Reincarnated as a Mosquito, I Sucked the Reborn Empress to Tears

’Ancestor! Hurry up and stop this! The Spirit Plant Garden will be ruined if this goes on!’ Xuanyuan Qing cried out frantically in his mind.

「Meanwhile, in a secret chamber of the Xuanyuan Family.」

Xuanyuan Changfeng stood in the center of a massive, blood-colored Array. His hands were a blur as he formed one seal after another, sending streams of crimson runes into the formation.

A knock sounded from outside the door, followed by the voice of a middle-aged man.

”Ancestor, that mosquito has entered the King-level Spirit Plant Garden. Shall I take some men to stop it?”

Xuanyuan Changfeng’s hands paused for a fraction of a second before he resumed his work. ”Pay it no mind.”

”In three more days, this Emperor’s Grand Array will be complete.”

”At that point, there will be no escape for that mosquito.”

”Wants to die? Hmph! When the time comes, this Emperor will make it so it can’t live, but it won’t be allowed to die!”

”But...” The middle-aged man hesitated before voicing his concern.

”What if that mosquito plunders all our Heavenly and Earthly Treasures?”

Xuanyuan Changfeng said nonchalantly, ”Back when it was stealing from the Qin Family’s treasury, it took more than a month to empty their vaults.”

”And the Qin Family’s vaults are a drop in the ocean compared to our Xuanyuan Family’s.”

”The mosquito only has three days. No matter how much it eats, how much could it possibly consume?”

”Once this Emperor ascends to godhood, what Heavenly and Earthly Treasures would be beyond my reach?”

”A loss of this scale is nothing.”

”Your task is to have it monitored. Do not give it any opportunity to kill itself.”

”As long as it lives, everything is worth it.”

”Yes, Ancestor.” The man acknowledged the order, and his footsteps faded away.

Xuanyuan Changfeng was left alone in the secret chamber.

’The last time Xia Hanshan and I tried to kill that mosquito, its Bloodline was only at the Half-Emperor Realm.’

’In just a few short days, its Bloodline has already advanced to the Emperor Realm.’

’Such a growth speed for a Bloodline is simply heaven-defying.’

’And the more heaven-defying the Bloodline, the easier it will be to deceive the Forbidden God Law during the sacrifice!’

’If not for that, how could this Emperor possibly allow you to run so rampant!’

’Hmph! I’ll let you run wild for three more days!’

...

「Back to Chu Sheng.」

Seeing that the Ancestor still hadn’t shown up, Xuanyuan Qing had no choice but to accept the cruel reality.

Ashen-faced, he continued to lead Chu Sheng toward the next treasury.

The Hall of Spirit Medicines.

Upon entering the Hall of Spirit Medicines and seeing the dazzling display of precious Elixirs on the shelves, Chu Sheng’s compound eyes practically bulged out of his head.

Without a moment’s hesitation, it summoned three Outer Body Avatars.

”Get to sucking! Don’t miss a single bottle! Don’t even leave them the damn dregs!”

Next was the Hall of Essence Blood.

This hall stored all kinds of Demon Beast Essence Blood collected by generations of Xuanyuan Family experts.

A few of the vials even contained Emperor-level Essence Blood!

Chu Sheng summoned another three Outer Body Avatars.

The more treasuries he entered, the more avatars he needed.

Soon, all ten of his Outer Body Avatars had been dispatched.

’System, upgrade Outer Body Avatar to Level 20!’

[Ding! 800,000 Evolution Points consumed. Outer Body Avatar has been upgraded to Level 20.]

[At the current level, you can summon 20 Outer Body Avatars simultaneously.]

And so, Chu Sheng led his twenty Outer Body Avatars on a rampage, raiding one Xuanyuan Family treasury after another.

The Spirit Plant Garden, the Hall of Spirit Medicines, the Hall of Essence Blood, the Ore depot...

His Outer Body Avatars descended upon any place with resources he could absorb and convert into Energy.

Xuanyuan Qing trailed behind Chu Sheng like a walking corpse, numbly leading the way.

He had gone from heartache, anger, and lamentation to numbness and despair.

For the past three days, one thought had repeated endlessly in his mind:

’Is this even a mosquito? It’s a bottomless pit!’

「Three days passed in the blink of an eye.」

Pale and hollow-eyed, Xuanyuan Qing squatted in a corner of the Hall of Essence Blood, watching Chu Sheng drain the very last drop of Emperor-level Essence Blood from a Jade Bottle.

