Love Strategy: CEO He is Really Scheming！

Chapter 560: Chapter 560: Second Brother, Refuse or Agree?

Dawn Sutherland forgot she doesn’t eat fish, no matter what kind, she doesn’t like it.

Daisy Grant slowed her steps, trailing behind everyone as they headed to the restaurant.

A few people entered the private room and took their seats. Evalian Chapman sat on Dawn’s left, Nico Haynes on his right, and Daisy sat next to Nico.

The dishes were ordered by Dawn, and once they were served, everyone who was hungry started eating, especially Evalian Chapman, who couldn’t stop praising the stone pot boiled fish.

Seeing her enjoy the fish so much, everyone else reached for it with their chopsticks, except for Daisy Grant who didn’t move.

Mouth full of food, Ariel Morris glanced at Daisy Grant, ”Daisy, don’t you eat fish?”

Daisy was about to respond when Dawn, speaking with a waiter, gently replied, ”Daisy hasn’t eaten fish since she was a child.”

Evalian Chapman gave Dawn and Daisy an astonished look and smiled at Daisy, ”Then you’re missing out, Second Young Master Sutherland brought us here for some of the best boiled fish I’ve ever had!”

Daisy nodded with a slight smile, picked out some greens from in front of her, and ate silently.

The waiter then brought over two more dishes, smiling professionally as he explained, ”Here are our restaurant’s signature dishes: crispy duck and matsutake mushrooms. Enjoy.”

Daisy paused her action of picking greens into her mouth, watching as the waiter placed the signature dishes on the table, and instinctively glanced at Dawn.

Just as she looked over, Dawn had also raised his eyes to catch her gaze.

Their eyes met and lingered there for a while.

Daisy pressed her lips together, then slightly parted them to softly say two words: ”Second Brother—”

Her voice was so soft that even Nico sitting next to her didn’t hear, but Dawn, who was looking right at her, chuckled to himself, nodded faintly towards her, and mouthed two words: ”Try it.”

Daisy bit her lip and beamed a smile at Dawn, her eyes twinkling, as if the heaviness around her had suddenly lifted. She reached to pick up a matsutake mushroom with her chopsticks and put it in her mouth, tasting hints of sweetness spreading between her lips and teeth.

Fish, she doesn’t eat. But crispy duck and mushrooms are what she likes, and these signature dishes from the restaurant are what she enjoys.

Does this mean that Second Brother actually considers Evalian and her equally? Without just focusing on Evalian?

Following this, Daisy kept a smile on her face, eating plenty of crispy duck and matsutake mushrooms.

Sitting to her right with Nico between them, Dawn, catching sight of Daisy enjoying her food, allowed a slight smile to play across his lips.

Daisy doesn’t eat fish, so if they chose a fish hotpot, the entire pot would have a fishy smell, making it hard for Daisy to eat well. By choosing stir-fried dishes, those who eat fish can eat fish, and Daisy won’t go hungry.

The main thing is, he remembered that this restaurant’s signature dishes are Daisy’s favorites, which is why he picked this place.

After finishing the meal, it was almost ten o’clock when everyone left the restaurant.

Evalian Chapman didn’t have a car and laughed, asking Dawn, ”Second Young Master, could you give me a lift? It’s hard to get a cab at this hour.”

Walking behind Ariel, Daisy watched the interaction between Evalian and Dawn, her fingers instinctively digging into her palms. Her steps faltered, and Ariel nudged her with her elbow, smirking as she whispered, ”That Evalian really has her eyes on Brother Dawn, she’s being so forward!”

Daisy let out a soft, somewhat stiff laugh, her gaze unconsciously drifting towards Dawn, eager to hear how he would respond.

Will he agree or refuse?

An inexplicable tension rose in Daisy’s heart.
