Reincarnated as a Mosquito, I Sucked the Reborn Empress to Tears

The Purple Nether Demon Lord’s Origin Energy, once as vast as an ocean, was now beginning to run dry.

The rate at which it transferred Energy was becoming intermittent, sputtering and weak.

It realized it had likely fallen into the enemy’s trap.

But it was too late.

Besides, even if it refused to play along, there was no escape. This was a checkmate.

It was now locked in a stalemate with Feng Wuji; neither could move.

Its only hope of escape was to wear Feng Wuji down to his death.

But now, it seemed it would be the one to perish first.

’Why?’

’Based on my own judgment, I am clearly the stronger one. I should be winning!’

’Then the only remaining possibility is… that one. Could it be… all because of that annoying little pest?!’

…

“BZZZ.”

On Feng Wuji’s back, Chu Sheng watched the Purple Nether Demon Lord’s aura wilt significantly and flapped his wings in disdain.

’Is that… all it’s got?’

Feng Wuji also sensed his opponent’s weakness.

He felt a surge of exhilaration… In truth, he had been in a fucking world of hurt himself just now. It was a state of painful bliss.

’Right, it’s time.’

’Time to end this farce!’

The pained expression on his face vanished in an instant, replaced by a cold, icy smile.

The purple taint on his body faded completely within a few short breaths.

Not only was there no trace of his previous weakness, but he also looked radiant, his aura even a few degrees stronger than before!

“You…!”

Watching this, the Purple Nether Demon Lord’s pupils contracted violently as it finally understood what had happened.

But it was far too late.

“The game is over.”

Feng Wuji sneered and put sudden force into his hands.

He actually managed to grab the two arms the Purple Nether Demon Lord had plunged into his flesh and then, with a sickening sound of tearing muscle and sinew, he pulled them out of his body, one inch at a time!

The instant he freed himself of the creature’s arms, Feng Wuji didn’t hesitate for a second, quickly forming a hand seal.

“Suppress!”

The word had barely left his lips.

BOOM—!!!

Inside the pagoda, the already brilliant golden light intensified tenfold!

CLANG! CLANG! CLANG!

The golden chains binding the Purple Nether Demon Lord seemed to have been injected with new power, tightening violently and digging deep into its flesh.

“ROAR—!!!”

The Purple Nether Demon Lord let out a roar of pain and fury.

As one’s power waned, the other’s waxed.

It had been drained of its power, while its opponent was fully restored and at peak condition.

It could no longer resist the suppressive force of the Demon Suppression Tower!

Its enormous body was pinned down by the chains, dragged bit by bit toward the pagoda floor.

It was on the verge of being completely suppressed.

Just then.

A glint of madness and finality flashed in the Purple Nether Demon Lord’s cold eyes.

It abruptly raised its head and, with the last of its strength, let out an ancient, hoarse cry.

“*Shilabi, la xia!*”

Feng Wuji didn’t understand this phrase from the Alien Race’s language.

He only felt an extremely dangerous aura emanating from its body.

But before he could react.

Chu Sheng, on his back, felt his Spirit jolt.

’This is bad!’

’This thing is going to self-destruct!’

’And it’s not just a normal self-destruction, but an ancient Secret Technique of the Alien Race!’

’I was in the Alien Race Base for so long… I’ve heard their higher-ups mention this ancient chant. It means ’mutual destruction’!’

Chu Sheng wanted to warn Feng Wuji immediately, but there was no time!

Because this self-destruction Secret Technique was practically instantaneous!

’I want to run, but this is the world of Feng Wuji’s Power, and I have no idea how to get out!’

Suddenly, the Purple Nether Demon Lord’s body erupted with an intense purple light!

Its massive body didn’t expand!

Instead, it abruptly and rapidly contracted into a ball of Energy!

The next second.

The ball of Energy instantly exploded!

…

In that instant.

All sound seemed to vanish.

The aftershock of the explosion swept out, as if it could annihilate everything in its path.

Chu Sheng didn’t have time to see what Feng Wuji was doing, or if he had any defensive measures.

’In a life-or-death moment like this, I have to rely on myself.’

’I’ll have to use that move!’

In a thousandth of a second, Chu Sheng made his decision.