With the exception of places Chu Sheng couldn’t absorb from, like the Hall of Spiritual Artifacts and the Hall of Secret Tomes, all of the Xuanyuan Family’s accumulated treasures from the last thousand years were gone.

All other vaults that stored Heavenly and Earthly Treasures had been picked clean by Chu Sheng. Not even a single blade of grass remained.

Chu Sheng lifted one of his mosquito legs and patted Xuanyuan Qing on the shoulder. ”Seeing as you’ve worked so hard leading the way these past three days, this Lord Mosquito will spare your life for the time being.”

Of course, Chu Sheng wasn’t being kind.

He simply had no reason to provoke Xuanyuan Changfeng right now.

Chu Sheng began to take stock of his haul.

Whether in the Qin Family treasury or the national treasury of Sakura Country, he had always been siphoning resources in secret, unable to truly let loose.

But this time, he was plundering openly, with the ”landlord” practically standing by with a smile, saying, ’Please, take whatever you want! It’s all on the house!’

The feeling was simply incredible!

With a thought, Chu Sheng opened his system panel.

[Host: Chu Sheng]

[Race: Primordial Holy Mosquito]

[Lifespan: 5,000 years]

[Bloodline: Emperor-level]

[Qi Blood: 310,000,000 (Mid-stage Emperor Realm)]

[Soul Power: 310,000,000 (Mid-stage Emperor Realm)]

[Evolution Points: 50,000,000]

After three days and nights of non-stop, frenzied absorption, his Qi Blood had finally advanced to the Mid-stage Emperor Realm!

In turn, the gift from Immortal Venerable Shi Xi raised his Soul Power to the Mid-stage Emperor Realm as well.

What surprised him most were the Evolution Points—he had managed to accumulate a whopping fifty million!

And this was while he was simultaneously absorbing Qi Blood and spending Evolution Points on the conversion process!

It just went to show how absurdly rich the Xuanyuan Family’s reserves of Spiritual Plants were!

Seeing the ”Emperor-level Bloodline” on his status, Chu Sheng suddenly remembered something.

The last time Xuanyuan Changfeng and Xia Hanshan had tried to kill him, his Bloodline was only at the Half-Emperor Realm.

Later, after his eleventh complete evolution in Sakura Country, his Bloodline had officially advanced to the Emperor Realm.

’The reason Xuanyuan Changfeng values me so highly, willing to sacrifice his entire family’s resources just to keep me here, must be because he’s after my terrifyingly fast Bloodline evolution.’

’That scheming old bastard. His intentions are so obvious he might as well be doing his calculations right on my face!’

On top of that, his Realm, Origin, and Law Comprehension had all improved across the board!

[Law of Thunder: 253,600/1,000,000 (20%)]

[Law of Fire: 185,320/1,000,000 (10%)]

[Law of Gold: 112,000/1,000,000 (10%)]

[Law of Earth: 110,000/1,000,000 (10%)]

[Law of Wood: 100,500/1,000,000 (10%)]

[Law of Water: 100,100/1,000,000 (10%)]

[Space Origin: 52,000/100,000 (Proficient)]

[Destruction Origin: 32,220/100,000 (Proficient)]

[Origin of Life: 21,000/100,000 (Rudimentary)]

[Time Realm: 6,000/10,000 (Perfection)]

[Curse Realm: 200/10,000 (Beginner)]

Aside from his Time Realm and Curse Realm, his Comprehension of everything else had increased to varying degrees!

Most notably, his comprehension of the Five Elements had all broken through to the level of Law!

Now, there was only one final preparation left.

Chu Sheng sank his consciousness into the Primordial Grotto Heaven and shouted excitedly, ”Immortal Venerable! Immortal Venerable! I’ve reached the Mid-stage Emperor Realm!”

”Hurry up and teach me the joint attack technique of the Twelve Ancestral Witches!”

”How is that possible? How did you advance so quickly?”

Immortal Venerable Shi Xi’s voice was filled with unconcealed shock.

How many days had passed since Chu Sheng advanced to the Early Stage Emperor Realm?

And now, he had actually skyrocketed from the Early Stage Emperor Realm all the way to the Mid-stage!

Immortal Venerable Shi Xi had lived for over ten thousand years and had seen her fair share of heaven-defying Demon Beasts.

But she had never seen anyone whose Cultivation speed could be so utterly absurd!

She had only been awake from the Time Trace Hourglass for a few days, hadn’t she?

The amount of shock Chu Sheng had given her in that short time was greater than everything she had experienced in her ten-thousand-year life combined!
