Urban Supreme Evil Young Master

By evening, the sunset at the horizon was a fiery red, so bright it seemed soaked in blood, yet it looked incredibly beautiful at first glance, evoking a poignant feeling of tragedy.

At this moment, Lu Yu slowly exited the Victory Group, not in a hurry to go home, but instead wandered aimlessly through the streets of LA City in a company vehicle. Throughout, his eyes occasionally glanced at the car’s rearview mirror, evidently searching for something.

The events that transpired last night at the bar still lingered in Lu Yu’s mind, unable to dissipate.

Who exactly wanted to make a move against him, so much so that he was targeted as soon as he returned from Lanling City!

Regarding these matters, Lu Yu had no idea. What he could do now was to walk alone as much as possible, giving the other party a chance to act on him!

If the target was indeed him, then after last night’s failed plan, they would definitely look for another opportunity to strike again!

With this in mind, Lu Yu gently pressed the accelerator, driving forward. Just then, a black Passat suddenly appeared in his rearview mirror.

Compared to regular vehicles, this Passat wasn’t conspicuous in an international metropolis like LA City, but a detail immediately caught Lu Yu’s attention!

Just as Lu Yu’s car started accelerating, this car also sped up instantly, as if afraid of losing him, making the intent to follow exceptionally obvious!

”It seems the person is a novice!”

Seeing the behavior of this Passat, a slight curve appeared on Lu Yu’s lips. As a master at avoiding tailing vehicles, it was the first time he’d encountered such a poor tracking technique as demonstrated by the Passat behind!

A simple acceleration was enough to expose the trailing vehicle; such tracking skills were incredibly lousy!

Right at that moment, as if realizing it had been exposed, the Passat abruptly braked, then swerved sharply, the engine emitting a loud roar before swiftly vanishing in another direction!

”Oh? Thinking of escaping just because you’ve been exposed?”

Seeing the Passat change direction and leave, a cold smile appeared in Lu Yu’s eyes as he laughed and said, ”No way!”

With that said, Lu Yu sharply turned the steering wheel, flooring the gas pedal, and chased after the black Passat!

At this moment, the Passat in front also noticed that Lu Yu was pursuing it without hesitation, speeding up again, rushing ahead.

Evidently, this Passat wanted to escape Lu Yu by speed!

Witnessing this, Lu Yu gave it no chance, pressing the accelerator to the floor, chasing once more!

For a moment, the two cars were racing along the road at breakneck speeds, giving a striking scene!

Screech!

A moment later, on an already abandoned road in LA City, accompanied by a piercing braking sound, the black Passat abruptly blocked Lu Yu’s path!

This road had long been abandoned in LA City, overgrown with dense weeds, exuding a sense of decay and desolation as far as the eye could see!

As the Passat swung across Lu Yu’s vehicle, he also slammed on the brakes, stopping instantly. He then stepped out of the car.

The moment Lu Yu descended, the door of the Passat opened slowly, and a well-built, short-haired man then emerged, sizing up Lu Yu with a mocking gleam in his eyes.

”Kid, you’ve got guts to follow all by yourself like this!”

Looking at Lu Yu, the man coldly said, speaking with an air filled with menace, appearing quite fierce!

”You’ve been following me for so long, of course, I had to come and see for myself!”

Hearing the man’s words, Lu Yu coldly chuckled, then retorted, ”Was that cake last night your doing?”

Getting straight to the point without unnecessary words, Lu Yu questioned the man about last night’s incident!

Lu Yu was very eager to know who, in this instance, wanted to make a move against him!

”That’s right!”

Upon Lu Yu’s inquiry, the man admitted without a moment’s hesitation, speaking frankly with not a hint of uncertainty or fear on his face!

”Bold admission!”

Hearing this, Lu Yu coldly smiled and retorted, ”Aren’t you afraid I might kill you on the spot in a fit of rage?”

His words conveyed an icy menace, his eyes staring at the man before him, exuding an aura of deadly seriousness!

”Kill me?”

Hearing Lu Yu’s words, the man sneered instantly and replied, ”Do you know why I specifically lured you to this godforsaken place?”

While speaking, the man suddenly pulled out a gun, aiming it at Lu Yu, declaring, ”Because this place is so secluded, that even if I killed you, no one would know!”

Hahaha!

Hearing the man’s words, Lu Yu laughed, then coldly retorted, ”Naive, you think with that measly gun you can kill me?”

”What a delusion!”

His words were full of icy disdain, evidently not considering the gun a threat!

”Naive is you!”

Responding to Lu Yu, the man said, ”I know Lu Yu’s skills are formidable, but do you think I’d act without absolute confidence?”

With that, a slight grin formed on the man’s lips as he shouted, ”Come out!”

Rustle!

In an instant, in response to the man’s command, twentyeight men armed with guns emerged from the dense surrounding underbrush, each pointing black muzzles at Lu Yu, their expressions cold and intimidating!

Twenty-eight gunmen, adding the one in front, totaled twenty-nine!

Twenty-nine men, twenty-nine guns!

Each gun was aimed at Lu Yu!

Compared to the forty disciples of Jin Huanzhong who previously wielded knives, this ambush could be considered a grand operation!
