Chapter 538: Chapter 538: Absorbing Yin Qi_1

Ye Luo smiled and said, ”Auntie, hello, my name is Ye Luo. I am a friend of Shangguan Xiner. I’ve just arrived here and found a group of people trying to take Xiner away, but I managed to rescue her. She is now in the room.”

”Xiner,” Jiang Yulan called out and then hurriedly ran into the room. Seeing Shangguan Xiner lying there, she couldn’t help but breathe a sigh of relief before turning her gaze toward Ye Luo.

”Thank you. If it weren’t for your timely appearance, I’m afraid Xiner would have been taken away by those people,” Jiang Yulan said gratefully, looking at Ye Luo.

”Auntie, do you know the identities of those people? Why did they want to take Xiner away?” Ye Luo couldn’t help but ask.

”I also don’t know. These people suddenly burst in and knocked me unconscious,” Jiang Yulan shook her head.

”How are you, Xiner?” With that,

Jiang Yulan looked at the unconscious Shangguan Xiner and called out with a worried expression on her face.

At that moment, Ye Luo spoke up, ”Auntie, the Yin Qi in Xiner’s body is getting heavier and heavier. If it continues like this, her life may be in danger.”

”What should we do? Xiner, you mustn’t have anything happen to you.” Immediately, Jiang Yulan’s eyes glistened with tears again. She looked at Shangguan Xiner but didn’t dare to approach her—the dreadful Yin Qi was more than an ordinary woman like her could withstand.

”If you trust me, Auntie, let me try. I might have a way to ensure Xiner will be alright,” Ye Luo offered.

”Really?” Jiang Yulan looked at Ye Luo with hopeful eyes.

Ye Luo nodded firmly and said, ”I promise I won’t let anything happen to Xiner.”

”Alright, then please take care of Xiner,” Jiang Yulan nodded, looking at Ye Luo. For some reason, although it was the first time meeting this young man, she had a strong feeling of trust in him.

After Jiang Yulan left the room, Ye Luo’s eyes fixed on the bedridden Shangguan Xiner, gleaming with determination.

The only solution now to save Shangguan Xiner was to rid her body of the Yin Qi and restore it to its normal state to achieve Yin-Yang balance. Then, naturally, Shangguan Xiner would be fine.

However, the Yin Qi inside Shangguan Xiner was extremely dense at the moment, and it wouldn’t be easy to dispel. Even if absorbed, it could regenerate.

In fact, for this kind of situation, the best method would be the fusion of Yin and Yang. If he, who possessed the Nine Yang Physique, and Shangguan Xiner, who had the Nine Yin Physique, were to physically merge, they could achieve Yin-Yang fusion, and ultimately, all problems would be resolved.

However, if he were to do this, it would unquestionably lead to the loss of Shangguan Xiner’s chastity. Although he had a good relationship with Shangguan Xiner, they hadn’t reached that stage, so naturally, he wouldn’t choose this method.

”It seems I have no other choice!” With a decision made, Ye Luo stepped forward, removed all his clothes from the upper body, climbing into bed bare-chested, then said to Shangguan Xiner, ”I’m sorry!”

Ye Luo took a deep breath, sat behind her, wrapped his arms around her, and their bodies pressed tightly together—the Nine Yang Mystic Art began to circulate within him.

Instantly, the Yin Qi within Shangguan Xiner’s body crazily surged toward Ye Luo’s body like metal attracted to a magnet. It then merged with Ye Luo’s Nine Yang True Qi, strengthening his power.

In this manner, Ye Luo held Shangguan Xiner’s skin in his arms, her back against his chest, in an exceedingly intimate position. Through this way, he began to absorb the Yin Qi from her body.

After the group of black-clothed men left Shangguan Xiner’s home, they gathered in a certain place to discuss matters.

”What do we do now, captain? That person is very powerful; we don’t even know where he came from, and we’re no match for him at all,” the few men said as they turned to the man leading them.

”Now all we can do is report to the Clan Leader and let him make a decision. You guys stay hidden here for now and keep a close watch on that woman. We absolutely cannot let her disappear.

Soon, in the Capital City, Situ Lie from the Situ Family received the news that someone with the Nine Yin Physique had been found, only to have been saved by a young martial arts master.

”A bunch of trash,” Situ Lie cursed coldly, his face grim.

At that moment, Master Gui Mu, with his white hair and clad in a black robe, walked in.

”Master Gui Mu, your timing is perfect, we’ve found the Nine Yin Physique,” Gongsun Lie quickly said.

”Really?” Gui Mu’s eyes flickered, and his hoarse voice sounded somewhat perturbed.

”Correct. We just received the news that she has been found. Initially, my men were going to bring her back, but they were stopped by a young man who severely injured my subordinate with Innate Peak Stage power in a single move. The young man’s strength might have reached the Half-Saint Realm,” Gongsun Lie explained somberly.

”So young and yet possessing the strength of the Semi-Saint Realm—could he be from a Hidden Sect? Have they also discovered the existence of the Nine Yin Physique?” Gui Mu’s cold gaze sharpened and he spoke with a raspy voice.

”Please take action, Master. I will send skilled fighters right away to make sure we bring back the Nine Yin Physique.”

Gongsun Lie immediately added.

”No, the Nine Yin Physique is of vital importance. If this gets out, it might trigger a power struggle among all the major forces of the Hidden Sects. Therefore, I have decided to go to Zhonghai myself and bring back the Nine Yin Physique,” Gui Mu stated decisively.

Gongsun Lie’s eyes revealed a look of surprise: ”Master, you’re going to take action personally?”

”Yes. I will prepare some things, and leave tomorrow. Have your men keep watch without any slip-ups,” Gui Mu said, and then turned to leave the place.

Gongsun Lie’s eyes narrowed, flashing with unusual brilliance.

Meanwhile, in a bar in the Capital City, He Kun was sitting at the bar, drinking. Suddenly, a woman with a sexy figure and alluring appearance walked in, swaying her hips as she approached He Kun, and took a seat next to him, batting her seductive eyes: ”Young master, isn’t it boring to drink alone? Want some company?”

”If you’re willing, I wouldn’t mind at all,” He Kun said to the attractive woman, a wicked smile crossing his face, and they began to drink together.

Half an hour later, He Fang left the bar with the woman and found a hotel, ready for a wild night—this was not his first rodeo.

Entering the room they had booked, He Kun was about to throw the woman onto the bed and begin their passionate encounter when he suddenly stopped.

Out of nowhere, the woman had produced a dagger in her hand, held straight against his chest, ready to plunge at any moment and extinguish all of He Kun’s virility, his face turning pale with shock.
