Love Strategy: CEO He is Really Scheming！

The eyes of the person who opened them were deep and unreadable as they looked at the short dagger in her hand...

But at that moment, as hesitation still lingered within her, a surge of panic and fear rose in her heart. Her gaze turned cold, and she fiercely stabbed the dagger into the heart she had been staring at in a daze moments ago...

Blood gushed out instantly, spreading across her palm, trickling down its lines onto the fresh, clean sheets.

The person with open eyes stared quietly at him, his brow and face gradually turning pale...

Her palm was covered in blood, all his blood, burning hot that it made her fingertips tremble slightly.

”Jose Floyd...” she called his name, no longer with the usual gentleness, but with coldness and a barely perceivable tremor.

His lips also began to pale as he gazed silently at her, a coldness rising from deep within his eyes, ”Why?” he asked.

She gently curled her lips, but there was no smile in her eyes, only indifference and intense hatred, ”I approached you just to take your life.”

After she spoke, she turned over and got off the bed, her movements somewhat stiff.

She stepped barefoot on the floor, wearing nothing, her graceful figure unblemished and fair. Yet as her feet touched the ground, a chill spread from her soles to her limbs, to every inch of her body, making her feel utterly cold, an icy, penetrating cold.

She retrieved a long dress from the wardrobe and put it on, its pure white color clean and beautiful, accentuating her jade-like features exquisitely. But the bloodstain from her palm adorned the dress when she fetched it, strikingly gruesome, causing her fingertips to tremble.

Her body was extremely tense, and as her peripheral vision caught the blood-stained bed, she trembled violently.

She dared not look any longer and turned to leave.

”I told you... don’t think about leaving me.” The person on the bed suddenly said coldly, his voice devoid of warmth.

”But you also just said, if I want to leave, it will have to be over your dead body. Jose Floyd, the dagger is in your heart. This time I am leaving you for good.” She finished speaking and lifted her leg to walk away.

But at that moment, the person who had been lying motionless on the bed suddenly sat up, grasping her wrist with a murderous glint in his eyes, ”As long as I’m alive... you... will never leave!”

His hand was very cold, even trembling, yet he held her tightly, unwilling to release even a little.

She could feel his life ebbing away, his body gradually losing warmth.

She looked back and stared at the spot on his chest.

Blood soaked her eyes, dripping down his chest onto the cold floor.

The chill consuming her toes grew increasingly heavier, a coldness spreading without end.

”Jose Floyd... let go!” Her voice carried an inexplicable tremor.

”Even in death... don’t think... I’ll let go!” His voice was cold and trembling.

His complexion and lips almost void of any blood, his fingertips clutching her wrist were so cold it frightened her.

”Let go... Jose Floyd...”

Watching more and more blood continue to flow, panic gripped her heart to the point of numbness, her eyes roiling with complex emotions.

”You’re almost dead!..... Let go!” she shouted low, struggling to escape his hold.

But he stubbornly refused to let go, even in death.

His face grew paler, her panic intensified, and during their struggle, the increased movement caused the wound on his chest to bleed even more fiercely.....

Not knowing if it was anger or panic, she pushed him hard, ”Let go! Stop struggling!..... If you want any chance of survival, get back in bed. If Camden arrives in time..... you’re losing so much blood now... even if a doctor comes, they won’t be able to save you!”
