Love Strategy: CEO He is Really Scheming！

Nicole lifted the blanket and got out of bed, turning her back to Jose Floyd, ”I can’t sleep, I’m going down for a drink, you go ahead and sleep.”

Nicole left a sentence behind, her silhouette disappearing at the doorway.

Jose Floyd watched her back, his eyes dark and fathomless, cursed, and looked at the still-ringing phone, seeing Andrea Greenwood’s name, and slammed the phone harshly onto the floor with a loud thud!

Nicole went downstairs, seeing Stuart Floyd asleep in the living room, didn’t disturb him, and went alone to the back garden.

Under the starry sky, Nicole sat dazed on the swing in the garden.

How many people once wasted their emotions in waiting, waiting for someone to turn back yet never did, and ended up marrying someone else.

Recalling Jose Floyd’s words and expression just now, Nicole’s eyes slightly drooped, pulling down her eyelids to hide her emotions.

”It’s not that I can’t afford to wait, but Jose Floyd, what would it matter if I spend another five years of my youth with you? I’m always just a shadow by your side. No woman doesn’t want to rightfully stand by the person she loves. I spend my youth with you, only to wait till you marry Andrea Greenwood, and I become a despised mistress?”

”Jose Floyd, you actually don’t understand... marriage is a guarantee for a woman, and you also don’t understand how much your words hit me like a heavy blow. They made me realize that in your heart I am just a pet and a woman, merely more familiar to you than other women because I have been by your side for five years.”

”Yes, who are you, the boss of Summit, how could you be troubled by emotions. But Jose Floyd, all I want is your three words; is that too hard?”

”You will never know the importance of these three words to a woman, like a vow and promise, it can make a woman run headlong like a moth toward a flame, yet what you return to me...” Nicole’s voice choked, her long lashes trembled, and crystal tears silently fell, ”what you return to me, is questioning why I’m not satisfied...”

The night wind in autumn was a bit cool, Nicole sat on the swing, lost in thought.

When she returned to the room, Nicole moved lightly, afraid of waking the person lying in bed.

As soon as she entered, she saw the phone on the ground with a shattered screen. Nicole gently squatted down, picked up the phone, and seeing the obvious cracks from someone’s temper tantrum, stole a glance at the unmoving person on the bed and sighed in her heart, holding the phone as she walked toward the bed.

Just as she lay down, a long and strong arm encircled her waist, pulling her tightly into his embrace, as if the divide between them was forcibly ignored.

The long arm wrapped around her waist, body warmth rising.

”You’re back.” His voice was faint, sounding in her ear.

”Mm, you lost your temper.” She used a statement, not a question.

Jose Floyd held Nicole’s body, his thin lips gently brushing against her ear, pulling her even tighter into his embrace, ”Then don’t make me angry anymore, you know my temper.”

Nicole felt the change in his body, and looking back at his face, she whispered in a somewhat lost tone, ”You should restrain your temper.”

”I can only restrain it for you, others can only bear it when I lose my temper.”

Nicole smiled a bit, a slight daze deep in her eyes.

Jose Floyd looked into her eyes, seeing the calm and sadness within them, suddenly flipped over her, looking down at her face, ”Nicole...”
