Starting as a Mechanical Hunter

Gao Gong can now finally be certain, the street gang Evil Gang absolutely has technical support from the Turing Sect behind it.

This ’technology’ is likely through methods borrowing the Authority of the ’Eye of Peeping’.

The Evil Gang has acquired powerful technological Power.

The ’Eye of Peeping’ has gained benefits from ’Consciousness Monitoring’.

As for the Turing Sect, they have harvested a portion of ’Collective Unconscious’.

A win-win-win!

The only loser, I’m afraid, is the lower-level people, or rather, the experiment materials.

Compared to the expendables, cannon fodder, and lower levels in a normal social form, the ’expendables’ in a Cyber Society are truly expendables.

Large biological experiments by biological enterprises, large brain experiments by network enterprises, new prosthetic body experiments by equipment enterprises.

These experiments are not only legal, but also fully supported by the Mother City.

This very demeanor leads to street gangs adopting the same practice.

After all, even if the experiment fails, selling it to a big corporation still earns a profit.

Street Technology naturally cannot illuminate such an Advanced Technology Tree, hence cooperation with underground sects and hidden organizations becomes inevitable.

Take a gamble, turn the bicycle into a motorcycle.

Gao Gong’s data stream constantly transitions on this ’Data Island’.

Electronic Cowboy Manual lv5: Distinguish the data nodes you need from the torrent of sensory data, grasp this touch world composed of keys and switches through Perception.

Electronic Cowboy Manual + Virtual Invasion.

Soon, in the Old Town of Nightless City, in a shop selling ’books on mysticism and religion’.

One old computer after another automatically powers on.

Countless experimental records begin mass downloading.

[You have obtained Level 5 Technology Blueprint[AI Totem Technology]]

[You have obtained Large AI Blueprint [AI Breeding Facility 1/3]]

[You have obtained Level 4 Technology Blueprint[Subconscious Modification]]

[You have obtained Professional Knowledge [Collective Unconscious]]

[You have obtained Professional Knowledge [Information Worship]]

’Oh, there are actually two pieces of Professional Knowledge! Profitable!’

Collective Unconscious: In a group of intelligent species, the vast spiritual deposits generated by culture, lifestyle habits, and social structure. Utilize it properly, and perhaps unimaginable Power can be acquired.

Information Worship: From ancient times’ totem worship, symbol worship, religious worship, then to mechanical worship, AI worship, body modification worship in a Level 2 Civilization, Information Worship includes it all.

The vast amount of knowledge contained in the two full-level pieces of knowledge, like Empowerment, pours into Gao Gong’s brain.

Turing Sect’s Electronic Defense Wall is notoriously weak, this, Gao Gong knows well.

On the spiritual level, they are accustomed to using quantity to overwhelm quality, which also leads to them being greatly restrained by Cyber Hackers.

Turing Sect targets AI, AI finds trouble with Cyber Hackers, Hackers invade Turing Sect.

Indeed a solid triangle.

However, acquiring two pieces of Professional Knowledge at once is indeed something only the Turing Sect task at this stage can come across.

The unity of three sects, namely Isaiah Faction, Wolm Faction, Grayling Faction, the three major branches of the Turing Sect unite, leading to a great increase in technical power, and then, this underground sect starts to rise comprehensively.

The reason is simple, after the ’unity of three sects’, the Turing Sect has mastered a super Killing Weapon, that’s ’Taming Advanced AI’.

Once the Turing Sect completes the deduction of ’Reverse Artificial Intelligence’, they will master another Killing Weapon, called ’Devouring Data Concept Body’.

Except for the three Planet Main Brains, the Turing Sect basically achieves life-and-death control over every AI on this planet.

’What exactly was the time node of the ’unity of three sects’ again?’

Gao Gong’s memory isn’t bad, the important plots in the early stage can basically be remembered.

But the issue is, he didn’t participate in the Turing Sect plot, right?

He only vaguely remembers it being related to a giant fleet, this fleet claimed to be on a ’pilgrimage’, departing from the ruins of the Holy City of Terria, braving all sorts of dangers, circled the entire planet once, completing the ’Turing Fusion’.

’Terria ruins, that place should have players, right.’

’No matter what, let’s plant an Eye first.’

Amidst wildly hacking around, Gao Gong taking in years’ worth of Evil Gang’s experimental records suddenly received Gao Yuanyuan’s voice.

’Brother.’

’What’s up?’

’That island, seems like it’s going to fly away?’

Gao Gong switches perspective, as expected, the entire island keeps rising, seemingly trying to break free from this ocean of subconsciousness.

And once the island leaves the surface of the sea, the water quality turns turbid at a visibly accelerating rate.

This can only explain two issues—

One, the situation of Evil Gang in reality is not looking good, causing the Bishop to flee.

Two, this guy must have extracted the ’Essence of the Soul’ of these tens of thousands of people, this ’Essence of the Soul’ is somewhat like the core data of an enterprise, once extracted, the entire enterprise collapses.

And in reality, with the core data lost for these tens of thousands of people, the chance of getting sick is 100%, and they’re all the hardest-to-treat mental illnesses.

This is true expendables.

And in the Mother City, these kinds of ’expendables’ have another name—

Artificial Data

Although Gao Gong compensates for the lack of Professional Level in hacking through operational soft Power, truly keeping the other party, I’m afraid it would be a bit troublesome, the key is, all of the other party’s experimental data is already in hand, fighting would be laborious and unrewarding.

However, Gao Gong suddenly has a moment of insight, turning his gaze to the ’Brain Disc’, indeed seeing the girl with a serious expression.

”Brother, if we don’t do anything, these people’s brains will definitely malfunction.”

”I was experimented on, lost many memories, of my parents, of my friends, I don’t want others to experience the same as me.”
