Dimensional Codex System: I'm really not a cultist!

Everything that happened in America completely shocked the world, but the truth is that things did not end there. When people were crying and trying to send those patients to the hospital for resuscitation, a second wave of attacks arrived, with ruthless flames and explosions engulfing the overcrowded hospitals, even the waterworks were blown up.

The entire country fell into endless darkness, reflecting the hellish flames.

It wasn’t until the third day that the President of the United States of America finally appeared before the global audience to deliver a televised speech.

On television, his face was pale, his spirit exhausted, yet he concealed an irrepressible anger.

”Citizens of the United States of America, we have suffered unprecedented harm, this is a disaster. But I swear, we will not stand still, this is terrorism, it is a challenge and harm to democracy and freedom around the world, our United States of America will never succumb to such despicable and shameless terrorist attacks, I promise you, I will completely eradicate the tumor that harms the country, and those despicable cowards who dare to show their fangs at us will receive due punishment! They will pay for their actions......”

However, just when audiences around the world were watching the U.S. President’s passionate speech, suddenly, the screen flickered, and in the next moment, a man wearing a white mask and a black coat appeared in front of the audience.

”Hello, everyone,”

The man extended his hands and made a gesture.

”Let me introduce myself first, I am a Peace Envoy, and also the one who orchestrated the attack on America. I want to make one thing clear here, what we have done to the United States of America is not a terrorist attack, on the contrary, it is just a war. Yes, it’s that simple, war......”

As he said this, the man stood up.

”Citizens of the United States of America, are you extremely proud? Your country is surrounded by oceans, no country can wage war against you. And you can wage war around the world without scruples, when you bomb those countries thousands of miles away, slaughter their people, did you ever think about today? No, I guess you didn’t, because you have the world’s most powerful military forces, you have aircraft carriers, fleets, nuclear bombs, everything that can obliterate your enemies. So you act recklessly, free from restrictions, considering yourselves as the king of the world. And now......”

As he spoke, the man snapped his fingers, and soon the screen showed buildings engulfed in raging flames and thick smoke, screaming people, unsightly corpses.

”The fact proves that your army can’t protect you, your nuclear bombs also can’t protect you, this is a war, what you are getting now is the return of everything you once did to others, it is the retribution you deserve. You and your country are like vampires, greedily sucking others’ blood to strengthen yourselves, and now, it’s time for you to taste retribution.”

With that, the man raised his hands.

”People of the world who resist America, look at this scene! Perhaps your country, your army doesn’t have the power to resist America’s invasion and conquest, but by relying on your individual strength, you can still plunge this country into a sea of fire! Here I call upon the people of the world who resist the United States of America to unite, for freedom, peace, and justice, let us completely destroy this country! Only in this way can the world return to peace!”

The man raised his hand and pointed to the camera.

”This is a war, Mr. President, what we need is not your surrender, the result of the war is only one, it is destruction or being destroyed, you see, our demand is that simple ——— until the United States of America is completely destroyed, we will never stop our actions.”

The next moment, the screen turned again.

”Do you want to avenge your country? Do you want the Prime Culprit to receive the same treatment you suffered? It’s still time, join our Peace Envoy team immediately. Call XXX-XXXXXXX now, the first hundred lucky viewers can also get priority access to the next attack plan’s equipment and manual, with a 10% discount across the board, once in a lifetime opportunity! Now the Peace Envoy is recruiting worldwide, for your families, for your country, for freedom and justice, join us to eliminate the empire’s tyranny!”

Alongside this seemingly ridiculous advertisement, the screen disappeared again, and the live broadcast of the President’s speech reappeared on the screen. Only this time, even the President of the United States of America was holding the speech paper in amazement, having no idea what to say next.

That will do it.

Fang Zheng put away his personal terminal and looked at the TV screen in front of him, the corners of his mouth slightly upturned. This world never lacks desperados, nor does it lack desperados who hate America, they just don’t have funds, weapons, or plans. But now, Fang Zheng can provide all of this for them, from now on, America will plunge into a never-ending war. Five years, ten years, twenty years, thirty years, until America is completely destroyed, this war will not end.

And their enemies come from all over the world.

Does America have the guts to launch nuclear bombs worldwide?

Besides, even if America increases inspections from now on, what difference does it make? They can still attack America’s cargo ships, passenger ships, planes. America is basically an isolated island, as long as all the cargo ships that dare to enter and leave America are sunk, what else can they do?

Do you have hundreds of military bases worldwide?

Several aircraft carrier groups?

Thousands of nuclear bombs?

Wow, how awesome, you have the guts to attack?

Do you know who to attack?

