Love Strategy: CEO He is Really Scheming！

The scent of the flowers in her hands lingered at the tip of her nose, seeping all the way into the depths of her heart...

Nicole’s arms tightened slightly around the bouquet. As she looked up at the stars scattered across the sky, Wade’s gentle, refined face and Jose Floyd’s frosty, indifferent features took turns flashing through her mind, making her involuntarily feel a headache and furrow her brows.

”Nicole.” Wade’s gentle voice sounded by her ear.

”Nicole.” Jose Floyd’s cold face, his detached tone also echoed in her ears.

Nicole bit her lip; her thoughts turned into a tangled mess. She turned, clutching the flowers, and headed upstairs to the second floor, no longer watching the fireworks.

As she passed by Nina and Oss, Nina deliberately shifted her body to block Nicole’s path.

Nicole’s eyes turned a little cool. She brushed past Nina’s right shoulder, and their bodies collided.

Nina was bumped aside by Nicole; she looked at Nicole’s departing back with a mocking gaze.

Camden and Aunt Myres watched Nicole’s suddenly departing figure and couldn’t make sense of what was on her mind.

Just now she’d clearly been so happy, unable to suppress her smile—how did she, in the blink of an eye, look as if her mood had grown so heavy?

Camden’s gaze fell on Nina and Oss. He turned to Aunt Myres and asked, ”Who are these two?”

Aunt Myres replied in a low voice, ”Women Young Master Charington Jude Charington sent over today. Miss Nicole is probably feeling a bit jealous inside...”

Camden looked at Aunt Myres. ”Why did you keep them? Don’t you understand Young Master Floyd’s thoughts? If Miss Nicole is really upset because of this, he’ll put that on you! It’s not like you don’t know Miss Nicole is different to him!”

Aunt Myres hurriedly shook her head and explained, ”It was Miss Nicole who let them stay. How could I make that call!”

Nicole returned to her room, put the flowers on the sofa, then crawled under the covers. All that flashed through her mind was Jose Floyd’s face.

About an hour later, Jose Floyd, who had rushed back to the Manor Estate, had just stepped into the living room when he saw two voluptuous women walking toward him.

”Young Master Floyd, you finally came back. We sisters have been waiting so hard for you.” Nina stepped forward, her fingers flirtatiously teasing at the collar of Jose Floyd’s shirt.

Oss refused to be outdone. With a sweet smile, she greeted Jose Floyd, ”Young Master Floyd, you must be tired, right? I’ll go run you a bath so you can really relax.”

Jose Floyd flung off Nina’s hand that was rubbing against his shirt. His icy gaze swept over Camden and Aunt Myres. ”What’s going on? Where did they come from?!”

Camden bowed his head. ”Reporting to Young Master, they were sent over by Young Master Charington.”

”Jude Charington?” Jose Floyd’s eyes shifted to Aunt Myres, cold and sharp. ”Aunt Myres, you’re quite bold. You don’t know how to handle something like this? Who allowed you to keep them? No outsiders in the Manor Estate, especially women. Have you forgotten that?!”

Aunt Myres was frightened by Jose Floyd’s harsh reprimand and hastily explained, ”No... Young Master Floyd, it wasn’t me who kept them. It was... it was...”

Aunt Myres stammered, unable to get the rest out, and Jose Floyd’s gaze grew even colder.

In the Manor Estate, when he wasn’t around, the only person besides Aunt Myres who could make decisions was...

”Where is she?!” Jose Floyd barked in a low, commanding voice.

”On the second floor... Miss Nicole might be in a bad mood...” Before Aunt Myres could finish, Jose Floyd had already stepped around them and headed for the stairs.

”Young Master Floyd, Young Master Charington sent us to serve you. Please let us stay in the Manor Estate just like—” Nina quickly called out to Jose Floyd’s back.

”Just like?” Jose Floyd’s voice held no warmth at all.

”Just like Nicole that you brought back to the Manor Estate. We’re willing to stay here our whole lives to serve you too, Young Master Floyd!”

A cruel curve tugged at Jose Floyd’s lips, his voice cold to the bone. ”You’re not qualified to be compared to her.”
