Starting With an SSS-Rank Swordsmanship Talent

What an annoying monster! With its regenerative abilities, killing it won’t be easy. In that case, I must kill its owner first!

Benedict looked at Leroy who had summoned the golem.

He didn’t waste any time and rushed forward in a flash. He then gathered his mana to summon dozens of dark javelins into thin air.

With a twist of his hands, he released the dark javelins towards Dominic and Leroy.

“Die!!” He roared, his face twisting with rage.

Seeing that the old priest was targeting its master, the golem was enraged. It moved its huge body to block Benedict’s attack.

However, the old priest made a quick maneuver and changed the trajectory of the dark javelins.

Whoosh! You might be sturdy, but you’re too slow!

Benedict snorted.

In the next moment, the dark javelins struck the two Venerables. They tried to defend themselves, but the power behind the javelins broke through their defenses and struck them hard.

Bang! Bang! Bang!

Benedict glanced at them and realized that they were still alive.

He clicked his tongue in annoyance.

Tsk!

He summoned another barrage of dark javelins and sent them flying towards the two Venerables, but this time, they were blocked by the golem.

Bang! Bang!

The beast used its own body to block the attacks.

The thick rock armor on its chest broke apart under the intense firepower of the dark javelins.

Roaar!

The golem roared in pain, but it didn’t leave its master’s side. It blocked Benedict with a glare.

Looking at the stubborn beast, the old priest chuckled while shaking his head. “You are quite loyal for a savage beast. What a pity. You have so much potential in you, but you are wasted in that garbage of a master.”

The golem seems to have understood his words and let out another enraged roar. It lifted its massive arms, gathering strength to smash the old priest.

“You never learn…” Benedict sneered and quickly evaded the attack.

He leaped over the monster’s shoulder and summoned a long string of dark chains. He then wrapped it around the golem’s body to restrict its movements.

“Since I can’t kill you quickly, then I’ll just stop you from hindering me!”

The golem was unable to react in time and was caught in the dark chains.

Clang! Clang!

Roarr!!

It unleashed its power to break free from the restraints, but the dark chains didn’t break so quickly.

After restraining the golem, Benedict rushed towards Leroy and Dominic.

“You two can’t escape death this time!” He shouted as he released another spell.

Dozens of dark arrows emerged and shot towards the two Venerables at lightning speed.

Suu! Suu! Suu!

“Leroy, I’ll deal with this somehow! Help the golem first!” Yelled Dominic as he immediately adjusted his stance.

He grabbed his main weapon, the halberd, and waved it while gathering mana from his energy core.

“Don’t fucking die on me, old man!” Leroy moved his feet and activated his domain to evade the dark arrows.

Suu! Suu! Benedict could tell what they were planning so he immediately targeted Leroy.

He sent multiple dark spells at him.

“I won’t let you!” A figure suddenly appeared in front of him, wielding a halberd with unstoppable force to block the barrage of dark spells.

Bang! Bang! Bang!

It was Dominic.

He unleashed all his energy to boost his strength temporarily. He managed to block the dark spells, but some still landed on his body, leaving him with heavy injuries.

Shit! This guy is too strong! I can’t stop him on my own! Benedict frowned. “Pesky old man! Since you want to die, then I will kill you first!”

He tapped his foot and pounced at Dominic while summoning a scythe made from the dark element.

He swung the dark scythe, bringing about an unbridled force that cleaved the landscape.

Seeing this, Dominic gritted his teeth. He roared and released his strongest to block the scythe.

CLANG!!

When their weapons clashed, a violent shockwave tore apart the surrounding terrain.

The recoil of power crushed Dominic’s bones and he almost lost grip on his halberd.

No! If I give up now, it will be my end!

He tightly grabbed his halberd using his last bits of strength.

Despite his efforts, the residual force threw him violently into the air and smashed him into the ground.

Bang!

“Lord Dominic!” Leroy was helping the golem destroy the chains when he saw this happen. His face was drained of color when he witnessed how Dominic had been trampled.

“Kill him! We must kill him to avenge the old man!” Leroy bellowed, his voice shaking with fury.

When he came to Astania, he faced many suspicions and distrust. It was Dominic who helped him change his image positively. If not for him, the people of Astania would have continued to doubt him.

He felt indebted to Dominic.

At this moment, Leroy unhesitatingly unleashed the full force of his energy core. He could feel his muscles screaming from the intense recoil, but he pushed through with determination.

He swung his broadsword, releasing a wave of sharp energy that sliced into the air.

Whoosh!

“…!”

Benedict sensed the incoming danger and quickly turned his body. He then swung the dark scythe to destroy the blade energy that threatened to cut him apart.

BANG!!

The blade energy dissipated after being struck by the dark scythe.

Benedict was pushed back several steps by the excess force.

Fuck! His dark scythe gradually dissipated.

He thought that defeating these two Venerables would be a breeze, but he had severely underestimated their skills.

Suddenly, an earthly hand appeared from underneath the ground and grabbed his foot, catching him off guard.

I was careless!

He quickly summoned a dark sword with his powers and swung it into the golem’s hand.

Whoosh!

The dark sword slashed into the earthly hand with no resistance, but another hand emerged from the ground, keeping Benedict in place.

Dammit!

Just as he was about to swing the dark sword for the second time, he sensed an immense mana coming from behind him.
