Chapter 33: Chapter 33: Succubus Summoning

Fang Xiu watched Yue Tianrui walk down the mountain.

WHOOSH!

He let out a heavy sigh.

’Looks like he didn’t find out about Lu Yu’Er.’

’I should use this thing first.’

Fang Xiu looked at the Summoning Scroll in his hand.

The sooner he summoned, the better.

As soon as Yue Tianrui was off the hill and far enough away, Fang Xiu would perform the summoning.

Fortunately, a plain lay at the foot of the hill.

He could see everything clearly.

At that moment, Yue Tianrui was making his way down the mountain step by step.

Suddenly, he stopped and glanced back at the summit.

The corners of his mouth curved into a smile.

Then he turned and continued straight down the mountain.

...

On the hilltop, Fang Xiu watched the figure appear on the plain below and finally breathed a sigh of relief.

Yue Tianrui was off the hill.

Once he was a good distance away, Fang Xiu began his preparations.

After all, with Yue Tianrui being Level 60+, the fluctuations from a summoning could easily be detected.

Fang Xiu certainly wasn’t going to do something so reckless.

Using this Summoning Scroll was incredibly simple.

All he had to do was tear it.

That’s right, it was that simple. Anyone could use it.

It was a Summoning Scroll that even an ordinary person could use, no Spiritual Power required.

Of course, other Summoning Scrolls didn’t come with a binding contract.

The creatures they summoned wouldn’t necessarily be loyal to you.

But Fang Xiu’s Summoning Scroll was bound to him.

As long as the summoning was successful, whatever emerged—be it a human, a Demon Beast, or even an Elf—

it would be eternally loyal to Fang Xiu.

RIP!

With a crisp tear, Fang Xiu ripped the Summoning Scroll open.

Instantly, a ray of light emerged from it.

The light was initially white, but as it expanded, its color began to change.

Red, orange, yellow...

The colors cycled one after another.

The light continued to spread until it was the size of a doorway.

Then, it stopped expanding.

Its color, too, had shifted from its original white to a pure, deep black.

Once the color settled, a black door materialized within the light.

CREAK!

The door swung open.

TAP! TAP! TAP!

The sound of footsteps echoed from within.

Fang Xiu stared at the door, his heart pounding with nervous anticipation.

Then, he saw a woman... a female figure step out from the doorway.

The woman had red hair, a pair of horns on her head, and a delicate face. Her gaze, fixed on Fang Xiu, held an alluring charm.

She wore a black dress, had a pair of wings on her back, and a tail that swayed back and forth.

The moment the woman stepped out completely, the door behind her slammed shut and vanished along with the light.

Seeing Fang Xiu, the woman slowly approached, knelt on one knee, and said in an enchanting, velvety voice, ”Succubus Kajimi greets you, Master!”

”A Succubus?”

Fang Xiu was completely taken aback.

He’d actually summoned a beautiful Succubus.

”Yes, Master!”

Kajimi nodded slightly and spoke softly.

Her voice was so captivating it would make any man weak in the knees.

Fang Xiu suddenly remembered the description on the Summoning Scroll: ”...loyal to you forever, in body and in Soul.”

’This... Who even wants the Soul part?’

”Rise, Kajimi.”

Fang Xiu nodded slightly.

Even though he had summoned a Succubus, Fang Xiu wasn’t so perverted as to have ideas about his own Summoned Creature.

He just hadn’t expected the Summoning Scroll to produce such a beautiful being.

”Yes, Master!”

Her voice was still incredibly gentle.

It was enough to make Fang Xiu’s bones feel like they were melting.

Fang Xiu then immediately checked Kajimi’s information.

As her contractor, he had the right to view it.

[Kajimi]

[Species: Succubus]

[Rank: Tier One]

[Talent: Flying, Charm]

[Skill: Chain Whip, Rotating Storm]

’Damn, not only does she have two Talents, but two Skills as well.’

She was the best possible helper he could ask for.

As for her Level, there was no information.

He only knew that Kajimi was Tier One.

This so-called Rank was a bit like being One-Star or Two-Stars in a gacha game.

She could be Promoted using other items.

Every time she was Promoted a Tier, all of her Attributes would increase dramatically.

’Looks like I won’t have to worry about combat from now on.’

After looking at Kajimi’s stats, Fang Xiu finally felt a sense of relief.

The two Talents, Flying and Charm, were powerful. One allowed Kajimi to fly, while Charm could be used for Spiritual Attacks and even Mind Control.

Her two Skills were also incredibly powerful.

Chain Whip could instantly trap an enemy for a period of time, restricting their movement.

The second Skill was Rotating Storm. Kajimi could use her Flying ability to get airborne, then spin at high speed to conjure a storm that would Attack her enemies.

It could deal an Attack every 0.2 seconds, with an Attack Power equal to fifty percent of the Succubus’s own.

There were no real limits on Rotating Storm.

As long as the Succubus could hit an enemy and didn’t get dizzy, she could keep it going indefinitely.

’Looks like I’ve really hit the jackpot this time!’

Fang Xiu nodded in satisfaction.

He hadn’t just summoned a Succubus; he’d summoned an incredibly powerful one.

”Master, would you like me to demonstrate my abilities?”

Just then, Kajimi spoke up.

Hearing this, Fang Xiu was taken aback. ’Damn, she really is a contracted creature. I only just thought about it...’

...and Kajimi had already sensed it.

But Fang Xiu shook his head. ”Not right now. I’ll find a suitable place for you to give a demonstration!”

There were no Demon Beasts on this hill.

Fang Xiu had to find a place with Demon Beasts to test the Succubus’s Skills.

”Understood.”

The Succubus gave a slight nod.

She then came to Fang Xiu’s side and wrapped her arms around him.

Her wings unfurled, and with a single leap, she jumped off the hill.

With a gentle flap of her wings, she carried Fang Xiu into the air.

”Whoa~”

Fang Xiu had just been thinking to himself, ’I wonder if Kajimi can carry me while flying?’

He hadn’t even given the order, but Kajimi had already acted.

Who wouldn’t love such an obedient and intuitive Summoned Creature?

Most importantly...

...being held by her, pressed so close, was actually quite comfortable.

Just like that, Kajimi carried Fang Xiu on a flight around the sky.

However, to avoid attracting too much attention, Fang Xiu reluctantly had Kajimi put him down.

After all... she was soft, and the embrace was very comforting.

He really didn’t want it to end.

And so, the man and the Succubus landed in a place where a group of Demon Beasts had gathered.

The Demon Beasts here were all Tier One.

They weren’t strong, but their numbers were perfect for Kajimi to properly demonstrate her Skills.

Fang Xiu gave the command in his mind: ’Go, Kajimi!’

”Yes, Master!”

Kajimi replied in her soft voice, then turned and, with a cat-like gait and swaying hips, slowly walked toward the pack of Demon Beasts.

It seemed a bloody feast was about to begin.

PS: Thanks for reading. The original title of this book was supposed to be Succubus Summoning Scroll, but ”Succubus” wasn’t allowed in the title, so... the story is still being written according to the original concept!
