From the Metropolis to the Strongest in the Cosmos

Li Yang was shocked.

Dominator-level experts were so powerful that Emperors stood no chance against them and would be killed in an instant.

The Human Race had Dominators, but there couldn’t be that many of these supreme experts.

Li Yang was very puzzled at this moment. The Star Moon Race had a Dominator-level expert, yet they still existed as a vassal of the Human Race?

His mind filled with questions, Li Yang asked Hei Xu what he was thinking.

Hei Xu smiled and said, ”Li Yang, there are countless races in the Cosmos. Many weaker ones choose to become vassals of stronger races to survive. Take the Fire Nether Divine Beast race, for example. Their strongest is only an Emperor, but since they are born as Deities, they are coveted by many powerful races. Therefore, aligning themselves with a powerful race is their best option.”

”Our Human Race has many vassal races, but besides them, there are also some races who are not vassals but allies in a coalition.”

”A coalition?” Li Yang was a little confused.

Hei Xu explained, ”In the Cosmos, our greatest struggle is with the Demon Race. The conflict isn’t just between Deities and Emperors, but even between Dominators. A race like the Star Moon Race, with only one Dominator, isn’t considered strong on its own. However, if many races like them band together, their combined strength is definitely not to be underestimated.”

Hearing this, Li Yang understood.

One Star Moon Race meant one Dominator. If there were dozens of similar races, that would mean dozens of Dominators.

That kind of power was truly unimaginable!

”So, in addition to our many vassal races, the Human Race also has allied races in our coalition. Their status is a cut above that of the Fire Nether Divine Beast race.”

”The Fire Nether Divine Beasts have to hand over Fire Spirit Pearls and other items to us periodically, but the Star Moon Race does not.”

In terms of status, the Star Moon Race was clearly far superior to the Fire Nether Divine Beast race.

Hei Xu continued, ”However, in the relationship between us and the Star Moon Race, the Human Race naturally holds the dominant position. For instance, when a powerful genius appears among our people, we can demand that the Star Moon Race open their ancestral inheritance grounds for our genius to enter. Like this time, Li Yang, when you are going to the Star Moon Race to receive their inheritance.”

As he said this, Hei Xu’s eyes filled with pride.

”The Star Moon Race wouldn’t dare to refuse. Because if the Human Race wished it, we could annihilate their entire race in a very short time.”

”Annihilate the entire Star Moon Race?”

Li Yang’s heart trembled. The Star Moon Race had a Dominator, yet the Human Race could easily annihilate such a powerful race?

At that moment, Li Yang could fully imagine just how powerful the Human Race truly was!

”Haha, Li Yang, your strength is still too low, so you don’t yet understand how strong the Human Race is. You’ll find out in the future,” Hei Xu said with a laugh.

To be able to casually destroy the Star Moon Race, a race that possessed a Dominator—this was the Human Race! One of the absolute top-tier races in the Cosmos, rivaled only by the Demon Race.

All other powers, no matter how strong, were weaker than the Human Race to some degree.

Amid his shock, Li Yang also began to feel a surge of excitement.

He was a member of the Human Race, too. Of course he was thrilled that his race was so powerful.

As the two of them talked, Li Yang gradually came to understand more about the Star Moon Race.

Since the opportunity for an inheritance had arrived, Li Yang naturally prepared to leave immediately, unwilling to delay.

”Zhou Yao, Xiaodong, take care of things at home. I’m leaving.”

Li Yang looked at Zhou Yao and said, ”I control that octopus. If you can’t contact me, you can tell it what’s happening.”

Currently, Li Yang’s main body’s strength had already surpassed the Late World Realm. Once his octopus avatar finished absorbing the Dragon Scale Insect, its strength would also reach that level.

The octopus avatar had no talent for Laws; its progress was entirely driven by his other avatars.

Therefore, the octopus avatar had nothing else to do, so Li Yang had assigned it the task of protecting Earth.

”I know, Li Yang. You have to be careful,” Zhou Yao couldn’t help but say.

Li Yang was now a top genius of the Human Race. Out in the open, there was no telling where an Alien Race might be lurking, waiting to assassinate him.

Some geniuses nurtured by the Human Race had been killed by the Alien Race during their time in the Star Lord Realm.

”Don’t worry,” Li Yang said with a smile.

He had his World Tree avatar, so he didn’t have to worry about death at all.

The worst-case scenario was simply that the existence of his avatars would be exposed.

If that really happened, the Alien Race would definitely dispatch numerous experts to try and kill Li Yang.

For a monstrous genius who possessed avatars, the Alien Race would probably even be willing to send out Five Elemental Deities.

’If that’s really the case, then I’ll just stop wandering around outside. I have my Fire Nether Divine Beast avatar and my Time Divine Tree avatar. I’m destined to become a Dual Pantheon in the future!’

’No, wait. When I reach the World Lord Realm, I might be able to nurture another deity-level avatar! By then, I’ll be a Tri-System Deity!’

Even if his avatars were exposed, the worst that could happen is he’d have to hide somewhere and cultivate in peace. He had deity-level avatars, so he didn’t need to go through trials and tribulations. Even if he just slept, he could become a Deity in just over a thousand years at most!

And a Tri-System Deity at that!

When he emerged again as a Tri-System Deity, how many in the Alien Race could possibly stop him?

Therefore, Li Yang was completely fearless.

After bidding farewell to his parents and family, Li Yang had a good meal with his parents, and then he finally departed.

...

This was an incredibly remote region, a place that looked completely unsuitable for life.

At first glance, there was no life to be seen here at all.

However, within a hidden space in this region, there was a vast world!

This was the home of the Star Moon Race!

Within the Star Moon Race’s territory, several powerful members of the race were gathered inside a grand palace.

The Star Moon Race looked somewhat like the Beastman Race. Their upper bodies were humanoid, while their lower bodies had four hooves. However, their skin was purple, and nearly ninety percent of their bodies were covered in scales. On the back of their heads was a pattern resembling a crescent moon.

Several of these powerful Star Moon Race members were looking at a screen before them, which displayed an image of Li Yang.

”Great Elder, we have finished investigating Li Yang.”

”Previously, while at the Peak of Longevity Realm, Li Yang passed the twelfth step of the Human Race’s Path of Deities and was able to kill a World Realm expert. He has comprehended the Fire Element Law, the Space Law, and the Thunder Law.”

As he said this, a clear look of astonishment flashed in the eyes of the Star Moon Race expert.

Killing a World Lord from the Longevity Realm—a gap of two entire major realms. A genius like that... in the entire long history of their Star Moon Race, probably fewer than three had ever appeared.

”What? This Li Yang also passed the twelfth step of the Path of Deities?”

”Didn’t the reports say that only Mixed Void had passed it?”

”Mixed Void, and now Li Yang... In our entire history, the Star Moon Race has only ever produced two or three geniuses of this caliber. Yet the Human Race has produced two of them in this era alone!”

”The Human Race is already so powerful, and now geniuses like this keep appearing one after another! The Cosmos is too biased in their favor!”

As soon as these words were spoken, the other Star Moon Race experts couldn’t help but chime in.
