Treasure Hunting System： The Ocean Conquerer

The thin film at the entrance of the Treasure Vault is a waterproof membrane.

When Alka passed through the membrane, the moisture on his skin was immediately stripped away, leaving it outside.

Alka entered the Treasure Vault completely dry.

The moment he landed, he performed a roll and stood up steadily.

Contrary to what they expected, they had only reached an enclosure.

”Is there another door?” Simon, who had just come in, couldn’t help but ask.

The rest of the group gradually squeezed through the membrane.

”What’s wrong with you?” Chadite asked, seeing the three from the Ocean looking quite uncomfortable.

This question also caught the attention of a few others at the front.

At this moment, Pororo and his companions frowned deeply, waving spells in their hands, but the spells were not having the desired effect.

”This membrane removed all the water from our skin, making it unbearably dry. It’s very uncomfortable, and there’s no water in here.” Matilda said, also looking uncomfortable.

So that was its effect, but for now, there wasn’t any good solution, and the discomfort was just slight, so enduring it would be fine.

The three of them had no choice but to persist and shifted their focus forward.

They were in an enclosure, with a heavy door in front of the long rectangular room.

Alka approached, looked at the door handle, grasped it firmly, feeling the direction to apply force.

It was not to push inwards, nor to pull outwards. It was to pull apart toward both sides.

The door split from the middle, revealing the scene inside.

The dazzling golden light was exceptionally blinding, causing everyone to squint slightly.

The scenery inside the Treasure Vault unfolded before everyone.

Golden coins covered the floor, piled up in various corners of the Treasure Vault, with the highest heap in the very center, reaching as tall as Alka himself.

On top of these were various jewelry and gold items.

Nearly all kinds of valuable items were on display, perfectly preserved under the Protective Spell within the treasure trove, each reflecting a glaring golden light under the Treasure Vault’s lighting.

The scene in the Treasure Vault almost fulfilled all of their imaginations.

Incomprehensible enormous wealth.

The group walked in slowly.

”Pure wealth.” Simon couldn’t help but speak, looking at the surroundings.

No powerful magic items, no precious treasures. Just pure wealth, piled up before them.

Bringing a more exaggerated impact than any previous treasure hunt.

Juanlu squatted down, plunged his hands into the heap of gold coins, lifting it and letting a large handful of gold coins slip through his fingers.

Feeling the touch as the coins left his hands.

”Indeed, a great clan.” Narvi mumbled, the sight before him leaving him in a daze.

From the wealth amassed in this Treasure Vault, one could glimpse just how powerful the Nafasi Clan was back in the day.

This was only a hidden Treasure Vault in a remote area, probably meant as a backup in case of emergencies.

The wealth here was beyond any calculable measure.

Alka squatted down, looking at the piles of coins.

Just as he thought, not all of these coins were Golden Sail; only a portion were. Due to the shine of the Golden Sail and the likely special Protective Spell on this Treasure Vault, the coins here were remarkably well preserved.

Amidst the pile of coins were many Silver Coins, but their shine was completely overshadowed by the golden light, even reflecting a radiant golden hue from their surroundings.

”Haha, we’ve struck it rich!” Lucilia exclaimed, standing atop the pile of gold coins with a laugh.

No one disagreed with this.

In terms of pure wealth alone, all their previous treasure hunts were nothing compared to this one.

Juanlu opened all the treasure chests hidden in a corner, finding them filled with various gemstones, he said with a smile, ”If Jason were to see this, he’d be overjoyed.”

”Don’t just mention Jason; if Ulu Liwus were to come down here, she probably wouldn’t want to leave.” Alka chuckled.

Golden light, lethal for Crystal Dragons.

And boxes and boxes of gemstones were a complete knockout.

”Are there even books here?” Julia looked at the inner wall, surprisingly lined with several rows of bookshelves.

The shelves were neatly arranged with various books, and from the covers, they appeared to be quite old, meticulously preserved.

Lucilia quickly ran over and jumped onto Julia’s shoulder.

After a long, careful look, she said, ”There are some nice collections here. Many are quite precious.”

Julia then walked back and forth before the bookshelves with her.

The group listened as Lucilia expressed her surprise and excitement: ”’Andariel’s Journal’—oh my god, it’s the original version, not a copied replica.

’Song of the Full Sky’ by Master Lasamira, and it even includes old manuscripts!”

”Oh my, look at this.” Finally, Lucilia spotted something extraordinary on the topmost shelf at the center of the bookcase.

Curious at her exclamation, everyone clustered around.

What could have surprised her so much?

”What’s up with this book?” Alka looked at the topmost book, its cover wrapped in dark brown leather.
