him and even fought with him. Fortunately, Qin Liu came shortly after and gave Nangong Yaoling a tranquilizer shot. He fell asleep after that.” Nangong Feihong said.

”So that’s how it is...”

”When you returned today, he didn’t trouble you, did he?”

”No... no.” Xia Xiaonuan said against her conscience. She didn’t want to worry Nangong Feihong any further.

”That’s good.”

”By the way...” Xia Xiaonuan remembered something and quickly asked, ”You fought with him? So... are you okay?”

Nangong Feihong was silent for a moment, then smiled and said, ”I’m fine... I just got some minor injuries, don’t worry...”

”That’s good...”

After hanging up the phone, Xia Xiaonuan remembered that she hadn’t seen Yun all morning.

She caught a maid and asked, only to receive a shocking answer!

Nangong Feihong was hospitalized, and Yun was instructed by the young master to go to the hospital and take care of him early in the morning.

And Nangong Feihong’s injury was from the confrontation with Nangong Yaoling last night, where Nangong Yaoling hit him on the head with an antique vase.

Xia Xiaonuan was stunned.

Nangong Feihong was injured, and Nangong Yaoling hadn’t told her at all!

She was so preoccupied with herself that she hadn’t cared about Nangong Feihong.

Even though he was injured, he was still worried about her and took the initiative to call her; whereas she hadn’t cared about him at all.
