Fairy Tail: Collapsing Stars

Chapter 13 - Evan vs Gildarts

In the corner of the Fairy Tail guild…

“Of course not……”

Erza crossed her arms in front of her body while shaking her head constantly.

Evan is her brother! How could it be the illegitimate child of a stranger?

But she had heard from Irene that Evan didn’t seem to be her biological brother…

But speaking of it…

There are so many magic guilds in this world, why did Evan choose to join Fairy Tail?

And Evan’s hair is almost the same color as that uncle named Gildarts…

Thinking of this, beads of sweat kept falling on Erza’s forehead.

The main reason is that this is so frightening to think about, she couldn’t help but think about it…

So much so that in the end, Erza herself was a little uncertain.

“So, it should, probably, not… right?!” Erza looked at Cana and replied hesitantly.

“So, is it, or is it not?”

Cana felt like her heart was going to be broken. It had been two years since she joined Fairy Tail. During these two years, she never had the courage to make Gildarts to recognize her.

However, this is not the most painful thing. The most painful thing is that in the two years, not only did she not get to know Gildarts as father and daughter, but what she was confronted with might be his half-brother…

Cana doesn’t know what to say at this moment.

“Laxus was beaten?!”

“Is the new kid a monster?”

“I heard that the new kid wants to challenge Gildarts?!”

“Real or fake?”

Just as Cana was talking with Erza, the entire guild was in an uproar. One by one, the guild members lowered their wine glasses and gathered in front of Evan and Gildarts.

They saw that at this moment, Evan and Gildarts were facing each other. Between them lay a blond-haired boy who was foaming at the mouth. Yes, that blond-haired boy was Laxus.

“Gildarts wants to fight someone else?!”

Cana was taken aback, as if no one had challenged Gildarts since she joined the guild. Gildarts has always been the strongest and most invincible existence.

“Didn’t brother say that it’s best not to cause a big disturbance! It’s really worrying!”

When Erza heard that Evan was going to fight Gildarts, she put her hands on her hips, frowned, and complained.

“Anyway, let’s go and have a look together!”

Erza sighed and looked around. The friend she had just made, Cana, sent an invitation.

“Okay!”

Cana nodded slightly after hearing that.

At the same time……

“Are you sure you want to fight me?”

Gildarts looked at Evan with a smile on his face.

“Yes! I want to see the gap between myself and the strongest in this guild.”

Evan nodded. He could feel that the magic power in Gildarts’s body was higher than his. In other words, Gildarts in front of him had inhuman-level magic power and was a real monster.

“Interesting…… Then let’s go out and fight for a while? With our strength, if we fight in this guild, the Guild Master will probably cry, right?”

Gildarts looked around, looked at the crowd, and shook his head slightly. The guild was too small, both for him and for Evan.

“Okay……”

Evan nodded slightly.

“Then how about going to the back mountain of the guild? There are generally no one to bother us there!”

Gildarts suggested.

“Okay!” Evan nodded, it doesn’t matter where they fight.

“Follow me!”

After finishing speaking, Gildarts put on his cloak and walked towards the outside of the guild.

“Ok.” While Evan agreed, his body was light and floating up from the ground.

The two of them headed towards the back mountain like this.

As for Laxus, who was lying in the middle of the two of them, he had been completely forgotten by the two of them.

“Let’s go, let’s watch the excitement!”

The mages in the guild looked at Gildarts and Evan who were planning to go out for a fight, and ran out of the guild one by one excitedly.

By the time Gildarts and Evan found a good position in the back mountain, people were already standing around them. Even Makarov left his guild and came to the back mountain.

They saw Makarov holding a small box in his hand and kept yelling, “Beer and popcorn are sold in the front row!”

Behind Makarov, there are crates of beer and snacks brought up by him using giant magic…

In addition to this, Makarov has other jobs.

“It’s open, it’s open! Bet red on Gildarts to win, and bet blue on super rookie Evan to win! Everyone, take a bet now and drive a limited-edition magic four-wheel drive next year!”

Makarov kept making noises. As the Guild Master of Fairy Tail, he chose to take the lead in setting up the game.

As for whether Makarov would feel unconscionable by opening a gambling game to make money, he would die laughingly, nobody who knows how many times he has to wipe the ass of his group of bastards every year, every time these bastards get into trouble, how much does he need to spend?!

If he doesn’t get some money from these bastards now, his conscience will hurt instead.

“I’ll bet 10,000 j Gildarts to win!” With a pipe in his mouth, Wakaba took out 10,000 j.

In fact, everyone didn’t take this gamble seriously. Everyone just wanted to have fun and get a lottery.

“I also bet Gildarts…”

“Gildarts, ten thousand j!”

“Sure enough, Gildarts will never lose…”

With the opening of the game, it almost became a one-sided situation, and everyone bought Gildarts to win.

“You all bet Gildarts to win, this bet won’t work like that!”

Makarov wanted to cry but didn’t cry. Although, in fact, he also bought Gildarts to win.

“I’ll bet 100,000 big brother Evan wins!”

However, just when everyone was betting on Gildarts to win, a distinctive voice sounded slowly.

“Eh?!”

Everyone was stunned when they heard this distinctive voice. In fact, no one thought that someone other than Gildarts would win the victory.

“Who? Who bet Evan wins?”

Hearing this distinctive voice, Makarov was so moved that his eyes glistened with tears. He asked excitedly who bought Evan.

“I!”

Erza among the crowd stretched out her little hand, and what she was holding was a 100,000 banknote.

“Very good! Erza!” Makarov held Ersa’s hand excitedly. He took out the banknotes from Ersa’s hand and kept them while watching the other people in the guild say dissatisfiedly. Said: “You should learn from Erza, who said Evan will definitely lose?”

“So Guild Master, don’t just talk about us! You can bet Evan to win!” Macao walked up to Makarov and joked with a smile in his eyes.

“Uh, me! Cough cough, I bet on Gildarts to win, he has a reason…” Makarov turned his head, not daring to look into Macao’s eyes.

“You want to win money too?!” The other people in the guild looked at Makarov’s appearance and complained one after another.

“Shut up! I’m the Guild Master!”

Seeing that he was being exposed, Makarov immediately used his identity as the Guild Master to suppress everyone.

“Boo……”

However, the members of Fairy Tail don’t like Makarov’s tricks at all.

At the same time, Gildarts and Evan, who were confronting each other, moved first!

The first person to act…is Evan!

They saw the magic power riot in his body…

“Enchantment Flames!”

In just an instant, Evan enchanted flames to the air!

“Boom!”

In an instant, the air in front of Gildarts was directly ignited!

At the same time, the spectators at the rear only felt the heat in front of their eyes. Seeing that there was no warning in front of them, a huge fireball with a radius of more than ten meters rose up! That fireball is like a miniature sun! The terrifying temperature seems to ignite the surrounding trees…

“Are you kidding me? Such a big fireball?!”

“Could it be… is this kid a real monster?!”

The members of Fairy Tail, who were returning to watch the battle, stared wide-eyed at the huge fireball and the oncoming heat wave.
