Love Strategy: CEO He is Really Scheming！

Chapter 749: Chapter 749: No Next Time!

Although Callan Walkers was puzzled, he didn’t dare to ask at this moment and immediately nodded, ”Yes, understood, President Seys.”

When Arlo Seys went downstairs, Ariel Morris was sitting in the reception room waiting for the front desk to dial to the sixty-eighth floor for a response.

The reception staff served Ariel Morris a cup of coffee. Ariel stirred the coffee feeling a bit drowsy and hungry, she slumped on the table, looking a little listless.

When Arlo Seys came down and learned from the front desk that Ariel was in the reception room, he immediately strode toward the reception room.

When Arlo Seys entered the reception room, he found Ariel Morris dozing off there, with a cup of coffee in front of her. Arlo’s brows furrowed slightly as he spoke in a low voice, ”Who gave her coffee?”

Behind him, Callan Walkers immediately gave the reception staff standing next to Ariel a look, and the staff immediately bowed their head, ”President Seys, apologies, I was the one who served Miss Morris the coffee.”

”Don’t you know she can’t drink coffee now? Callan, didn’t I instruct you to pass the message down?” Arlo’s expression was somewhat dark.

Callan immediately bowed his head, ”Sorry, President Seys, I haven’t notified our internal staff yet, it’s my mistake.”

Arlo walked towards the slumbering person, and as he touched Ariel Morris, she shrank a little. He immediately took off his coat and gently covered her with it, glancing at the reception staff, ”She’s asleep. Couldn’t you find a blanket to cover her? Didn’t you think to adjust the room temperature when you saw her asleep?”

The reception staff felt inexplicably blamed but dared not refute, bowing their head in apology, ”Sorry, President Seys, it was my oversight.”

”Don’t let it happen again.” Arlo then carried Ariel Morris out of the room.

The reception staff looked at Callan with grievance, ”Special Assistant Walkers, what did I do wrong today? Why does it feel like President Seys is nitpicking?”

”Hey, how can you talk like that! You weren’t on the sixty-eighth floor, so you don’t know. Miss Morris is the apple of our President Seys’ eye. In the future, when Miss Morris comes, don’t hold her back, let her pass directly. Forget it, so you won’t get scolded. I’ll issue an internal notice later about what the reception staff should keep in mind when Miss Morris comes by. Head back to your post.”

”Alright, Special Assistant.”

The reception staff returned to their post, and Callan stood there puzzled.

What’s up with President Seys today? Miss Morris can only have fresh juice when she’s here, she can’t get cold, and she dozed off just waiting for a bit. Could it be—she’s pregnant?!

Callan’s eyes lit up.

Well, it seems for the sake of the colleagues’ jobs, the notes on attention when Miss Morris visits the company need to be even more detailed, to avoid blame from President Seys!

Arlo Seys carefully placed Ariel Morris into the car, afraid of waking the sleeping person.

He placed Ariel in the passenger seat, his gaze lingered on Ariel’s abdomen, and a slight smile unconsciously appeared on his lips as he murmured softly, ”Twins———”

When he received the call from the Central Hospital’s director in his office and learned about the twins, the joy and uncontrollable excitement fiercely struck the softest part of his heart.

His and Ariel’s children, two babies, the baby they lost last time truly came back, and this day his joy was a hundred times deeper than signing a big deal!

Arlo started the car, driving at a slow pace towards Royal View City, with a continuous smile on his face throughout the journey.

Arriving at Royal View City, just as he stepped on the brakes, the person in the passenger seat slowly opened her eyes.

”Arlo? Wasn’t I waiting for you at the company? How am I in the car? How did we get back to Royal View City?”

Arlo got out of the car, opened Ariel Morris’s door with a gentle smile, ”Come down first, I asked Aunt Forest to prepare the meal, let’s go home and eat.”