He didn’t flee, nor did he retreat.

Instead, he used Instant Teleportation to appear within ten meters of the Purple Nether Demon Lord.

The moment he appeared, the blast wave was already about to touch his antennae.

What was Chu Sheng going to use, his Mortal Domain?

No, not that.

It was—

A buzz escaped him, his mind forming the words: ’Time Reincarnation.’

Instantly, a profound spatio-temporal power surged forth.

The wave of Energy that had nearly touched Chu Sheng’s antennae reversed its course, flowing back into the Purple Nether Demon Lord’s body.

The Purple Nether Demon Lord, which had already become a ball of Energy, reverted to its original form.

Within a ten-meter radius.

Everything rewound to ten seconds prior.

The Purple Nether Demon Lord’s self-destruction was forcefully “stifled,” and it was as if nothing had ever happened!

…

Meanwhile.

Ten meters away.

Feng Wuji was completely dumbfounded.

’What in the world is happening????’

’Was that… the legendary Law that only gods are said to be able to touch? The Time Law?’

’Time is flowing backward?’

He was stunned!

It felt as if his own thoughts had been suspended!

Until a tiny black dot landed on his face with a SMACK, slapping him across the cheek!

“BZZZ!”

(Are you still fucking spacing out?! Get a move on!)

Feng Wuji finally snapped back to his senses and looked at the Purple Nether Demon Lord!

The Purple Nether Demon Lord was “once again” starting to scream in miserable fury!

Having witnessed what happened just moments ago, Feng Wuji knew that in the next instant, the Purple Nether Demon Lord would self-destruct!

And so,

he immediately sliced open his palm, forced out a drop of his Essence Blood, and pressed it onto the floor of the golden pagoda.

It was at this exact moment.

“*Shilabi, la xia!*”

The Purple Nether Demon Lord roared once more.

This time, however, Feng Wuji gave it no chance!

“You want to self-destruct on my turf? Not a chance!”

His Essence Blood instantly merged with the golden pagoda.

“Suppress!!”

He pushed the power of the Demon Suppression Tower to its absolute limit.

A sky full of golden light, like a boundless net, instantly enveloped the Purple Nether Demon Lord’s body—along with the energy it was about to unleash—and then… began to compress it with insane force!

“*Saiban, younai—!!!*”

The Purple Nether Demon Lord let out one last, unwilling roar.

Its body, under the compression of the golden light, rapidly shrank, and shrank again.

In the end, it once again became a ball.

But this time, it was a ball heavily wrapped in golden light!

Whew…

Seeing this, Feng Wuji and Chu Sheng simultaneously breathed a sigh of relief.

That was close.

Chu Sheng looked around.

He saw that they were back in the original dilapidated tavern.

And in Feng Wuji’s hand rested a small pagoda, emitting a faint golden glow.

“Bzzz?”

’Is it over? Where did that thing go?’

Chu Sheng flew in front of him and circled the small golden pagoda… his eyes filled with envy.

“An Alien Race of this level isn’t so easily killed.”

Feng Wuji looked at the pagoda in his hand and shook his head, a trace of lingering fear on his face.

“To prevent it from doing something desperate and taking me down with it, I can only completely suppress it for now. I’ll slowly refine it after I get back.”

Hearing this, Chu Sheng continued to stare intently at the small golden pagoda, his compound eyes glinting with undisguised desire.

Feng Wuji saw its greedy expression and chuckled.

“Don’t worry, you’ll get your share of the rewards.”

“Once I’ve completely refined it, we’ll split its Essence Blood seventy-thirty.”

Hmm? Seventy-thirty?

’Who gets the seventy?’

“Bzzz, bzz-bzzz?”

Chu Sheng immediately buzzed his question.

Feng Wuji smiled and shook his head.

“You’ve got quite the appetite for a little mosquito.”

“You get the seventy, alright?”

“I have other matters to attend to and cannot stay here long, so I won’t keep you.”

“We… will perhaps meet again very soon!”

As his voice fell.

Chu Sheng’s vision blurred, and the scenery around him changed at a dizzying speed.

When he could see clearly again, he was back in the skies above the icy plains of the Northern Domain.

’This battle… is it finally over?’
