Urban Supreme Evil Young Master

Looking at Lu Yu, who was slowly walking towards him, Song Qiguang felt a wave of panic and unease washing over him. He lay trembling violently on the ground, like a frightened lamb.

Right now, Song Qiguang was continuously moving backward, clearly terrified of Lu Yu. As he retreated, he spoke, ”Y-you stay away, I’m the Senior Assistant Chief of Beigang City’s Police Department. Attacking me like this is illegal!”

In his words, Song Qiguang stammered, his heart clearly gripped by extreme fear. He looked at Lu Yu before him, his eyes full of timidity.

The memory of Lu Yu cutting his throat with a knife two years ago still lingered vividly. The sensation of blood gushing out and life force gradually ebbing away as he teetered on the brink of death was something he never wanted to experience again!

Now as he saw Lu Yu approaching step by step, it was as if he saw death itself slowly closing in, the suffocating pressure making Song Qiguang feel utterly terrified!

”Is that so?”

Upon hearing Song Qiguang’s words, Lu Yu spoke nonchalantly, a wicked smile on his face: ”Do you think that since I dared come here to find you, I’d care about what you’re saying?”

In these words, Lu Yu’s tone was icy to the extreme, clearly disregarding Song Qiguang’s speech entirely.

Just as Lu Yu said, since he dared come here seeking revenge, he naturally wouldn’t fear the things Song Qiguang spoke about!

With these words, Song Qiguang’s body shook violently. He looked at Lu Yu in front of him, his pupils contracted in terror, and he spoke, ”Don’t come any closer, I can give you money, a lot of money, just spare me!”

”Song Qiguang, are you out of your mind?”

Upon hearing Song Qiguang’s words, Lu Yu replied: ”Do you think I came here specifically to ask you for money?”

”My reason for coming to you is simple, an old saying: killing requires compensation, debts must be paid!”

Speaking up to this point, Lu Yu’s eyes flashed with brilliance, he looked at Song Qiguang, and said: ”Blood debts must be repaid with blood. The fact that you lived for two more years without my realization, tonight, is the night you shall pay!”

Tonight, is the night you shall pay!

These words fell like a fierce thunderbolt from the sky, freezing Song Qiguang’s body in place, his chest heaving violently, filled with fear and oppression!

He did not want to die.

He had struggled significantly to rise to his current position, he didn’t know how much he had sacrificed, and now, having not enjoyed few days of glory, he suddenly faced such circumstances, leaving him deeply unwilling!

As Lu Yu advanced, Song Qiguang kept retreating, one progressing, one retreating, creating a subtly oppressive feeling.

At this moment, Song Qiguang kept moving backward, when suddenly, he felt something against his back.

He turned his head and froze because his back had indeed touched a wall!

Unconsciously, Song Qiguang had backed to the edge of the wall and was now without any means of retreat, utterly cornered!

Seeing the wall behind him, a great sense of despair washed over him like a tide!

”Every grievance has its perpetrator, every debt its debtor!”

Seeing that Song Qiguang was cornered, Lu Yu spoke calmly, stepping towards him, he said: ”Living the life of crime, sooner or later it must be repaid, the blood debt you incurred two years ago, today is the day to repay with your own blood!”

In these words, Lu Yu’s tone was low, a bone-chilling killing intent swiftly pressed upon Song Qiguang!

”No, I can’t die, I still can’t die!”

Under the dual pressures of despair and unwillingness, Song Qiguang’s chest heaved intensely, and suddenly a strange courage surged within him.

Being truly cornered by Lu Yu, he steeled his heart, anger rising, malice growing bold, he suddenly leapt from the ground, directly charging towards Lu Yu!

Two years prior, Song Qiguang had been the commander of the Flying Tiger Team, considered skilled and a well-trained character, thus his charge wasn’t like a chaotic fight typical of common street brawlers, it contained discreet technique embedded!

Song Qiguang’s charge carried a vague momentum!

If Song Qiguang managed to grab hold of him, what followed would be an immediate body slam!

Seeing Song Qiguang’s charge, Lu Yu couldn’t help but let out a cold smile, as the saying goes, a cornered beast will still fight.

A wild animal knows to lash out and bite back even at death’s door, let alone a human?

For Song Qiguang to risk a desperate fight under despair and helplessness seemed perfectly normal to Lu Yu.

”A cornered beast fights, commendable courage”

Seeing Song Qiguang charging towards him, Lu Yu laughed coldly, then he continued speaking: ”Yet, this is also like a mantis trying to move a tree, an overestimation of one’s abilities!”

Saying this, Lu Yu slightly shifted his figure, dodging Song Qiguang’s charge.

Additionally, with a minor trip, he sent Song Qiguang’s heavy form flying, crashing heavily onto the ground, creating a dull thud.

Bam!

With this thud, Song Qiguang crashed hard. He only felt as though his internal organs were being struck by a huge force, his body racked with unbearable pain, his facial flab squeezing together.

Yet, amidst the agony of his face, his eyes suddenly opened wide. He discovered that not far ahead, a gun lay scattered!

The gun lay not far from Song Qiguang, evidently dropped by the Red Stick killed by Lu Yu earlier!

Seeing this gun, Song Qiguang’s eyes instantly filled with excitement, he stared at the gun, and amidst his previous despair, a flicker of hope surged within!

With this gun, he was no longer entirely defenseless, if the moment was right, he might even turn the tables and kill Lu Yu!

Thinking thus, Song Qiguang didn’t hesitate. He rolled forward swiftly, picked up the gun, and instantly turned it upon Lu Yu, pulling the trigger without hesitation!

Bam!

With a dull sound, a bullet surged towards Lu Yu’s chest!

Seeing the sudden gunfire, a cold smile appeared on Lu Yu’s face, he swerved his figure, swiftly dodging Song Qiguang’s shot!

”How is this possible!?”

Seeing Lu Yu casually dodge his shot, Song Qiguang couldn’t believe his eyes!

He simply couldn’t believe, at such close range, how Lu Yu could dodge his surprise shot at that instant!

This reaction speed, is still human!?
