Urban Supreme Evil Young Master

Upon hearing Zhou Ruisheng’s voice, Lu Yu stopped in his tracks, turned his head to look at Zhou Ruisheng, and with a playful expression on his face, he teased, ”What? Have you figured it out?”

At these words, Zhou Ruisheng’s expression changed drastically; now, he didn’t know how to respond to Lu Yu’s words.

Right now, kneeling in the Victory Group’s lobby in full view, it was an enormous humiliation for him!

But continuously kneeling here wasn’t a solution. After all, he was considered a prominent figure in LA City, and if the news of him kneeling in the Victory Group got out, he wouldn’t be able to raise his head before others.

Thinking of this, Zhou Ruisheng fell into an endless dilemma and conflict.

If he didn’t bow his head to admit his mistake to Lu Yu, he couldn’t leave the lobby today, but the psychological hurdle of bowing was unbearable!

He was at least twenty years older than Lu Yu, and having to kneel and apologize to someone barely over twenty was something he simply couldn’t accept!

Seeing Zhou Ruisheng’s conflicted expression, a cold smile flickered in Lu Yu’s eyes. He said to Zhou Ruisheng, ”Boss Zhou, since you haven’t figured this out, don’t bother me. Wait until you’ve thought it through, then come talk to me!”

With that, Lu Yu turned to leave.

Lu Yu felt no sympathy for someone like Zhou Ruisheng. He understood that if his own strength didn’t surpass Zhou Ruisheng’s, it would be he who was kneeling here!

Friends deserved a warm reception, but sympathy for someone like Zhou Ruisheng would be cruel to oneself!

If today he didn’t make Zhou Ruisheng remember, the latter might come back to trouble him again!

On a deserted island, Lu Yu once spared an injured wild beast out of so-called compassion, only to be attacked later, nearly dying!

Since then, Lu Yu understood that leaving an enemy alive invites harm; showing compassion to enemies is self-cruelty!

Confronting Zhou Ruisheng, Lu Yu adhered to this principle—not killing him but subduing him, making him fear the mention of his name!

Thinking of this, Lu Yu turned towards the security department, appearing utterly ruthless!

Witnessing this, Zhou Ruisheng was absolutely panicked, watching Lu Yu turn towards the security department, fear growing in his heart. Every minute kneeling increased the risk of exposure, making him incredibly anxious!

”Wait!”

Seeing Lu Yu turn away, Zhou Ruisheng hurriedly shouted with terror in his words.

But this time, Lu Yu didn’t stop like the last time; he walked towards the security department as if he hadn’t heard Zhou Ruisheng at all.

Witnessing this, Zhou Ruisheng truly panicked. He knew that once Lu Yu returned to his office, he’d have to wait until lunchtime to plead again!

And many people came to Victory Group daily—if some acquaintances saw him, where could he show his face?

Thinking of this, Zhou Ruisheng gritted his teeth and said, ”I’ll bow!”

These words were said through gritted teeth; Zhou Ruisheng had no choice—if he didn’t bow, he’d be kneeling here all day!

Upon hearing this, Lu Yu stopped, turned, and slowly approached Zhou Ruisheng, coldly saying, ”Zhou Ruisheng, I’m warning you, this is your last chance. If you don’t bow now, I won’t mind having you kneel in the plaza outside!”

These words made Zhou Ruisheng shudder; kneeling outside would attract a crowd!

If that happened, he truly would lose face!

Considering this, Zhou Ruisheng gritted his teeth and said, ”I... I know! I’ll bow, alright?”

”What are you waiting for?”

Hearing Zhou Ruisheng, Lu Yu coldly responded, ”Can’t you see everyone is waiting? If you’re going to bow, do it quickly; otherwise, get out to the plaza and kneel, stop being an eyesore here!”

On these words, Zhou Ruisheng gritted his teeth, swiftly bowed, his forehead hitting the Ocean Group hall’s floor, solemnly saying, ”Young Master Lu, I was wrong!”

The moment these words were spoken, everyone was shocked, looking at Zhou Ruisheng with astonishment.

Zhou Ruisheng, LA City’s famous jewelry tycoon, was now bowing and admitting his mistake to Lu Yu, the security department manager!

Zhou Ruisheng’s forehead remained on the ground, not daring to move a muscle, awaiting Lu Yu’s directive to rise!

”Louder, I can’t hear you!”

Lu Yu coldly instructed Zhou Ruisheng, ensuring he learned his lesson and never repeated the same mistake!

Upon hearing Lu Yu, sweat streamed down Zhou Ruisheng’s forehead; he steeled himself and loudly proclaimed, ”Young Master Lu, I was wrong. I, Zhou Ruisheng, apologize to you here!”

Zhou Ruisheng’s loud voice echoed through Victory Group’s vast hall, clearly heard by everyone present.

Upon hearing Zhou Ruisheng, Lu Yu coldly smiled, then said, ”Not bad. Now you can take your son and leave!”

”Thank you, Young Master Lu, thank you!” Zhou Ruisheng gratefully exclaimed, having been thoroughly scared by Lu Yu, not daring to entertain any thoughts.

With that, Zhou Ruisheng grabbed the stunned Zhou Menglong, fleeing Victory Group in a sorry state.
