636 Direct threat

”My lady itʼs Curtis, his name was Curtis”one of the soldiers who was on his knees raised his head and said to diya.

”Iʼll make sure he will get justice, those who killed him in cold blood are going to pay dearly,”diya whispered in a low voice as she looked at the dead body of Curtis, her heart was beating faster and louder, she felt extreme rage seeing the dead body of the Curtis.

Hearing those words from diyaʼs mouth those soldiers on their knees are taken aback by surprise, after all the person who killed Curtis was not an ordinary individual, he was one of the high cultivator who hold the title of general in the royal army.

If anything happened to him then there is no way the royal family will let it slide, they will definitely be going to wage a war upon the Lin clan.

”What is this commotion over someone who dont even worthy of living, he dared to defy the royal family, death was the only way to atone for his sin, so I grant him Swift death” a cold voice echoed in the surroundings, hearing that voice diya tilted her head and looked in the direction of general Drago who is standing few meters away beside commander Kruger and looking at diya.

Hearing his words diya felt a sharp pain in her heart, she clenched her fist and kept staring at that man who was looking at her with a grin.

”Itʼs enough Drago,” commander Kruger interrupted seeing that things are getting out of his control, he knew that Drago is not someone who is emphasized with peasants who are not awakened as a cultivator, he belongs to the heavens gate, where only cultivators live, there is no place for peasants.

”But elder....”Drago tried to retaliate but seeing commander Krugerʼs glare he shrugged.

”You had done enough, ”commander Kruger said to Drago and a moment later he took a few steps and looked at diya in a calm manner.

”You are a lady diya right, I heard your name from those soldiersʼ mouths earlier, my name is Kruger and I serve under king Lucas...”

”What was Curtisʼ fault, he was a young soldier who was doing his duty at the gate, why did he have to die”diya cut commander Kruger in the middle of his sentence and looked at general Drago with a furious gaze.

Commander Kruger was taken aback as he heard diyaʼs words, he did not expected that she is going to cut him off and going to ignore him, despite he clearly told her that he is someone who serves under the king.

While general dragoʼs expression turned sore hearing diyaʼs words who was looking at him with disgust.

”So what if I killed him, people with no power are the worst than insects and I hate them most, they donʼt worth my time,” Drago said as he looked at diya with a smirk, and then he shifted his gaze in a different direction”Look at those cowards crying like bitch over the death of a peasant,” he said before spitting on the ground.

Commander Kruger took a deep sigh hearing him, he knew he made a mistake by bringing him, he is clearly influenced by Sabrinaʼs revenge, afterall he was furious when he come to know that a young kid is nearly killed Sabrina in battle by using some vile method, he wanted to take revenge after all both Sabrina and him are the part of the squad that serves under commander Kruger and both of them are known general inside the region.

”I know what Drago did was wrong but that soldier was disrespectful and he crossed the line that he shouldnʼt cross in the first place, despite knowing who we are he tried to turn our request down,” commander Kruger has finally broken his silence, and looked at Diya.

Hearing his words Diya clenched her fits soo hard that blood started dripping on the ground from her fist, she looked at both commander Kruger and Drago who were standing a few meters away from her.

”You crazy bastards you came to my home and kill one of the soldier who is simply doing his job, how dare you killed someone who is not even your level, donʼt you feel any remorse or guilt”diya looked at both commander Kruger and drago in furious manner while saying those words to them, their faces turned dark as they heard diyaʼs words.

”You bitch how dare you to disrespect us, donʼt tell me you donʼt want to live anymore, I am fed up with this bullshit, I changed my mind I am going to destroy this clan from the face of this world,” general Drago exclaimed as he took a step in diyaʼs direction and looked her in killing intent.

”You are going to lose your life in that process you weak-looking bastard,” Diya raised her eyebrows with killing intent, in an instant the surrounding become cold and chilly, and everyone who was presented there could feel that bone-chilling sensation in their bodies, commander Kruger who was watching things from sideline somewhat felt uneasy seeing those sudden changes, he looked Diya with narrowed eyes.

At the same time, general dragoʼs face turned dark as he heard those words and felt that frightening aura that was coming from diyaʼs body.

”Damn you, women, how dare you call me weak, you crossed all lines today, Iʼll make sure I will destroy this entire city and Lin clan after killing you...”

”Donʼt think that far, you are not going to live that long ʼʼin a blink of an eye Diya appeared in front of general Drago and landed a punch over his guts.

General dragoʼs eyes popped out and he felt a pain that he never felt before in his entire life the moment that punch landed on his guts,he gasped and tried to understand what just happened but before he could do that a knee landed on his face and the instant his body blasted hundreds of meters away in different directions from the city gate.

”You...”commander Kruger looked at Diya with shocked expressions but before he moved to confront her he felt a sharp object over her neck.

”If you take one more step, your head will be flying in the air, this is not a warning, this is my direct threat to you commander Kruger”a cold yet familiar voice resounded in commander Krugerʼs ear, hearing that voice commander Krugerʼs face turned dark and his heart nearly skipped a beat with shocked.

”Lady aana,” he said, taking a deep breath.
