Tentacle Monster Reincarnation: I Will Protect the Heroines

Therefore she goes forward, gets hit, swings empty, gets hit back, even so goes forward and gets counterattacked. Even so she always keeps moving at full power.

(Because. Alter is originally a rear-guard magician.)

He can also do close combat, and technique is by no means low. If this were a match Knuckle would already be defeated.

But this is not a match, it is a fight. Combat that continues until one falls, until a heart snaps.

Then the limit is faster on that side...!

”Chi...! A persistent woman!”

Alter’s fist pierces a gap in the armor.

Painful, but Sacred flesh can endure.

Alter’s movements start dulling.

From fatigue movements get loose.

But Knuckle can still move.

Beaten up, her whole body hurts, but even so as long as her heart has not snapped she can still move at full power.

Therefore this match is Knuckle’s.

”I thought I could make you a piece, but it cannot be helped.”

Alter snapping his fingers and one beast jumping down from a building rooftop were simultaneous.

But Knuckle’s fist piercing Alter is faster than that.

This kind of thing is only a futile struggle.

(Wrong. If he were a person of that degree other Sacred would have defeated him!)

A man senpai far stronger and prettier than herself could not win against.

A thing that kind of opponent set at this timing, only a futile struggle? No way.

Therefore Knuckle observes the beast’s movements, stops the attack on Alter, and runs under Atel Octo.

In the first place Sacred Knuckle is not thought a threat by Alter.

He is probably not looking lightly at specs as a Sacred, but compared to Saber and Knight and Atel Octo priority is remarkably low.

Even the current state is not a plan to drop Knuckle to darkness. Only trying to take Knuckle into his hands as a side to crushing Atel Octo.

Then.

Alter cornered unexpectedly, what does he prioritize?

”Senpai...!”

Atel Octo, him.

Knuckle who cut in faster than the falling wolf bites and crushes his head thrusts a fist in a counter-like way.

A light impact.

The huge wolf that lightly let the impact flow fuwari jumps, takes distance, and lands in front of Alter.

”...You do more than expected. I looked down on you, Sacred Knuckle.”

”That, thanks...!”

Using delinquent students was to rob Atel Octo of the options of counterattack and flight.

And more than anything to shake the heart of a Sacred who appeared for rescue.

Certainly Knuckle overcame that.

But Alter too had plotted a plan for if his own assumption was surpassed.

”But with this it is checkmate. With that damage even if you awaken it will do nothing. Die vainly together with the Vigilante.”

While glaring at Atel Octo, Alter declares to Knuckle as if a side.

Yes, checkmate.

Knuckle is not a strong one who can defeat Gain’s beast, and obtaining a beast as vanguard the magician named Alter Native exerts his original strength.

Originally he probably did not intend to do this far.

While having Atel Octo finished he would drop Knuckle to darkness and defeat the other Sacred one by one.

But unexpectedly Knuckle persisted and cornered Alter. Then without clinging to the initial plan he kills them together.

”...That is so, you also take that kind of means.”

Atel Octo fallen face-down on the ground mutters while painfully groaning.

At those words as if saying I know you well Alter put on a suspicious expression, but starts chanting.

There is a question, but there is also no reason to let them live.

”...Still...!”

Though with her mouth she shows the will that she has not given up yet, she can still fight, Knuckle had already become aware.

Ah. This I lose.

Even if she could suppress Gain’s beast, with Alter’s magic Knuckle and Atel Octo die.

”Good grief, I cannot watch. Junior!”

It was the instant she thought that and her heart started wilting.

One arrow released from overhead. It pierces the asphalt, and in that instant a thick earth wall rises piercing the asphalt.

Suddenly the prey it should eat is blocked, and the beast barks irritably. Blocked by the earth wall she cannot see, but surely toward overhead.

”Even you came this way. Sacred Arrow.”

Looking down this way from overhead was a small girl with fresh-green-like green hair in twintails.

She wears a light-brown fluttery mini one-piece, and over that equips a white-silver breastplate.

What she holds in her hand is a great bow unfitting her height. She already directs an arrow woven with magical power at Alter and them.

That is a Sacred.

A light warrior of Calmate Knuckle had not yet met.

”We flee, Knuckle-chan! I will guide so carry the Vigilante and run! See, you all flee too!”

She shouts, and Arrow released an arrow.

Not Alter or the beast, much less toward Knuckle or Atel Octo or the watching delinquents.

What the arrow pierced was the ground’s asphalt.

”What, even though you suddenly appeared no control.”

One delinquent mutters as if mocking, and as if cutting that voice an earth wall rose.

(Terrain control.)

Knuckle knows. Seeing the real thing is the first time, but because she had Saber talk what kind of comrades there are, what kind of abilities they possess, how reliable an existence.

Therefore she understands. The phenomenon happening now is the power of the Earth Spirit Sacred Arrow contracts.

The earth wall that appeared piercing the asphalt completely divided Knuckle and Atel Octo, Alter, the beast, and the delinquent students.

It makes a straight road so confused fleeing delinquent students do not scatter, and by dividing Alter and the beast cuts coordination.

Of course Alter will immediately respond.

”I, I got it! That side be careful too!”

”Un, a good reply! ...Now, poor skinny dog-san. Loser-san who cannot even bite me off, if it is frustrating come this way!”

But Arrow kicks a building wall and leaps places the beasts seem about to reach, and distanced from Alter.

While smashing earth walls and buildings the rampaging beast, far far, so they cannot coordinate.

After all it is a wall made on the spur. A high-spec Gain beast can destroy it in a second.

Therefore she deliberately exposes her figure and runs places that seem reachable but are not. If she fishes the beast with that she can earn time for Knuckle and them to flee.

Of course even Alter can probably destroy the wall, but because he is a magician chanting is needed, and in the first place he loses to Knuckle in physical ability. If he does not coordinate with the beast Knuckle can escape.

”Too bad, only a beast after all.”

Confirming Knuckle earned enough distance, Arrow puts on a triumphant smile, and a smile that rubs nerves the wrong way, and raises an earth wall again.

Of course it is only a thing immediately destroyed. But she takes a handkerchief from her bosom, wraps it on an arrow and shoots it in a completely wrong direction.

An earth wall that gets destroyed. But the beast cannot find her. Because she is hiding in crushed earth, because she has become one with the smell of earth with the Spirit’s power.

Therefore the wolf sniffs and runs chasing the arrow flown in a completely wrong direction.

Putting on a smile, she lightly leaped, and just like that lightly leaped, and landing in front of sprinting Knuckle showed a smile.

”Sorry to keep you. For now shall we go to the room I am borrowing.”

”A blunder.”

Alter who let Atel Octo and Knuckle escape quietly muttered.

But that is not words lamenting his own unreliableness.

After all this is a large offensive. He cannot possibly not have calculated the possibility of reinforcements coming from Calmate.

That he wanted to crush Atel Octo is certain, but since he failed clinging to that would be foolish.

Therefore, now, the next hand.

”Truly. A blunder, Sacred.”

Sacred Arrow.

From her coming to Earth there are also things he can do.
