Love Strategy: CEO He is Really Scheming！

Chapter 704: Chapter 703: Old Lover

”Jose Floyd, I know you have a way to resolve this within the three-day deadline, so, could you tell me what to do?”

Jose Floyd sneered coldly, glancing at Nicole Seys with an icy tone, ”Miss Seys, in what capacity are you making this request to me? You’re neither family nor friend, why should I help you? Why should I risk offending that group of Wells Morales for you?”

Nicole Seys hesitated, biting her lip, ”I just wanted to ask if you have any suggestions, because in three days’ time I really can’t think of how to solve this issue. This will bring great trouble to the Seys Family, so I’m anxious. Jose Floyd... do you have a solution?”

Jose Floyd’s lips curled into a mocking smile, ”You come asking me now, but at the police station, why did you stop me from shooting?”

Nicole Seys’ gaze shifted slightly, replying calmly, ”That was at the police station entrance, you’re not police personnel. Seizing my gun and firing is something you have to take responsibility for! Besides, after our police officers shoot, we have to write a report to submit. Your aim is so precise, if that person had died right there at the police station entrance, it would cause an even bigger stir.”

”Ha,” Jose Floyd’s face grew even colder, ”I thought Miss Seys was afraid I’d kill someone right in front of the police station, worried I’d get caught, so you were concerned for me. It seems I was presumptuous.”

Jose Floyd deliberately emphasized the word ’former lover,’ making Nicole Seys’ face turn several shades paler. She bit her lip, looking at Jose Floyd with a calm voice, ”Today’s issue can be resolved, thank you, but since we have nothing more to talk about, could you please drop me off by the roadside.”

Nicole Seys said this as she began to undo her seatbelt, planning to get out of the car.

Jose Floyd stared straight ahead, his expression icy, not stopping the car but instead accelerating.

”...”

Nicole Seys promptly fastened her seatbelt again, turning her head to look at Jose Floyd, regretting deeply having gotten into a rogue’s car!

”Jose Floyd, neither of us wants anymore entanglements, so in the future, it would be best for us not to meet.”

Just as Nicole Seys finished speaking, the screech of tires rubbing against the ground pierced the air. Nicole Seys was thrown heavily backward, her shoulder hitting the wound on the right side, involuntarily frowning in pain.

Before Nicole Seys could open her mouth to angrily ask what Jose Floyd was doing, a looming pressure closed in, his tall figure carried a chilling aura as he approached her.

Instinctively, Nicole Seys reached out to push the car door, but it didn’t budge; the door was completely locked!

Nicole Seys turned her head to look at the approaching figure, her expression cold, yet her heart panic-stricken. Trying to maintain her composure, she asked, ”What are you doing?”

Jose Floyd grabbed Nicole Seys’ wrist, pulling her close into his arms.

Nicole Seys reflexively lifted her hand to attack Jose Floyd for his sudden movement, but she ended up twisting her injured shoulder instead, letting out a stifled groan of pain.

Jose Floyd effortlessly intercepted her attack, holding her firmly in place. Seeing Nicole Seys frown in pain and still intent on resisting, Jose Floyd’s gaze turned cold, his voice sharp, ”Move one more time, and don’t blame me for bringing further distress to your current Seys Family!”

”...”

Nicole Seys immediately quieted down, not daring to make any move. With Jose Floyd’s resolute and cold personality, she didn’t doubt his threat for a moment!

Nicole Seys’ head was pressed against Jose Floyd’s leg as a pillow, and at such close proximity, she could smell his familiar scent. Her gaze turned complex. After a moment of conflict, she spoke in a deep voice, ”Jose Floyd, you and Jorge Saxton are good brothers, and Jorge Saxton’s sister Ariel is already married to my brother, becoming a part of the Seys Family. You have some ties with the Seys Family, so please refrain from making things worse.”
