Twin Treasures: The CEO Wife's 99-Day of Revelations

At this moment, in the CEO’s office.

Janelle Mills was like a very happy little kid, obediently waiting for Trevor’s arrival.

He’s in a meeting, and just thinking about his calm demeanor and that chiseled handsome face makes a smile appear on her lips.

Soon, she heard footsteps approaching and turned her eyes happily to see those long legs striding toward her through the glass wall!

It’s Trevor! She was certain!

Soon, the tall and handsome Trevor appeared in her line of sight, coming in from the doorway.

Seeing her, he wore a gentle and good-looking smile on his face, ”Janelle, why are you here? Sorry to keep you waiting.”

”I missed you! It’s okay, it was presumptuous of me to come without telling you, just thought of giving you a surprise.” She playfully tilted her head, turned around, and handed the thermos bowl to him, ”Ta-da! Try the soup I made, my first attempt at cooking! You’re really super lucky!”

”First attempt at cooking?” Trevor reached out to take it, looking at her with surprise and doubt.

”Yeah!” Her anticipation was palpable, ”Try it.”

Trevor sat on the sofa in front of the floor-to-ceiling window, placing the thermos bowl on the coffee table, ”Well, this soup, it would taste the best if you feed it to me yourself.” He joked deliberately, unusually playful.

”...” Although Janelle Mills was naturally cheerful, her face couldn’t help but turn red hearing this.

Feed him soup?

Trevor opened the lid and handed her the spoon, ”Hurry up.”

Having already made the soup, Janelle was more than willing to feed him, so she confidently took the spoon, ”Sure! Feeding you is no big deal!”

She held up the uncovered thermos bowl in one hand and the spoon in the other, standing in front of him, bending slightly, scooped a spoonful of soup, blew on it gently, and then carefully brought it up to his thin lips.

At this moment, they were so close it seemed their noses could almost touch.

Janelle Mills felt her heart fluttering like a little deer, thumping uncontrollably! Her entire body was inexplicably getting a bit warm.

Trevor felt his mind becoming a mess, ”Maybe I should do it myself.” He awkwardly took the thermos bowl and spoon then leaned back into the sofa and started drinking the chicken soup himself.

Janelle could only straighten up, a smile curling on her lips, expectantly watching him taste the first sip of soup, ”How is it? Is it good?”

As soon as she finished speaking, Trevor’s handsome brows furrowed slightly, prompting her to quickly ask, ”What’s wrong? Is it not good?”

”It’s good! It’s good!” Trevor praised her with a smile, ”Of course, it’s the best chicken soup I’ve ever had!” Saying that, he took several more sips.

”It has to be!” Janelle’s face lit up with a smile, she crossed her arms, enthusiastically praising herself, ”Even though I’ve never cooked before, I’ve inherited my mom’s amazing cooking skills, I learned it all on my own!”

”Yeah!” He gave her a thumbs-up.

Then Janelle, a little full of herself, enthusiastically began telling him how she made the soup today, including some specific steps, appearing very professional.

Trevor drank the soup while listening to her seriously, maintaining a gentle smile on his face the whole time.

After she finished speaking, Janelle saw he almost finished the soup and blinked her beautiful eyes, happily asking, ”So, Mr. Trevor, am I amazing?”

Trevor had a smile on his face, unsure of how to respond, so he thought for a moment and then scooped a spoonful of black chicken soup to her lips, ”I bet you haven’t had a chance to taste it yet, right? Here, have a sip?”

”How did you know?” The girl looked at him blankly, a happy smile spreading across her face, ”I didn’t even have time to taste it. As soon as it was done, I brought it right over to you.”

The girl opened her pink lips, and as the soup hit her mouth, she frowned slightly and looked at him in disbelief, ”I actually forgot to add salt?”
