The Invincible Strongest Student

Chapter 1167: Chapter 1167: The Old and the Young

Watching the RV drive away, an old and a young person stood on the upper floor of another villa, laughing and sipping tea.

”Mr. Kun, your trick was truly beautiful. It was cathartic to watch, hahaha...”

Having said that, Wang Sicong raised his teacup and said, ”I’ll use tea instead of wine to toast you first.”

”Hmm.” Kun Yun responded coldly with a nod, picked up the teacup, and drained it without acknowledging Wang Sicong.

”Hillbilly!” Wang Sicong cursed inwardly, but maintained a bright smile, as if completely indifferent.

At this moment, Wang Sicong’s demeanor was completely different from before. In the May weather, he wore a thin black vest, and his muscles bulged, filling it out, exuding a sense of power throughout.

Furthermore, starting from his left hand, a red tattoo appeared on his skin, extending along his arm to his chest, looking quite impressive.

Wang Sicong had grown taller and more robust, his face chiseled, transforming from a fragile rich second-generation youth into a tough guy.

He paid a significant price for all this.

Aside from enduring the tortures of bloodline inheritance, these days, he served as a punching bag for Wang Sijing, getting hit and kicked daily to stimulate his potential.

With his current strength, Wang Sijing would be no match for him. However, Kun Yun had mysteriously sealed most of his power, rendering him no match for Wang Sijing.

But this also indirectly demonstrated Mr. Kun’s great capabilities, making it clear that there would be many instances where he would be useful in the future.

However, this old man’s temper is odd; one must find a way to control him.

”Mr. Kun, why didn’t you let me go just now? That kid clearly doesn’t have any ability to resist now,” Wang Sicong asked.

He had just wanted to show off in front of Lin Tian, whether by kicking him when he’s down or reveling in his own success. To humiliate Lin Tian, that little bastard, before his death would feel so good.

Kun Yun didn’t rush to answer, leisurely picked up a nearby teapot and poured another cup of tea, drank down the scalding temperature, breathed out, raised his eyebrows, and asked, ”Do you want to kill him directly, or do you want to torture him to death?”

Upon hearing this, Wang Sicong’s interest was piqued, he leaned forward slightly and asked, ”What do you plan to do?”

”That kid’s meridians are in chaos right now, his inner power is out of control. We don’t need to do anything; he’s already a pathetic waste, weaker than a normal person. If you’d really gone to him just now, do you know what would have happened?”

Wang Sicong tilted his head in thought, ”Seems like only one result, right? I’d kill him.”

”Is that so? You’re too naive. How can a Golden Core expert not have any life-saving means? Though he couldn’t kill you just now, causing mutual damage between you two is still possible. Also, many wealthy families live here, and their security measures are no joke. Killing someone here would leave obvious evidence. Although you can now disregard the law and roam free, have you considered? The Wang Family behind you will be in a dire situation. Recently, didn’t your Wang Family have more than ten people sentenced to death in the first trial? If you cause trouble again, who can protect your Wang Family?”

Previously, Wang Sicong hadn’t thought that far; it was really a commonsense issue. He was just too blinded by rage. After all, he even dreamed of killing Lin Tian.

Furthermore, Wang Sicong doesn’t have fond feelings towards the Ancient Martial Wang Family. Not to mention, even his only sister is at odds with him; if the Wang Family vanishes, it means losing his financial source.

A financial source is extremely important, so the Wang Family cannot get into trouble.

”It’d be best to kill him soon. I have the Wang Family to concern myself with, but you don’t seem to have any worries?” Wang Sicong asked.

”You really are driven mad by the desire to kill him. Though I’m not afraid of the law, I ultimately don’t want to risk it; the trouble is immense. Besides, there are countless ways I can kill him, why stick to violence? I just want to torture that boy to death.”

”Like this...”

Kun Yun toyed with the teacup in his hand, extending his other hand, slowly dragging a long fingernail across the cup.

Squeak~

The sharp, piercing sound filled the room, making Wang Sicong frown; he hated such noises!

Crack...

Quickly, the teacup in Kun Yun’s hand cracked along the path of his fingernail, the fissure spreading further.

Then, Kun Yun placed the cup on the table, lifted a nearby kettle, and poured scalding hot water directly down.

Splash

Steam rose as hot water flowed into the cup, but it couldn’t hold the water, which escaped along the cracks, also carrying some small fragments of the cup.

Finally, the teacup became a hollowed-out artwork, pretty to look at but useless.

Kun Yun set the kettle down, causing the table to gently shake, and the hollowed teacup wobbled as if the slightest breeze could disperse it.

”Can this cup still hold water?” Kun Yun asked.

”Of course not.”

”That’s what Lin Tian will be like in the future, his body a hollow shell, a worthless, battered waste. If it were you, would you watch yourself slowly become useless or end it all with one stroke?”

Kun Yun asked with a smile, his ancient face revealing a grin more akin to a devil’s.

His metaphor was abstract, but Wang Sicong understood. He wanted to turn Lin Tian into that cup, a cup that could be scattered by a breeze.

Both physically and mentally, it was a massive shock; if someone with weaker mental resilience were in his place, they might end it all in one stroke.

If someone with strong mental resilience were in his place, enduring torment each day, sooner or later they’d collapse.

Either outcome is cruel, but they satisfy Kun Yun’s perverse psychology greatly.

”With just a bit of pollen, you want to torture him to this extent; aren’t you being naive?” Wang Sicong chuckled.

”Oh? Don’t believe it?”

”It’s not disbelief, just curiosity.”

The old man’s every inch exuded peculiarity; pulling off such a thing was entirely normal.

”That isn’t pollen; it’s corpse powder refined from gu insects, extremely sensitive to inner power and Spiritual Qi. Once inhaled, if the inner power is used, it causes chaos. I read about this method in an ancient book, though why it works is unknown to me. Although the corpse powder of these gu insects won’t affect him greatly, recovering in half a month will be challenging.”

At this point, Kun Yun couldn’t help but laugh again: ”Half a month, plenty of time for us to do many things.”