As for the phone number Fang Zheng left behind, it was carefully encrypted, it would automatically track every caller, confirming their identity and origin, then perform data comparison from global servers to confirm the identity.

In fact, at the moment the advertisement broadcasted, Fang Zheng’s personal terminal indicated that tens of thousands of calls had been made from around the world.

Hmm......truly, the world has suffered from America for a long time.

However, that’s not important. What matters is that after this video played, Fang Zheng immediately felt a myriad of icy, dark, and deadly forces converging toward him. They quickly entwined around Fang Zheng, forming a new, invisible existence.

At this moment, Fang Zheng felt that he had become the greatest threat and enemy to this world.

And this is exactly what he wanted.

The reason is very simple.

The identity of the Order Clan in this world is the BOSS of the Black Organization. In other words, the ultimate BOSS of this world. He uses this trait to evade Fang Zheng’s search and reconnaissance.

But now, the ultimate BOSS has changed hands. Fang Zheng has obtained this ultimate BOSS’s authority, and the opponent has thus lost this authority. Unless he does something more insanely outrageous than Fang Zheng, he will never be able to retrieve the ultimate BOSS authority from Fang Zheng’s hands.

Of course, this is based on both parties willing to play by the rules of the game.

Right now, Fang Zheng is essentially playing a role-playing game with the unknown Order Clan, where both parties tacitly follow the rules and settings. But if the opponent plans to cheat, then Fang Zheng will simply overturn the table—by then, he won’t be launching such minor attacks on the United States, but directly summoning fleets to orbital bombardment.

But now it seems both parties intend to act according to the game rules.

Once this was confirmed, Fang Zheng refocused his thoughts. The damage America suffered this time was enough to send it into the Abyss, and what follows will be sustained and continuous bloodletting. Just as Fang Zheng said, America has created countless enemies worldwide, and all he needs to do is provide these enemies with funding, intelligence, and weapons support. They can attack America’s cargo ships on the high seas, ambush America’s trains and trucks inland, and launch ground-to-air attacks on America’s domestic flights; this will be a long-lasting and continuous process, lasting years, decades, or even longer, until America completely collapses.

Fang Zheng doesn’t need to worry about each and every detail; the artificial intelligence in his personal terminal will automatically process this information and then issue instructions and information for action.

Now Fang Zheng can ascertain that the next time he meets Gin and the others, they’re as good as dead.

Of course, to Fang Zheng, the benefits of this operation are not limited to just these.

With America under attack, the demand for security equipment worldwide has significantly increased, and Fang Zheng’s Umbrella Corporation has thereby secured quite a number of orders, breaking out of Asia and going global. Even within Japan, places that were originally unwilling to embrace the Skynet System for various reasons have now decided to relent—after all, they are America’s underlings, and now that America has been blindsided like this, Japan fears that after beating the master, everyone will beat the dog next.

So not only did Fang Zheng take a swipe at America, but he also secured the ultimate BOSS’s authority and made a fortune.

A triple win, absolutely profitable!

But for some people, it’s so devastating that their blood is about to dry up.

”What does this mean!?”

The FBI Director James angrily threw the report on the table, glaring at his subordinates.

”Are you joking with us?”

”Of course not, Director. Our investigation results... are indeed like this.”

At this point, the subordinates also looked bitter. This crisis faced by America is a significant blow to the FBI, and although they managed to capture a few suspects and investigated their funding sources to try to find the mastermind behind them, they found... the funding actually came from the U.S. Democracy Foundation!

”So you’re telling me to report to Congress that these people are using our funds, our weapons, and then turn around to attack us?!”

”Although I don’t want to say it, the fact is... exactly that... Moreover, we’ve investigated several other accounts, and their funding sources are much the same.”

”It’s absolutely disgraceful!”

Looking at the information before him, James shook with rage.

”There’s an insider, find them! This much money flowing without anyone filing or notifying? What are they doing!”

”Yes, and there’s one more piece of information; we suspect this matter is likely related to the Black Organization...”

”Black Organization?”

”Yes, the man who appeared on the screen was dressed in black, and according to our intelligence, members of that organization also consistently wear black, and their BOSS’s whereabouts are currently unknown. Although we’ve infiltrated with undercover agents, no useful information has been gathered...”

”No matter what, investigate it!”

Upon hearing this, Director James could no longer care about so much; the current problem is that Congress urgently needs an explanation, and the perpetrator must be found. He can’t manage much; he needs to find someone to blame, anyone will do!

”Investigate all suspected organizations; make sure they’re scrutinized thoroughly! I will make them understand that provoking the United States of America comes with a price!!”
