Treasure Hunting System： The Ocean Conquerer

”Now that you’ve become a divine being, do you have any accompanying memories from that divinity? Like any inheritance?”

Simon sat by the flower bed, or rather, under the big tree.

He asked with a notebook in hand, ready to make notes at any moment.

From the notes on the page, it was clear he had recorded many entries.

Matilda and Alka were also nearby. And floating in the center of them was the awakened Lucilia.

Lucilia shook her head, ”No, there’s nothing like that happening. It just feels like the treasure’s abilities are like my own.”

”Like a baby born knowing how to grasp, like a reflex.”

Hearing this, Simon nodded and noted it down.

Alka was more straightforward: ”Can the number of 73 Puppet Girls increase now?”

After all, this has become instinctual for Lucilia.

Lucilia shook her head, ”While it can, it’s a completely unprofitable approach. The 73 slots—one Vice Captain, 12 Captains, and 60 soldiers—are actually both the limit and the most practical number.”

Hearing this, Alka nodded.

In other words, the treasure had maximized this aspect already. Although the materials were simple, they still harnessed the treasure’s ability.

It just slightly restricted Lucilia’s energy that controls the red light, which is her essence.

”Beyond mastering the treasure, do you have any more insights?” Alka curiously asked.

After all, actions that seem like instinct versus control over a treasure clearly differ.

Lucilia nodded, ”There are many differences, for example, I could clearly understand why the Puppet Girls are strong in group combat.

This comes from the individual auras, with the red light linking them, turning them into a unified whole in battle.

It also allows their auras to flow and strengthen each other, distributing incoming attacks among them, with power able to focus anytime on a specific attacking teammate.”

It’s a kind of instinctual cooperative reaction and the essence of the red light.

The power is inherently shared by Lucilia, and they naturally share it among themselves.

They’re naturally as close as sisters.

After understanding this and making a record, they didn’t ask further questions.

After all, for their first use of such a combination, follow-up inquiries and understanding were inevitable.

Simon and Matilda left.

Alka looked at Lucilia seated on his shoulder.

”Can you still let your soul freely drift out like before?”

Hearing that, Lucilia nodded, then shook her head, ”It seems I can, but it feels different. Perhaps it’s because my soul lingered outside the shell for too long before, and now having a truly complete, renewed body brings changes.”

Saying this, Lucilia looked at Alka, then reached her hand to touch Alka’s face.

Her whole body transformed from solid to a spiritual form, but unlike before, her spirit was now filled with red veins like blood vessels.

Including the blood-red lined wings on her back, which still existed.

”Just like this.”

Alka observed Lucilia in this state, began to activate his eye power to see through secrets.

This time, it was quite hidden, making his eyes ache slightly, but he managed to uncover something.

”Not just a soul, but rather a physical form enveloped by spirit, leaning more towards a spiritual dimension.”

Thinking this, a pink mist emerged from Alka’s hand, beginning to envelop Lucilia.

The soul mist adhered to Lucilia, just as Akka mentioned. This form of Lucilia leaned more towards the spiritual dimension, yet still possessed a solid body.

She wasn’t immune to most physical attacks like a soul or spirit form.

Yet it still retained functions akin to a soul or spirit form, like passing through walls or floors.

Perhaps it could even enhance any attacks Lucilia used related to the soul or spiritual realm.

”Alright, you seem tired. Rest for a bit and receive my blessing.”

Alka said, gently pressing Lucilia’s forehead as she returned to human form.

An emblem representing Alka’s Dreamland Royal Court appeared on Lucilia’s forehead.

In essence, it was a spell.

Similar to deep sleep in the Dream Realm, it allowed perfect rest and mental recovery.

Previously Alka hadn’t used it for others because their bodies and souls were tightly bound.

Such prolonged deep sleep could cause a rift between their bodies and souls.

But Lucilia clearly no longer had this issue.

Lucilia nodded, flew to the top of the aft tower using her wings, and entered her room.

Then Alka looked to the deck.

A large number of Puppet Girls wandered around the deck, swaying.

The Sound of Dawn extended numerous vines tied everywhere, forming a slide-and-swing-like structure, amusing these puppet girls as they played.

Perhaps because they now possessed genuine emotions and thoughts.

These Puppet Girls found different layers of understanding in things they used to take for granted, becoming more curious.
