Marvel: All My Incarnations Are S-Class Villainesses

Chapter 217: Chapter 217: Unohana Retsu’s Shikai

The Zanpakutō is the primary weapon of Gods of Death like Unohana Retsu, and also one of their important sources of power.

It is usually divided into three stages—

The first stage is ”Asauchi,” which are all standardized ordinary katanas. However, as a God of Death lives and eats with it, pouring their soul’s essence into it, it eventually gives birth to a unique Zanpakutō with its own name.

A few will take on special shapes; for example, Unohana Retsu’s Zanpakutō is very curved...

The second stage is ”Shikai,” the release of the Zanpakutō’s true power. After Shikai, the shape of the blade usually changes, such as becoming a spear, whip, scythe, greatsword, etc., and displays its own unique special ability.

However, Unohana Retsu’s Zanpakutō after Shikai, ”Minazuki,” is very special—

As Unohana Retsu drew the Zanpakutō, the slender, curved blade instantly transformed into a mass of Spiritual Pressure!

Then, before everyone’s eyes, it converged into a flat creature that almost completely blocked the entire two-way lane.

It was shockingly a strange creature resembling a giant manta ray!

It had only one massive eye, and its mouth was like a blue whale’s, filled with dense, brush-like teeth.

Sister Hana’s Shikai

Yes, after Unohana Retsu’s Zanpakutō underwent Shikai, it didn’t turn into any cold weapon, but a literal giant creature!

This sudden behemoth not only startled the Chitauri opposite them but even scared the gang members into repeatedly retreating.

They had never seen Big Sister use this move before!

It could only be said that Sumire had kept Unohana Retsu’s information hidden too well; even her own people didn’t know.

The giant manta ray, like a demonic creature from another World, glided at a low altitude over the broken asphalt road.

Quite massive

Seeing the severely injured gang members on the ground, it actually opened its abyssal mouth, large enough to swallow a truck, and with a ”slurp,” like a whale inhaling water, it swallowed them along with their guns in one gulp!

Holy crap... Big Sister’s pet is eating people!

A surviving lackey nearby trembled all over, nearly throwing away the AK in his hand, his legs shaking like sieves.

Inside the dim and viscous stomach of Minazuki, several heavily injured lackeys who had been swallowed were even more scared out of their wits.

They struggled desperately in the gastric juices in despair, fully expecting to be turned into the monster’s feces immediately.

On the contrary, the layer of slimy green gastric juice around them actually turned into a gentle warm current, enveloping their entire bodies.

Those deep-to-the-bone gunshot wounds and charred surfaces of severed limbs began to feel waves of tingling and itching... It was like soaking in some extremely comfortable top-tier hot spring, so comfortable it even made one want to take a nap in the monster’s belly.

A few minutes later.

”Blegh—”

The giant manta ray opened its mouth and spat out the people it had just swallowed onto the asphalt road, completely intact.

The lackeys who were spat out were covered in slimy, uniquely fragrant saliva, but when they climbed up from the ground, their eyes widened in disbelief—

Not only had all the wounds on their bodies healed, but even the arms and legs that had just been broken off had actually grown back!

Their skin was as smooth as before, without even a single scar left!

Regrowth of severed limbs!

This scene, which overturned common sense, directly left the Chitauri opposite them dumbfounded.

What the hell kind of ghost creature is this?!

This is one of Unohana Retsu’s abilities. This giant manta ray named ”Minazuki” can not only be used for high-speed riding, but the healing fluid secreted in its stomach also has the magical effect of regenerating flesh and bone.

After a brief dead silence, the gang members across the entire block erupted.

”Brothers! Big Sister has shown her divine power! Kill those alien freaks for me!”

With the help of such an ”infinite life-extending” divine beast, this group of already fearless thugs went completely wild.

With bloodshot eyes, they raised their guns and forced a counter-charge against the Chitauri’s fire.

They actually pushed the regular alien army back step by step!

This is the true power of Minazuki after Shikai.

As for the third stage of the Zanpakutō—the true final release form, ”Bankai.”

Unohana Retsu currently has no intention of bringing it out for use.

Once Bankai is activated, not only will a God of Death’s combat power increase exponentially, but the form and ability of the Zanpakutō will undergo a qualitative change.

For a few mere alien grunts, it wasn’t necessary.

On the other side, in a lower luxury penthouse not far from Stark Tower.

A little girl was standing barefoot on several thick hardcover books, pressed against the crack of the door, nervously eavesdropping on her parents’ heated argument in the living room.

In her bedroom, the desk was densely packed with various golden trophies, and a whole string of heavy medals hung on the wall, most of the nameplates engraved with words like ”Junior Climbing Champion” and ”Fencing First Prize.”

BOOM—!!!

Suddenly, an Earth-shattering explosion came from outside the window, and the entire apartment shook violently as if it had encountered an earthquake.

The little girl lost her footing and fell heavily onto the carpet.

She looked up in horror through the glass skylight above the bedroom and happened to see a giant alien beast that blotted out the sun, being ridden by a fourteen-meter-tall crimson Female Titan, soaring low over her roof with a deafening roar!

”Daddy! Mommy!”

The little girl scrambled up from the floor and threw open the door, shouting in panic, but there was no response in the hallway except for dust and the smell of burning.

The originally luxurious living room was now in ruins; a corner of the house had been completely blasted away by an alien energy cannon, and the entire wide scenic balcony had vanished.

A huge gap appeared at the edge of the room, and a cold, fierce wind was pouring in through the opening.

The little girl walked blankly to that gap. Her vision crossed half a block without obstruction, clearly seeing the portal atop Stark Tower in the distance piercing the clouds, as well as Tony and Reze engaged in a fierce battle with the aliens high in the sky.

Young as she was, she stood there in a daze, her mind blank, unable to comprehend the collapsing World before her.

Until—

”Vroom—”

An alien flying motorcycle carrying three Chitauri Soldiers, while circling in the air, spotted this human girl standing at the gap in the ruins. It immediately turned around and sped toward her with murderous intent!

The little girl screamed and turned to run deep into the hallway.

But the speed of these alien killers was simply too fast.

The three Chitauri Soldiers jumped directly from mid-air into her ruined living room, closing in step by step with their energy rifles, cornering the little girl into a dead end.

Seeing the dark muzzles light up, the little girl closed her eyes in despair.

”Whoosh! Whoosh! Whoosh!”

At this critical moment, three shrill sounds of breaking air suddenly rang out!

Three heavy crossbow bolts, shot from an unknown source at a speed difficult for the naked eye to capture, precisely pierced the back of the heads of those three Chitauri Soldiers!

Without even having time to let out a scream, the three alien corpses slumped to the ground in unison.

The little girl opened her eyes, trembling all over, her pupils suddenly shrinking.

Behind the three fallen corpses, a tall figure had silently appeared at some point.
