The Young Master's Escaping Bride Who Lost Memories

Chapter 50: Chapter 51: Transformation into a Little Foodie 2

Xia Xiaonuan had never been to such a place before, it was both fresh and interesting. The two could hold food and enjoy the feast while appreciating the sea, it was exceptionally comfortable.

Seeing her curious look, Nangong Feihong smiled and said, ”I used to bring you here often, do you remember? You loved the salad here the most, you were always on a diet and rarely ate meat.” Nangong Feihong looked at Xia Xiaonuan’s tray piled high with various meats, his face couldn’t help but darken.

Xia Xiaonuan frowned and smiled, ”Why diet? I’m not fat! If we have to control what we eat, then what’s the meaning of life?”

Nangong Feihong looked at her incredulously, ”Xiaonuan, you really have changed.”

The once refined daughter has turned into a little foodie...

Xia Xiaonuan felt somewhat embarrassed under his gaze, and seeing the few items on his plate, quickly shared her food with him, ”You should eat more, look at you! After just a few days, you’ve become so thin and dark!” He looked like someone from Africa.

Nangong Feihong, a bit moved, said, ”Xiaonuan, you’re really good to me.”

Xia Xiaonuan was briefly stunned, then smiled faintly, ”Because you’re good to me too.”

Nangong Feihong bashfully replied, ”It’s only natural for me to be good to you.”

Xia Xiaonuan looked at him and couldn’t help but ask, ”You and Xia Xiaonuan must have been good friends before, right?”

She felt quite lucky to be friends with someone like Nangong Feihong. At least from her perspective, he is straightforward, loyal, wouldn’t betray friends, and is trustworthy.

Nangong Feihong looked at her somewhat lost, ”Xiaonuan, do you really not remember anything from before? You are Xia Xiaonuan. We grew up together, you’ve forgotten everything?”

”Uh... right.” Xia Xiaonuan couldn’t bear to face his eyes and pretended to eat ferociously. She didn’t want to lie to him, but she didn’t know how to explain. If she said the old Xia Xiaonuan had died, Nangong Feihong would be even more heartbroken.

So, since fate caused such a strange mistake, she could only go along with it...

...

As the two were eating, a couple walked towards them. The girl said something to the man that made him laugh out loud. Xia Xiaonuan looked up and her face darkened instantly.

Nangong Yaoling’s eyes also caught sight of her, Liang Yuzhu saw Xia Xiaonuan and exaggeratedly exclaimed.

”Ah... Xiaonuan? What are you doing here?” She said, then noticed Nangong Feihong across from Xia Xiaonuan.

”Hong? You’re here too!”

Nangong Feihong looked at them, ”Why are you together?”

”Since it’s such a coincidence, let’s sit together.”

”Since it’s such a coincidence, let’s sit together.” Nangong Yaoling, who had been silent, spoke, his eyes fixed on Xia Xiaonuan, making her feel a bit uneasy.

After Nangong Yaoling spoke, without waiting for a response, he directly sat next to Xia Xiaonuan. Xia Xiaonuan immediately felt uncomfortable all over.

Nangong Feihong was somewhat displeased, ”Since someone is on a date with a beauty, why squeeze in with us?”

Nangong Yaoling lifted his eyelids, his cold eyes aimed at Nangong Feihong, ”Are you saying you’re on a date with her?”

His gaze was so cold, it scared Xia Xiaonuan, Nangong Feihong paused, then quickly said, ”Of course not? What is my relationship with Xiaonuan? I’m afraid someone might bully her after she gets married!”
