Just Came Into Wealth, Now Renting with Three Flight Attendants

141: Selling a villa can trigger so many chain reactions? If this villa were sold for 50 million, her commission would be one percent.

That would be 500,000 in commission right away.

All the problems she was facing right now would be solved instantly.

This was something Xiao Ding hadn’t dared to imagine before.

At her previous rate, it would have taken her at least five years to earn 500,000.

”Alright.” Zhang Yu nodded.

”Then let’s end the house viewing here for today.”

”Oh, right, Mr. Zhang, what’s your contact information?” Xiao Ding said.

”That way, when things are ready and it’s time to sign the contract, I can reach you.”

”Then add me on wechat.” Zhang Yu took out his phone.

After Xiao Ding scanned the code and added him as a friend, a message came through.

”Ding Weiwei.” [Image] Ding Weiwei reference image.

Zhang Yu looked at the name and felt like he had seen it somewhere before.

He couldn’t recall it for a moment; it had been a long time.

Even if he had seen it, it wouldn’t have been in the last two years.

”Well then, feel free to contact me if anything comes up.” Zhang Yu waved his phone.

”Mr. Zhang, do you need me to give you a ride on my e-bike?” Ding Weiwei asked.

”How about I treat you to a meal?”

Such a huge transaction still felt like a dream to her.

”It won’t be too late to treat me after the transaction is complete,” Zhang Yu smiled.

”And you don’t need to give me a ride; I live right nearby.”

As he said this, he left the villa.

Watching his tall figure, Ding Weiwei stood dazed for a few seconds before sighing.

”What are you thinking? You’re just a country girl from a small city; how dare you even imagine such things.”

Then, she rode her e-bike back to the real estate agency.

”Oh, Xiao Ding is back?” The manager looked her up and down; her hair was neat, her clothes were neat.

There was nothing suspicious.

”That guy, was he a scammer? Well, it’s fine if it was a wasted trip, as long as you didn’t lose anything.”

”He is not a scammer!” Xiao Ding said.

”He said he wants to buy this villa, in full.”

”Really? Xiao Ding, then you’ve hit the jackpot.” Several other colleagues crowded around.

”However, it’s more likely he’s just messing with you,” other colleagues added.

”That villa has been listed for so long without anyone looking at it, and he wants it after just one look today? Isn’t that just someone stupid with too much money? It’s impossible.”

They had been working as agents for so long.

People buying houses were more cautious than the last.

Let alone a 50 million house, even for a 5 million one, people would deliberate and haggle for months before making a decision to close the deal.

”Still too young, it seems she’s finally paid her tuition fee!”

Facing their sarcasm, Ding Weiwei found it hard to defend herself.

She believed Zhang Yu wouldn’t be a scammer, but she didn’t know how to explain it.

Although she had his contact information, what did that really prove?

Just then, Ding Weiwei’s phone chimed with a message.

”It must be that guy from earlier, using the excuse of buying a house to ask her out for a freebie,” a female colleague analyzed sneakily.

Ignoring their gossip, Ding Weiwei picked up her phone and took a look.

It was a transfer of 200,000.

It even had a note: ”Deposit for the villa.”

”I forgot, I want this house, let me pay a deposit first. Don’t take anyone else to see this villa.”

Ding Weiwei held up her phone and said to the manager, ”That Mr. Zhang paid the deposit!”

The manager leaned in to look, and sure enough, it was true.

She actually managed to sell this house?

”Hmph, she must have used some dishonorable means back at the villa. Otherwise, how could it be so easy? If it were me, I could do it too!” other female colleagues said, twisting their waists in frustration.

”Alright, don’t you have any work to do?” The manager was a smart person to have become a manager in the first place, and she understood the situation now.

That Mr. Zhang, regardless of his motives, had specifically chosen Ding Weiwei.

If she hadn’t been in charge, it was very likely he wouldn’t have bought it at all.

Although she was a bit unhappy about not getting the lion’s share, she had to accept it.

Because with the villa sold, everyone else would also get a cut of the commission, just not as much as 500,000.

”Xiao Ding selling this villa helps our store complete at least one quarter’s worth of sales targets. Why can’t you be grateful?” The manager said, then turned to Ding Weiwei.

”Xiao Ding, continue following up on this deal and make sure it goes through.”

”Once the deal is closed, I will apply to the higher-ups to promote you to supervisor of the third sales department!”

This agency was considered a large store with over 20 sales agents and three sales departments.

The manager knew that since Mr. Zhang wanted the villa after just one look and transferred a 200,000 deposit immediately, he must be a very wealthy person, and his network behind him was not simple either.

If Ding Weiwei became the sales supervisor and continued to dig deeper into the potential housing needs behind him, this would absolutely be a significant business opportunity.

Good heavens! Ding Weiwei couldn’t believe her ears.

Selling one villa would actually have such a huge chain reaction?

Going straight from being the youngest in the store to becoming a sales supervisor?

However, in the agency business, it didn’t matter how much seniority you had; it was entirely based on performance.

What the manager said wasn’t just empty talk.

Being promoted to sales supervisor meant a base salary increase of 2,000, plus a share of everyone’s commission, which would be much better than her current situation.

”I will work hard to close this deal,” Ding Weiwei said to herself.

Her situation had changed so quickly, all because of Mr. Zhang’s visit today.

She didn’t know how to repay such a great favor.

Ding Weiwei didn’t think she had such high-level sales skills.

Mr. Zhang could have chosen anyone, so why her?

Sigh, whatever, she would take it one step at a time.

As long as it wasn’t asking for her life or doing anything illegal, she would do whatever he asked!

”Hey, looking at this Mr. Zhang, could it be Zhang Yu?” At this moment, a colleague looking at the transfer record suddenly asked.

”Which Zhang Yu? Is he famous?” Other colleagues became curious.

”No, don’t you guys watch the news? He’s been in the spotlight repeatedly in Jiangcheng recently.”

”Just from what I remember, he’s been on the trending topics at least three times!”

”Xiao Ding, hurry up and check what his real name is on wechat.” A colleague leaned in to ask.

Under everyone’s gaze, she had no choice but to open Zhang Yu’s wechat profile picture and click on the ”Transfer” interface.

She saw the name displayed as ”* Yu”.

”His name has two characters; combined with the surname, isn’t it Zhang Yu?”

”Holy crap! It really is him!” The colleagues were all shocked.

”This is a super wealthy person in Jiangcheng, he has close relations with Secretary Sha and Old Master Xiao!”

”The new bank that’s about to be established is also his!”

The real estate agency was in an uproar.
