Chapter 287: Chapter 287 Gentle Dawn Sutherland Gets Angry [2]

Dawn Sutherland sat in the car, and after seeing the Grant family’s car leave, he turned to look at another car, watching Ginny Cox get into it.

Dawn started the car and followed Ginny Cox’s car, quickly overtaking them after driving a few kilometers, forcing them to stop.

”Hey, are you out of your mind?” Ginny Cox angrily got out of the car, approached the car that blocked her path, and cursed.

Dawn unfastened his seatbelt, gracefully got out of the car, and walked up to her.

”Su... Dawn.” Realizing it was Dawn, Ginny Cox immediately lost her earlier anger and instead blushed with shyness.

Dawn’s gaze was as cold as ice, staring intently at the person in front of him, overwhelmed with anger. How dare she harm Daisy!

”Dawn, weren’t you supposed to give Daisy Grant a ride? How come...” Ginny felt a bit guilty under his gaze. For some reason, Dawn’s elegant appearance always made her heart tremble.

”Which hand did you use to hurt Daisy?” Dawn’s face was calm, his tone casual, but his eyes were sharply penetrating.

Ginny’s expression stiffened for a moment, then quickly returned to normal, vehemently denying it: ”I was joking with you, I didn’t...”

”Which hand?” Dawn asked again impatiently, his voice cold.

”Dawn, what do you mean? Even if I bullied Daisy Grant, so what? What’s it to you? What authority do you have to defend her?” Ginny, seeing his aggressive stance, instead felt a bit emboldened, glaring directly at Dawn.

Dawn coldly watched Ginny, ”She’s my prospective sister-in-law, part of the Sutherland Family! My brother isn’t around, so naturally, I protect her. Do you think I have the right to interfere?”

”Ha, what an excuse, Dawn. I’ve liked you for years. How you treat Daisy Grant and other girls, I’ve seen it clearly.” Ginny sneered softly.

”That’s just your perception, nothing to do with me.” Dawn spoke plainly, grabbing her wrist, ”But hurt someone from the Sutherland Family, and I won’t let it go!”

”Let me go, Dawn, what do you want to do?” Ginny struggled.

”Since you won’t tell me which hand hurt Daisy, let’s assume it was both hands.”

Dawn’s nonchalant tone made Ginny shiver. The Cox family’s driver, sensing that something was wrong, was about to pull out his phone to call the police.

Just then, Arlo Seys, who had initially left, drove over, stopping beside them. He turned off the engine, got out, exuding an unparalleled aura of nobility.

The passenger seat hosted Ariel Morris, who was already asleep.

”Dawn, couldn’t find a sharp knife for now, will this fruit knife do? I borrowed it from Nico’s place.” Arlo spoke with a faint, mocking smile, handing Dawn a fruit knife.

”It’s enough.” Dawn accepted the knife, smiling lightly.

”You... you...”

Ginny trembled all over, so scared that her words became incoherent.

The Cox family’s driver, of course, recognized the Seys Family’s Crown Prince. Reporting to the police was useless against them and would only offend the Seys Family. As just a mere driver earning a living, he couldn’t possibly contend with the Seys Family.

Thus, the driver chose to protect himself, looking ahead, pretending to see, hear, and say nothing, like a mute and deaf man.

”Arlo, what do you think about slicing her wrist tendons?” Dawn placed the blade next to the tendons on Ginny’s wrist and asked.

”Hmm, that way she won’t have itchy hands to push people in the future.” Arlo agreed indifferently.

”No, no, please, let me go!” Ginny panicked, crying and pleading for mercy.

She didn’t doubt the truth in their words at all. The Seys Family’s Crown Prince was known for his aloof and unapproachable nature from a young age; no one dared to easily offend him. If he really coldly sliced her wrist tendons, the Cox family wouldn’t and couldn’t dare to go to the Seys Family to demand an explanation!
