New Age Of Summoners

”Now, what do you want for the tribute you gave to me?”

As a demon god, he wanted to give something in return for the tribute given by one of his followers or devotees.

So, the demon god of assassination asked the ancestor in a calm voice.

”I want to recover my body and gain half of my previous battle prowess.”

Ancestor didn’t stand on ceremony as he directly asked the demon god what he wanted.

Also, he didn’t ask for the recovery of the full battle prowess as he knew 100 young men were not enough tribute to ask for such a request.

”Both are impossible to fulfil.”

However, the demon god from the other side of the portal instantly rejected the ancestor’s request and continued saying, ”As long as you find a good body, I will help you transfer your soul in that body. As for your battle prowess, I can adjust it to the 20 percent of your peak battle prowess.”

The demon god knew what the ancestor wants after hearing his request; however, they were difficult to fulfil.

Nevertheless, he suggested something else that was not a bad thing for the ancestor.

”Demon god 20 percent is a little too low. Why don’t I bring another 100 young men for you to eat?”

Ancestor knew he could not summon the demon god again and again as it would take quite a toll on his body and soul.

The last time, he summoned a demon god was around 15 years ago and it was in order to destroy the emperor and his wife. So, he wanted to make the deal with the demon god right now.

”Fine…I will open the portal after 15 days. Find a good host for your soul along with 100 more talented young men. I will increase your battle prowess to 30 percent and more than that is not possible for me.”

As soon as he finished his words, the demon god directly closed the portal without bothering to listen to ancestor’s reply.

’Damn it…30 percent is very little; however, I think that bastard ’Protector of the skies’ must be in the same situation as me.’

Ancestor thought about someone from the past that made him reveal an evil look, ’With the help of the demon god, I will instantly recover 30 percent of my battle prowess. I think it will be enough to go against you.’

The thing is, with the confirmation from the demon god, Ancestor believed that the emperor really died and the one who said the emperor would be coming was definitely related to ’Protector of the skies’ as he was a very loyal subordinate to the emperor.

’I guess, 30 per cent of my original battle power is enough to take control over this world.’

Soon, the ancestor started laughing as he was very confident in taking over the purple stone world with 30 percent ofo his original battle prowess.

’The other guardian must be still recovering. With my battle prowess, I can intimidate them and make them my loyal servants…keke’

Thinking about everything, ancestor was could not help but laugh out loud with an eerie chuckle.

Soon, he summoned the middle-aged man and ordered him to gather another 100 young men and one rare talented young man as a host for his soul.

Even though the middle-aged man was annoyed and dissatisfied with his ancestor’s request, he still didn’t dare to reject them and promised the ancestor to finish them.

...…

Time continued to pass and in a flash three days passed in the bloodline training grounds.

”Ugh…did I kill all the guardian spirit beasts?”

Ajax was sleeping woke up suddenly and looked at his surroundings before thinking about the guardian spirit beasts.

Currently, Ajax was resting on a cloud and he could see the huge eagle-like spirit beast was looking at him from the distance.

’Damn it…just a look from that spirit beast is enough to make em shiver.’

Ajax was not expecting to see it. So, of course, he was sacred for a moment before he saw the old man flying towards him from the distance.

”Finally, you woke.”

The old man nodded his head with a slight smile on his face and continued saying, ”And, yes, you killed all the guardian spirit beasts.”

”Phew”

Ajax heaved a sigh of relief with the old man’s words.

Even though he remembered killing the first two guardian spirit beasts, he didn’t remember much about killing the other two guardian spirit beasts.

”Do you not remember killing them or what?”

The old man asked with a frown and continued, ”Exactly how did you do come back to life after the storm wyvern killed you?”

Even though the old man was very powerful with unknown strength, he was still unable to see through how Ajax came back to life.

Clearly, he saw Ajax getting killed by the storm wyvern after he fell into the chaos realm by the Chaos lynx.

”Haha...it’s a secret.”

Ajax laughed a little and shook his head.

”Haha…it is a good thing to keep your trump cards hidden. Not bad.”

The old man was not annoyed or irritated; instead, he like Ajax even more because a cultivator should not explain or show his trump cards to others just because they asked him.

’Ding,

Skill name:- Emergency ghost (Level 2)

Effect:- A passive skill that triggers when the user is killed.  Not only will he come back alive, but all his battle prowess would also be doubled for a few minutes which is called ’Enrage state’.

Side effect:- Falls into a come for a minimum of three days to one year depending on the damage done to him while he was in an enraged state.

Information:- A skill received from the Assassin elemental spirit Zen and because of the rapid growth of the elemental spirit, the summoner’s skill is also upgraded.

However, Ajax looked at the information on a skill that brought him to life.

’The upgrade for this skill helped me kill the guardian spirit beasts.’

Ajax silently muttered to himself with a slight smile on his face.
